Came through the drive thru for breakfast. I think it was the first time there was no line! Service was speedy and pleasant. I noticed their sanitation score was 100. I will jump for joy the day that they add a breakfast sandwich with no meat to the menu. So I was prepared to order a bacon,egg and cheese hold the bacon. It's really unfortunate that you essentially pay for the meat even though you're not eating it. We had 3 orders and my sandwich came with bacon. I will say that this is only the second time I have ever had a wrong order at a ChickFila in the 25 years I've been eating there which is phenomenal. After an apology I received a new sandwich but the cheese was not melted at all. It looked as if they quickly made another sandwich and slapped a slice of cheese on there. Disappointed mostly because it's Chick Fil A but consistency matters. Because I have rarely had any issues I view this as a blip. An off moment. Depressed. That is the word I would use to describe how I felt when I got home, reached into my bag, and pulled out this sad excuse for a "large" fry... I think the corporate executives, managers, employees, or whoever is responsible for this robbery should be donning black ski masks and black clothes to really drive home this robbery of an experience. I went through the drive through today to pick up food for my kids. It was a pre order so it never takes long - all great for busy people needing to get to work. And it goes without saying the food is always good. This morning I witnessed an employee drop the bag on the floor, picked it up, then proceeded to use it. Not cool. Due to the prime location, this branch is always insanely busy. I have never come here or driven by and didn't see this place at least five cars deep. Even still, I have a fairly positive opinion about this franchise in general, and they aim for service. The line moves fairly quickly, but this location has gotten my order wrong more than once. If you bring it to their attention they will correct it, but that means waiting in the excessively long queue again. Stopped at this Chick-fil-A for a breakfast meal. As is the case with most Chick-fil-A locations, there is always a line for the drive-thru. However, it did move fairly quickly, with two lanes available. My experience was very good, as is always the case. Upon getting to the drive-thru window to grab my food and make payment, I was told that my breakfast sandwich was still being prepared and given the option to change my sandwich or wait for it. Of course, I decided to wait for the sandwich that I ordered. While waiting, the young lady/drive-thru attendant sparked up pleasant conversation, asking if my day was going well so far or if I had any exciting plans. Although my plans for the day were not exciting, it was a nice start to my day while waiting. Not too long after that, my sandwich was ready and I was on my way. This was the first time that I did not have to pull over to the side in the parking lot, when waiting for my meal to be brought out. So it was actually nice to speak to someone and have a brief conversation while waiting. The staff was really great, warm and friendly! If you are ever in the area and have a chance to visit this location, I'm pretty sure that your experience will be a positive and pleasurable one! read more

Never had chick-fil-A for breakfast but I'm glad I did. I was a little bummed to see the dual lines about six deep but little did I know this locations effectiveness in executing orders. I was in and out in about five minutes. I've waited 15 minutes or more in a smaller McDonald's line. The food was fantastic. Quality hot coffee. Tasty, not too greasy hash browns, and a sausage egg and cheese that satisfied my biscuit cravings. I wish I had tried this sooner. I will definitely be back. read more

So happy to have dine in available again. Still done safely, no trays and they provide all utensils, condiments and napkins. Clean everything after someone leaves. A pleasant experience to sit and relax, have hot food rather than takeout and drive back to work or home. read more

This is the worst location that I have been to. Every time I go inside, the staff is usually standing or wondering around looking clueless. Consistently great service and food. I frequent here for breakfast by going inside. Only down side is it's always cold inside. The owner of the establishment is always full of energy and positive. Almost makes me want to get a part time job here. They offer breakfast biscuits, burritos, bagels, parfaits and breakfast platters just to name a few. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free sandwich due to my status as a veteran. (I was wearing my Vietnam veteran hat.) a staff member brought our meals to our table. Great food very friendly staff and my kiddos love the play area! It is clean and their food is fresh every time I've gotten it. They also have the best tasting diet lemonade I've had at a Chick Fil A...I am not sure what they do to make it any different but it's delicious.
