Ordered 4 spicy potato soft tacos. It is supposed to come with creamy jalapeño sauce -- they put a ranch sauce on it instead. Ordered a crunch wrap -- fell apart immediately. Ordered green chili queso sauce just to try it. Instead of asking me for a substitution, the person at the counter was like, "I gave you nacho cheese sauce instead." I am amazed this dump actually refurbished rather than closing down. It is notorious in the community for being HORRIBLE. The worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bells. They get your order wrong EVERY TIME without fail. When you go back to have the order corrected, they look at you confused and can't figure out how to correct it. After ordering my food, I noticed that the person making my food was also texting on her phone (with her gloves on) and then goes back to touch my food, with the same glove she touched her phone with. When I saw what happened I cancelled my order. Not only was that disgusting, but I also found a cockroach at the sauce area. I can't make this up people. Went to Taco Bell and got the grilled cheese burrito. Was very tasty. In fact, I went back to order a second & third one. Although the food was delicious, the aftermath was not. Ever had one of those farts that just didn't go as planned?? Well I hadn't had one in years... but today was the day. Slow service, dirty environment, and sub-par food. Big fan of Taco Bell, but corporate needs to check into this particular site. The wait for the food was ridiculous...twenty five minutes for 3 tacos! Not even during lunch or dinner rush. When I did receive it, the meat was cold and the lettuce was warm. The dining room looked as though it had not been swept nor tables cleaned since opening. The cashier was pleasant, but there was a communication breakdown somewhere as we requested eat-in but recieved our order in to-go bags. Perhaps the worst part was the environment. The family-friendly music playing over the PA system was greatly overshadowed by loud, vulgar rap music being played in the kitchen. Glad my kids weren't with me or I would have raised cain! Wow.. just an embarrassment to the Taco Bell/ YUM brand. My wife and I went to have a quick lunch before I went to see the cardiologist in Lacrosse. Placed our order and sat down waiting for our name to be called. 25 minutes later we had our order. The guy making food was doing so one handed as he was talking on a cell phone with the other hand. Three people walked out before putting in a order because no one was at the counter to take orders. Our chulpas where hard as a rock. My wife couldn't even eat it. Didn't ask to have it replaced because didn't have 20 plus more minutes to stay there. Then to top it off,as seen in the pictures the bathroom was probably the nastiest bathroom I've ever been in. The porta potties at a music festival are cleaner. Just no excuse for this restaurant to be this bad at all. read more

They deserve -5 stars! We had to come to LaCrosse for my moms surgery and came by on the way home to Stoddard for a 12 pack. When we got home half of our tacos had no meat! Horrible service. I pull up to the drive through and was made aware they were out of Hard Shell Tacos and Diet Pepsi. I asked if they were out of all hard shells or if they still had the flavored ones. They still had the flavored ones, so I asked to get the "big box" but sub a fiery taco shell out for where the regular hard shells are supposed to be. The "big box" contains a burrito, stuffed hard taco, and a regular crunchy taco. The lady told me I could get the fiery taco subbed for the regular, but that I would have to pay extra! I pay extra, because they ran out of Hard shells??? Needless to say after I objected that fact, the manager came on after words were exchanged and said they would not charge me-which is how it should have been from the beginning. This location sucks. I used to stop here often, but the last few years I regret stopping here. If they aren't out of something it is amazing. They are on my way to and from work so they are conveniently located for me and I love tacos. I have been here when they are out of taco meat (not bad because I can get steak for no extra), they were out of steak once I wasn't happy. The the I stopped in and they were out of hardshells, chalupa shells and I forget what else was laughable. Then I wanted to try the naked chicken chalupa both times I stopped in the didn't have them. I went here the other day with my fiance and we ordered 7 items, including sodas. We were told to pull around and wait by the front door and our food would be brought out to us. We waited approximately 15, while 2 more cars went through the drive through and got there orders. Then a worker came out and told us that our order had been given to someone else, but that they were remaking our food and that our order was their top priority. Well, their definition of top priority is have three employees stand around in the lobby area while we waited for another 15 minutes for our food. We finally went in and stood in the lobby for another 5 minutes until we were finally given our food. After we left, I called and spoke with the manager, who didn't apologize for the terrible service and when I told him that if he didn't make up for the horrible visit, taco Bell would lose our service. He said that there wasn't anything he could do and still didn't apologize. And in addition to this, the food was very poorly made and the drinks were only 3/4s full. I have been to this Taco Bell multiple times. Once in a while they do a good job, but most of the time when I have gone there is something not right. Sometimes the person on the drive-thru intercom is very rude; I was once told in particular to turn off my radio because they didn't like what I was listening to it would have been a different story if my radio was interfering with someone's order, but the line was jam-packed so in this case there should not have been anything wrong with me listening to my radio while I'm waiting for my car to pull ahead. Number two they miss items that I have ordered, meaning that the items are on the ticket but the items are not in the bag. If you eat at this Taco Bell check your bag before you leave the premises otherwise you might be missing two or three things depending on who was at the window. Number three although they haven't been as bad about this lately, they used to have a problem with having certain things in stock. Like other reviewers below me, there have been multiple times that I've been there where they are missing important things like taco shells, cheese, sour cream, soda, cooking oil for their fried items, Etc. Number four their restaurant can be very dirty. I once went inside to order to get my food since the drive-thru line was really busy and the kitchen area I could see was filthy. They had a lot of garbage on the floor that day it was amazingly bad, but at least they didn't miss any items that day; although they were out of napkins. The only thing that makes that taco Bell survive are drunk college kids or people who haven't been there yet. Onalaska taco Bell is better. read more

I would suggest a different restaurant to dine at. It took my husband, 2 children and I about 45 min to an hour to receive all of our food. This restaurant was not very busy only 2 cars in drive and one other couple inside. The taste of the food was awful. The chicken and steak were very dry and tasted burnt the beans were crusty and tortillas hard. We will never be returning do to this happening before. read more
