This place can't get an order right for anything. Not uncommon to have to go in or drive back through to get missing items, sauces, etc. All the employees act like it's either their first day or it's social hour and are too distracted to do their jobs. read more

THEY CHARGED ONLY ME FOR WATER. I witnessed them give water cups for free to several people including the friends I was with. Until I went to ask for one, then they decided to charge me 35¢ +tax. I know it's a small price but I'm mad it was only charged to me. Not okay. read more

Not sure why they ask you if you want sauce, if they plan on not giving you any. Actually every time I've been here they ask if I want sauce and I tell them yes. They then proceed to not give me sauce. At a place where everything tastes the same and sauce is kind of important, they might want to put a little more effort in at the drive thru. I go in to order a #7 meal, with a watermelon freeze as the drink. I get rung up the #7 meal with a drink and then a freeze on the side. I explained I didn't want the soft drink and the cashier proceeds to tell me "Well you should have told me that." UM??? I DID. Thanks for the fucking attitude though. read more

I can't believe I actually feel obligated to write a bad review.... We ended up waiting for 30 minutes to get our food, our order literally consisted of 3 burritos and 1 drink. Simple right? Wrong. I'm just going to list off all the problems we had because I don't even know where to start. Issue #1 When we walked in it took 7 minutes for them to even acknowledge us and take our order. Issue #2 The people who ordered way before us were upset at the counter because they messed up their orders twice. Issue #3 The guy behind us ordered one of those freeze drink things. That's it! That took 20 minutes and the only reason he got it so fast is because he had to remind them every 5 minutes. Issue #4 A lady was missing her cinnamon twists, she told them and waited at the register for 10 minutes or so and the cinnamon twists were on the dang counter! Not one employee bothered to grab them for her. Issue #5 They ran out of beef, which of course made literally ever employee freeze and become stuck on stupid or something because they ALL gathered into the back room! And there was still people waiting for their orders to be taken! So a solid 10 minutes no one was making anything! Issue #6 3 Employees decided to go take a Damn smoke break! Lol like seriously? What happened to having pride in the workplace? Issue #7 They weren't even under staffed!! They're was AT LEAST 6 or 7 employees working! Never visiting this location again! Sorry TB. You're just what hits the spot, generally, but this one is terrible and I've tried it about it 4 or 5 times. Slow service, terrible management (there's currently no manager in here right now), and poorly prepared food. I highly recommend driving about 15 minutes to the next closest one. So Taco Bell is pretty good overall but I had a bit of an unpleasant experience. I went in to ask what age they were hiring at and the guy who was way taller than me bent down to "my level" (I'm 5'0), and asked my age I told him my age and he said "look, NO ONE is gonna hire you so give up" I said back that I was already working and was just looking for a second job, we changed conversation and I ordered a chipotle chicken "burrito" and there was a lot of sauce and not a lot of chicken. We had a new Taco Bell open in my neighborhood at 5534 WEST 6200 SOUTH KEARNS, UT 84118. We don't usually eat at TB but though we would give it a try. The first thing we noticed was 6-7 cars in the drive through. They did not look like they were moving so we went inside. There was an older woman in the front of the line wanting to tip the seven employees one dollar each. After a long debate the very young looking manager came to the front and accessed the back up register to make change for her. He counted out all the money in his food handling gloves and then went back to making food. I watched him handle several burritos. I waited in line so I could find out who owned the restaurant so I could complain but was just told "the owner is not here" by the boy with the dirty gloves. I informed him in no uncertain terms he could kill people by handling food like that. When we left one of the counter girls screamed "have a nice day!" at my back. Never eating at Taco Bell again. Yeah it's new but if it was possible to give no stars, I would. I've been here twice and both times they got my order wrong in the drive thru then when you ask to get it fixed, they get upset as if it were my fault. This has got to be the worst taco bell in the country. I live near by and like to get some taco bell when I'm coming home from a night out. Unfortunately, I am forced to swing by this shit hole because of location. They constantly short me on food I purchased and are earth shatteringly slow. I'm talking 30 minute wait times sometimes. The staff are a bunch of lazy little high school students that will literally be sitting on their asses while people are waiting to be served. By far the worst Tacobell I have ever been to. I have been to this location a few times and I week not go back. The first time I went there they messed up my order by giving me beef instead of the chicken I paid for. A few months later I went again and ordered chalupas. They were rock hard. I ordered 1 more time from them a few days ago. Stale chips, old and hard chalupa shells and soggy, cold hard tacos. I will drive to the location on 5400 from now on. I don't know what is going on with this location but it is awful. read more

Worst taco bell on earth. They're always out of something you want to order. They are slower than slow. When you finally get your food, it looks like it was made by orangutan monkeys. Cashier was mentally handicapped (which is fine) but, when he needed assistance with our order he shut-down and got very timid. Too shy to ask for help. Restrooms are absolutely disgusting. I was almost too afraid to wash my hands. Not a single table was clean, we had to wipe out own table. Makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. Hands down most unprofessional experience. I obviously don't expect much customer service at Taco Bell, but this was just awful. Congratulations to Bryce and Kyle earning the shittiest employee awards. I asked a simple question and one of them Answers in a completely irrelevant response, "yeah mcdoubles are good." And "I don't know no one really eats here it's Taco Bell" I know you're job isn't that hard. I'll i expect is take my order my money and give me my food.
