I had a pregnancy craving for taco bell. A place I haven't been to forever. And look what was on my taco. A long, nasty, crusty piece of hair. It looks like the hair was placed there intentionally because how could someone miss that? And then I asked for Diablo sauce, the man confirmed if that's the sauce I wanted and when I opened the bag, THERE WAS NO SAUCE. Unfortunate not enough people read these posts prior to going to these horrible restaurants like this Taco Bell..... First, the food in reference to beans and meat is always frozen and prepackaged when delivered to "ALL Taco Bell's" and is "never fresh and/or actually healthy food......." Second, as to charge a person $27.00 for a simple drink and 5 Tacos is exceptionally and grossly "Over Prices." As a note, I drove 5 minutes home to eat....... As I attempted to eat only 2 tacos for the night and due to extremely poor quality of food provided by Taco Bell, the bottom of the tacos were completely stuck to the paper and pulled totally apart, as to not eat or enjoy........ I should have ordered a Taco Salad instead (If they had them any longer), and/or I should have taken the drive to Immokalee, Florida for a "REAL TACO" and get twice my order for the price and for next day lunch too.... I was hungry for some Taco Bell and decided to stop by and order food through their drive-thru. I ordered their Crunchwrap Supreme combo meal and a hard shell taco supreme (all with no tomatoes). The drive-thru attendant took my order very courteously and correctly. The food tasted good (especially with a little mild hot sauce on top). Overall, pretty good experience at this Taco Bell location. read more

I have been here in this area for under a year here. I have been going through the drive Thru many times. My hubby and I always check our bag to make sure our order is correct. Every time I order a taco supreme by the time I get it home the shell always has a crack and it falls apart every time but it's okay...it tastes great! I almost always order the taco supreme and burrito supreme combo with Baja Blast. My hubby is more adventurous he mixes it up a bit with food orders. All of the food tastes very good each time. I've been to probably 50 taco bells in my life time but I will have to say this location is lacking good employees. I ordered over my Taco Bell app tonight thinking this would make my order idiot proof. When I arrived my order wasn't ready and I was forced to park and wait. When I received my food, I counted all the tacos and everything seemed to be fine until I got home to eat. All the tacos were broken and I'm still unsure what I paid extra for because the chicken in every taco was skimpy, seriously 2 or 3 pieces in each taco. The tacos were cold and honestly tasted stale. The gordita crunch had more gordita than crunch and filling. The only part of my meal I did enjoy was my nachos and cheese. After reading all the reviews, this seems to be the outcome regularly from this location and I won't be eating here again. read more

I get my taco fix once a week here. The only reason I keep coming back is they have a long time cashier Debbie who actually knows what customer service is about. Her position does not get tipped but she acts like she is a tipped employee. Look it's taco bell. I expect two things: cheap and edible. This one couldn't even clear that low bar. I didn't realize till I got home that I was missing a bunch of food. An employee came out for a smoke break and told the last car in the drive-thru that their system was down and wouldn't be up for a while. I gave this location four stars well only because I don't think fast food can ever get 5. But at this location I feel the service is always great. I usually come at late at night and I'm always greeted by one employee. I finally got her name today, Sadie, is very polite and never messes up the order.
