I will NOT go to Taco Bell anymore , they have gone to the self service system to order food , I have gone into 3 different stores now and walked out because they registers at the counter but no employee will take your order ,you have to use a kiosk , today I went in and stood at the counter and another customer was waiting behind me ,a employee came over & I thought he was going to help me (nope) he went out the door & came around & asked the customer behind me if he could help him &took him to a kiosk , this was in Lebanon ,Missouri on Jefferson Ave. , I walked out and will never go to Taco Bell again they have registers at the counter ( USE THEM ) , this hhhs happened to me 3 different time at different stores ! read more

Food is great. But customer service is terrible! We stood in the lobby for at least five mins before the workers noticed us. It was empty and we were the only customers at that time. There was a couple ppl who came in after us who ordered and got their food before us after we ordered. We waited 15 min for our food to come out. So my bf went up to the register and asked if our food was almost ready, and when the guy went to go check the blonde skinny cook yelled "I don't like the way he said that" when my bf didn't even say it unkindly. What have given 0 stars if possible. Service was terrible, we waited 10 min to find out that they had given our order to someone else. Then the bowl that we ordered was more like a soup! when I asked why it was so soupy they said it was from the rice cause it was cooked in water. Never again! Went to get a few burritos tonight. Pulled in the parking lot at 11 pm. Finally made it up to order (after 30 minutes) and was told that they weren't taking any more orders. Would have been nice to know this before we waited for 30 minutes. Last time I went there I ordered $50 worth of food and only got $20 worth. I think someone definitely needs to do something about this. It is sad that I HAD to give them 1 star because they don't deserve it. I all ways have a good experience when I come in for my grilled stuff burrito run. The only thing that I'm disappointed about is they no longer open at 6:30 am for breakfast, I have to go to work early & this was my number one stop. Also I would like to see them in corporate the new online ordering the the corporate office has started. Other then this two issues great place to eat.
