The Groupon is a bit scammy. We have enjoyed their breakfast burritos in the past so we bought a $12 Groupon worth $30 of food think we could spread it out over time. When I walked in to order two burritos with it, I was told coupons can only be used with a $30 minimum purchase, so I begrudgingly ordered more food. When it came time to show them the QR code on my phone, I was told only printed versions of Groupons were accepted, not digital. The cashier then proceeded to communicate via a translation app on his phone (Spanish to English) that "it was ok, I could just pay the full price anyways.". I said "no thank you" and left, hungry and frustrated. So if you want to use your Groupon here, I suggest you call the 90's and ask for your printer back. Might as well print out some Mapquest directions to the Martin Way location while you're at it. read more

There are worse drive through eateries in the area. I avoid the beef normally and the chicken hasn't presented any dietary issues for me. in the around 10 years I've been in the area they've gotten exactly one order wrong and also fixed it for me. not too shabby at all. :-) read more

I have been coming here forever, since it was a TB/Pizza Hut combo.. never have I dealt with such disrespectful people until a couple weeks ago. I got my order and checked it at the window, they got it wrong and argued with me, I showed them everything in the bag and after minutes of going back and forth, they made the food item and gave it to us, the heavy set white lady from the kitchen shoved the bag out the window aggressively and yelled "now leave". I've never really had a problem with Taco Bell, until now. I was feeling hungry and decided to go to Taco Bell for a quick munchie craving. I ordered a couple chicken supreme chalupas to go. Once I got my food, I went home and began to stuff my face lol. First bite I was really disappointed. The chalupa shell was stiff and stale like it's been expired. It hurt my gums when I tried to chew it. The chicken was cold like they've been set out way too long. Veggies weren't bad though. I'm hoping this was only a rare glitch. I've always had very positive experiences at this Taco Bell! Food is always accurate, never missing items and overall good customer service and polite workers and quick wait times! My only complaint I wanted to point out is every once in a while if I order the chips and cheese or taco salad, the chips or the taco salad shell has a bitter gross taste to it. Almost like old oil is being used to fry them or something? It's only happened 3-4 times but I just ordered a salad and crunched up the shell in the salad and every bite of it I'm tasting the bitter gross taste of the shell! Please fix this! read more

I went here a couple of times and really enjoy my Taco "Smell" when I'm not eating healthy. I had fair experiences the first couple of times but now refuse to order here. I waited for 15 minutes for my food because they accidentally bumped my order. Understandable mistake, but then they took another 7 minutes to prepare 2 chili cheese burritos with nacho cheese and sour cream. What is the worst part is they then were whispering in the back on how to mess with my food. Anyone reading this review; DO NOT go to this Taco Bell. I feel so bad for the workers here. I'm pretty sure the person serving me a couple days ago was this Asian (or Hispanic; could not tell) guy and I overheard him getting yelled at by someone in the kitchen for not upselling.
