You know the drill, if I could give zero stars I would have. Decided to give this place another try after prior experience was horrible. Well, I still had a horrible experience. Male working the drive-thru with a tattoo on his neck clearly hates his job. It appeared his "buddies" were in the car ahead of me and was clowning around with them for 22 mins. I ordered through DoorDash for my Taco Bell order. I ordered two nachos and a crunch wrap and some nacho fries the nachos and the nacho fries were good, but unfortunately, my order was incorrect. I have a pretty specific order for my contract. I order no cheese sauce no tomatoes, no sour cream and I add potatoes and beans and I put that all into DoorDash and it was correct on the receipt but when I received my order my crunch had tomatoes and sour cream on it and no beans and just had potatoes added so I was pretty disappointed because I was looking forward to eating that but it was incorrect, also I ordered about 30 packets because I know sometimes they forget to put the sauce packets in mobile orders. They still forgot my sauce packets of hot sauce, which is pretty disappointing especially when you're ordering from Taco Bell hot sauces one of the main things I feel like is but other than that, the other food was fine, but I did call this location and I let them know that my order was incorrect and the lady who answered the phone was really nice and she offered fix my order if I brought it in which was nice of her to offer so their customer service is good from what I can tell although I didn't end up going to bring my food to get a change because it was late and I didn't wanna go out but I do appreciate how they offered to fix my order. read more
