Nasty food. Read other reviews that they steal your credit card info here and I believe it's true. The machine had a big red "X" on it when inserting your card and then it will say "transaction cancelled" and then charge you again (that's where they steal your info I believe)... All the employees here are bad. One was checking out this girl and the other was cleaning the restroom and it smelled so bad. The taco meat was so red.....taco meat should be brown, NOT red. I saw other reviews on here about hairs in their food as well. This grossed me out so I didn't eat my meal at all. I also cancelled my credit card as well before they could use it. I rate this, please a one star due to customer service. I waited 5 to 10 minutes to ask can anybody help me nobody bothered the man at the window says large man says oh you have to use a kiosk nice I don't know how to use that I'm older woman because when you gotta use that. Very rude. They need to have a class and customer service. We pay their salary. I know the manager came in later which was the lady you could tell because she had customer service she asked did you need help or is there anybody that helped you and they said no nobody helped us were told we had to use his kiosk machine. We figured it out. 20 minutes later two people are we went by and ordered by the lady and got the food for us. I say if the workers cannot give the customer service, then the owner of the place needs to fire them and get somebody else I can do the customer service that one work I am sure not gonna recommend anybody to eat there. Never have I ever had a bad experience with this place until today. Horrible service luckily I checked the bag because the order I was about to take off with was completely wrong. Not to mention it wasn't even nicely wrapped it looked like they just threw the wrap paper on and threw it in the bag. I gave it to the cashier window employee who's name was Lydia I told her it was completely wrong and doesn't even look appetizing not even one Doritos taco in there which I ordered 6 . she took the bag and it seemed to me she was fixing the problem because she had the receipt in her hand putting more items in. Don't recommend coming here if you want to see the whole menu. I'm order to have fast drive thru times they make you order before you get on the sensor in front of the menu and you can't see it. They have a small handheld menu that doesn't have everything and get annoyed when you ask about specials. read more

I come to this Taco Bell almost every Friday and they have only messed up my order once. I'm vegan and always order the veggie cantina burrito with no cilantro dressing. Sometimes I change it up and grab some tacos with beans instead of beef with no cheese.
