Worst Taco Bell experience ever. I was handed my bag through the drive through and the kid at the window said I gave you extra napkins because of the cheese. I should've looked in the bag because it looked like they just poured nacho cheese into my bag. It was all over everything. Including the napkins. I couldn't even eat the food because it was drenched in cheese and I couldn't eat it in my car as intended. It was a complete mess and I guess I won't be coming back to this location. That was extremely disappointing. I'm probably going to get sick because I wouldn't put it past these kids to do something terrible to the food if they're gonna hand that garbage to a paying customer. Disgusting. read more

Waited in line for over 30 minutes in the drive thru for them to give us a refund because their fryer broke. They gave us some of the food we had in our order. The tacos didn't even have lettuce or cheese on them. The cheese quesadilla had very little cheese and was basically all bread. If I would've known this experience was gonna be like this I would've had enough time to just go to Blairsville Taco Bell and drive back home to Indiana. This was an absolute joke tonight. When I went up with my smudged mascara, the worker Kylie was so nice to me that I ended up ordering another few meals just to support the local franchise and left with a baja blast 8 pack (2 different 4 packs tbh) so I could give them out to college kids and spread the joy. 1105 oakland ave indiana pa Taco bell. I ordered a combo tonight that had a steak. Chalupa, a dorito loco nacho taco and a burrito that had beef, been cheese and sour cream. And chips with cheese The dorito loco shell was clearly stale. It had a strange chemical taste. (My guess would be that it was left in a warmer in the paper for hours). And the steak that was in the chalupa was clearly VERY old. It was so hard and dry I couldn't chew it. This was soooo not worth my money. It was GARBAGE. If u wouldn't eat it yourself then u shouldn't serve it to customers. I called to let them know the issues, expecting either a refund or correction. The manager simply said,, "I'm sorry about that. The next time u come in. Ur food will be fresh" ..... Well no thanks Taco Bell. I will never return to this location again. I will go and eat somewhere else on my 8pm lunchbreak. read more

Not a bad location, it's basically brand new. Built basically for the college kids in town as it is within walking distance of campus. I had fast service while here, and no complaint there. The food was comparable to other Taco Bells, which basically means that it hits the spot in a pinch, but doesn't feel so good the next day. Open late for your craving needs. read more

So far I've been to this Taco Bell about five times. This store itself is pretty clean it's pretty nice it's a lot of college students. But typically the wait time is relatively slow compared to many fast food restaurants. I was a little upset today because it didn't take so long I spent most 15 minutes in the drive-through with only two cars in front of me. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because of its tendency to be a little bit slow. As far as the food, the service and the cleanliness of the store it is definitely in good shape. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food but this particular restaurant is pretty terrible. Ordering one item takes 20 minutes, and half the time they mess up some aspect of it. They really need to work on hiring quality employees. Yes I understand it's fast food and most of the time it's hard to get good employees but at least try to hire people who care enough to do the work in a decent time frame. read more

Do not recommend, We paid 18.30 for me and my girlfriend and I got the nr 10. i was just as hungry after the food and they messed up my order and gave me iced tea instead of Dr. Pepper. Can get so much better for a 20, Regret eating here. read more

OK...its fast food, I get it...but when you cant get sauces that YOU asked me about correct...c'mon...get home and Im missing a taco, chips & the aforementioned sauces...one thing, ok...I get it...but half the order?!?? Went through the drive thru thinking it would be quick... waited almost 20 minutes for a drink, two tacos and a Crunchwrap supreme. Half of my Crunchwrap had no toppings in it. Waste of time & money. They've got the full menu including Baja Blast Mountain Dew, so what can I complain about? They are a little slower than other Taco Bells I've dined in, but not excruciatingly so. Cheap food that tastes good when your hungry. Great for late night snacking or the munchies. Only problem is they are never open quite late enough. read more

Come here all the time, every time they screw something up but I usually let it go. I work in fast food and understand that mistakes happen. Tonight was enough for me. I ordered a taco and there was a hair in it, I didn't complain, simply removed the hair and continued eating. I moved onto my black bean crunch wrap, with only beans, tomato, and lettuce. I'm a vegetarian and don't eat beef. I bIte into my crunch wrap, and get a mouth full of beef. Once again, I get it, mistakes happen, so I simply walk up and explain. The woman blames it on me, telling me I must've selected the wrong one, although I used the vegetarian menu to order. She then acts like I am the biggest inconvenience in the world, and sent me to her coworker to retake my order. I simply tell the worker very apologetically that I need a black bean crunch wrap with only lettuce tomato and black beans. My food comes up, I bite into it and I bite into a mouthful of nacho cheese.At this point I wasn't going to complain anymore and simply ate the crunch wrap. All I am saying is, coming from a fellow fast food worker, my boss would have beat my ass if I responded to a customer that way. read more

My little brother can make a cheese Gordita box and a caramel apple empanada faster than they can learn how to type my order in the cashier screen. They didn't even know how to sub my dang hard shell tacos to a soft shell Grrrrr. More than 4+ groups of customers screaming "its been more than 30 minutes for a 5 layer bean burrito". Said my empanada would be delayed and would bring it out to me and forgot so I proceeded to ask for it and they said 6 minutes and I wanted 10 more...then was told 6 minutes again and still haven't received it while I have typed this dagnamit paragraph of invalidation to this franchise. read more

I love this restaurant. Everything is very cheap, particularly the 2 dollar meals, and the 5 dollar box. The have Baja Blast, which is super-excellent and are very friendly. They put up with many drunk college students, and are even friendly then. They are currently being renovated, and I can't wait until they re-open. Hopefully they will retain their meal deals and be an even nicer, cleaner restaurant. A great place to eat on a budget, though it gets pretty busy at lunch time, so if you have a time crunch this could be a problem. Overall a great restaurant for a college student. read more

We eat at Taco Bells around the country and this Taco Bell has over the past few visits has not delivered. My Crunchy Taco Supreme were delivered without sour cream and this is not the only time this has happened. My findings are for me not acceptable, this TB needs to train train train, those mostly always new employees. read more
