I order from this location most often and the service is always great! Most times for delivery, but decided to pick it up on my last visit. Service was still great, order was being completed as I arrived and I was back out the door. All other times I've ordered delivery, it's gotten to me in about 6-10 mins from order time. I haven't ordered Jimmy Johns in awhile but when my husband ordered recently and received his delivery 4 minutes later, I decided to place an order during a busy workday. I ran into a problem when trying to order online. My usual is the Turkey Tom and it wasn't showing anywhere. So I called and was told that there is a turkey shortage, which forces them to remove that option online in the event the store runs out. They did have enough on hand to make my Turkey Tom. I placed an order and provided my card details over the phone. I was asked if I wanted to top the driver so that was added to my total. 15 minutes later I was getting anxious because my order hadn't arrived and I needed to get back to work. I called the store and was told the driver got turned around (or had to make a delivery on the way, can't remember which one) but that he would arrive shortly. He showed up about 5-10 minutes later. This was surprising since Jimmy Johns is known for their super fast delivery. But he was really nice about it. After the driver left I realized that the tip didn't actually get added to my total, so I'm not sure why I was asked that info over the phone. I felt bad because I would have added it to my receipt had I known. My husband has since ordered again and received his delivery very fast. I must have just ordered on a busy day. Speaking of delivery, it's pretty expensive in my opinion considering we are so close to the location. Unless I'm a pinch I'd likely run to grab my own order next time. read more

Very disappointing. Why so stingy on the meat? I can't eat a huge portion and this was even too weak for me. The wrap had a sliver of turkey and most had none at all. When u ripped off all the extra tortilla there was about 4 bites with turkey. Sad for almost $11. read more

Wrap was not good. Wish the chicken could've been warm and the folded tortilla was too thick. Both employees were on their phones as soon as they waited on us. And one employee is still on his phone 10 minutes later. read more

I have ordered here many times and they just can't get it right. I ask for No mayo and I have mayo. I feel that the employees are rude and do not listen to you when you order from them. Love the sandwiches which is why I still have a 4 star review. Delivery however has gone to crap. I can only assume it has to do to the staffing issues in America today. Last 2 times has been 45 min and 95 minutes. I work just around the corner and order Jimmy John's because the sandwiches would be there in 5 minutes, but not anymore. With a $4 delivery charge I might just as well use a delivery service and get some variety if I'm going to wait for my meal. read more

Good evening, I have been living in Huntersville for a half of decade. For the last 2 years or so, about 2-3 times a month I visit jimmy johns for "day old bread". I'm typically served almost immediately each time. Tonight was different. Around 6pm I visisted jimmy johns as usual and didn't receive my typical ok service. I was -Not greeted. -Wasn't called up to get my order , and when I walked up to make my order I was told "I will be right with you". This also took place with the lady before me. The guy there was alone and basically ran back in forth from the oven to the register without even acknowledging me. I was in the store for over 15 mins before I was finally acknowledged without even a hello. I am sure there are people who want a job. Why does a place like jimmy johns have just 1 employee working who clearly needs help. read more

I'm not much of a sandwich eater but if I had a choice of where I would buy a cold sandwich from bet your last dollar it will be from Jimmy John's. I love the freshness of their sandwiches. I don't mind going there to pick up my sandwich but there delivery is on point. I ordered a side of guacamole for my chips and it's the best. I also want to say that they messed up and put some guacamole on my sandwich but I will have to say I messed up by not putting it on my sandwich. First time at Jimmy John's. Please tell me this situation was just a lazy employee and not a company policy. I took an extended lunch the bring my wife and kids lunch. So I ordered three sandwiches to-go. The woman just piled the sandwiches up on the counter. I said, "These were to go." Insinuating I needed a bag. Pointing, she said, "There's bags right there. This is self-serve." Look, I'm not a crippled, I'm more than capable of putting some sandwiches in a bag. It was the shock of no other company, especially fast food, makes their customers bag their own stuff. Just throw the sandwiches on the counter and have at it. But it was also that I'd never been there and didn't know this was even a thing for them. Where are the bags at? Etc. But it was also her attitude. The "I give two shits about you" attitude. Just bag it for the customer, lady. There was one table of three women dining, me and one lady in line. It was not busy at all. For a company that prides themselves on being freaky fast, this was not an example of that. Especially if your customers are forced to bag their own sandwiches. Was a regular at Jimmy John"s until last week.. Purchased a Unwich and regular tuna sub, when my wife and I where about to eat them juice ran out of both subs. Not only that both subs were LIGHT on TUNA mmmmm I called to the store said they would replace subs, well today was the day, once again Tuna was almost missing on both..I was told get extra Tuna on next visit. The meat and veggies proportion were on spot, the bread was lousy. To make a killer sub, try a new bread for the submarine bun. Seriously no flavor and it was hard (not crusty). Super fast delivery and no extra charge for that which is a plus. I might try it again, but probably won't because of the bread. read more

26JUL16 - Would have been 4 had the delivery kid brought change... for a cash order.... it says "Cash" on the receipt.... I called the manager to ask why he would send a driver on a cash delivery with no change. He talked in circles until I got a BS answer and he wouldn't take responsibility for it. I am pretty sure the delivery boy was scheming for a larger tip. 1 star for your tasty sandwiches. 27JUL16 - Fast delivery, good food, forgot napkins. Walked in this location to get a lettuce wrap today and saw two gentlemen working. One was waiting at the front register and the other was swiping on the back line. The gentleman that was swiping put down the broom and proceeded to grab fresh gloves without washing his hands to begin making sandwiches. Immediately after seeing this I walked out and did not place an order. Proper hand washing is essential in not transmitting food borne illnesses. This time not so much, go in, greated fairly not too bad, after they make the sandwiche, it was fast no complaint there, but then he handed it to me with no bag, and i didnt reallt care i was hungry and in a hurry to get home, but when i got home, and i took my first bite, it was then i realized the bread was as hard as a rock, like yesterday morning if not the day before that hard....half way through the sandwiche my jaw hurt, had to take off all the ingredients and put it on two slices of bread I had at home, it was HORRIBLE! read more
