Las Trojas is always a 5 star restaurant for me! Half Price margaritas and $2 tacos are a major wok in my book! Not to mention how delicious everything always is. They have a problem understanding your orders. I requested no beef because I am allergic. So I ordered pork tamales and they topped them with beef. I do not feel confident to order from you if you cannot follow my order. The place is very clean but is pricey. The flavor is good rice and beans are just okay but portions are large. So this place was a last minute decision. I wished we would have went elsewhere. The hostess put us in a booth we barely fit in, the bench seat was all tore up and they service was mediocre. The server was ok, we got our food fast but it was bland, hubs tacos were ok but luckily had salsa to pour over them for some flavor. My nachos were ok, but this food was so overpriced. For the three of us to eat there was almost 60.00 so we felt like we were robbed for the little bit of food we had so we will not eat here again. Very overpriced and not worth the money. read more

I love that we finally have a Las Trojas in Hazel Green. This location is wonderful and I love the peach margaritas. Due to COVID we have been ordering to go from Las Trojas once every two or three weeks. I love getting the Fajitas and substituting the rice and beans for steamed vegetables. It's delicious and low Carb friendly. The Angels plate is hands dow the best entree. A huge chimichanga basically filled with chicken, steak, shrimp, chorizo, and onions then covered in cheese dip. One thing that is a must is the homemade hot sauce. Whenever I ordered it they pronounce the name, but I can't remember what it is. It is the best hot sauce you can get and pour it on everything. The grilled chicken quesadilla are delicious are well, especially with the cheese dip. Also another delicious idea is the Las Trojas Dip. It is a huge bowl of cheese dip with fajita steak, chicken, and shrimp in it served with fresh tortillas and pico and it is amazing. The service is wonderful and I love ordering to go from this location. It is extremely convenient and I just love the employees. read more

What is wrong with This manager?!? I fully recommend this location and it's amazing waitresses and waiters. A few of the waiters could care if you're there but that's anywhere. Jada is the best!!! The food is consistently amazing..once you get all you have ordered. It infuriates me that my waitress has to run back and forth 10 times to either fix or get what was supposed to be on whatever has been ordered. The manager could care less. We come 1-2 times a week and order exactly the same thing. It's out on the ticket the same each time. Why they don't check the food before it's ran is beyond me. The manager is so unhelpful and could generally care less. It's sad that the waitstaff suffers for these mess ups and they are never handled read more

Never again. We ordered carry out - very expensive and horrible quality. They forgot to put in the bag 2 of our entrees. When I called about it they wouldn't credit my card so I went back to pick them up. I asked if they could comp is with some chips and queso she said she can't do that only a manager can. And didn't look like she would go ask a manager. Another entree was completely the wrong thing. The staff at the front is rude and uncaring. The food was mediocre for the price. My sister and I stopped by for a late lunch on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised with the food, drink and atmosphere. This place is beautiful inside! A different glass globe over each table and the ceiling has so many glass globes or various colors that it resembled flowers . The service was speedy; we had chips and salsa as we were being seated. The chips were light and crisp. We ordered guacamole and it was delicious. I ordered the spinach enchilada dish and my sister had a chili rellino. I finished up my leftovers yesterday. And we had margaritas! We have found a New home at this Mexican restaurant. I can't wait to try something else. read more

Cinco de Mayo at 4 pm. Not even busy and everything was wrong! I do not care for the food here. Plain taste & overpriced. Thought we could have a few drinks & a meal. First, I never got my first drink. No one knew how to make it. It was on the menu. The draft beer I got had lime in it which is not common for that type of beer & ruined the flavor. We only got half of our food. No salsa refill. My wife said her margarita was bad. They even brought the wrong ticket. Then the right ticket had items they never brought. Thanks for screwing up the holiday! Extremely bad management. If you are short handed (less than a dozen tables full at the time we were there), and know it is a popular holiday, DONT OPEN!! I expected the food to be bad from previous trips but couldn't even get a drink. We will never go back. Period! If you want your evening ruined this is the place to go! read more

The steak fajitas for one were $27 and came with barely enough meat to make one tortilla wrap. The meat was not seasoned and actually had a watery taste to it. The tortillas were under done and the pico was old...almost on the verge of spoiled. We had not been in months simply because we felt they were becoming way over priced but this sealed the deal. AWESOME!!! We have always had wonderful Service here but tonight - was FANTASTIC!! Jessie was our server and she was SO sweet and kind! our drinks were always full - food came fast and was plated beautifully and the food was delicious!!! We had appetizers main course Dessert and drinks. Everything was so great - even though there were only TWO servers. Prices are very high for the service and quality. Wait personnel can't get your order correct and when you point it out, they want to only offer you a do over making you wait again for your meal while everyone else in your party are eating . My BIGGEST COMPLAINT is they charge over $3.00 per cup of coffee including REFILLS. Coke, ice tea and other beverages come with free refills, but you are charged for each 10 oz. Cup of coffee!!!! read more

The food was great I would suggest the taco salad and the lemonade but a negative is that they didn't have hi-c but I'm not sad!!
