    Nasty ass gristle taco
    Mayra P.

This place has gone DOWNHILL! The first time we tried it in June, it was so good, since then, their food is bland, not fresh and low quality. We hesitantly stopped there tonight to grab something on our way home. I ordered 3 Al pastor tacos, NO ONIONS. Get home, not only are there onions, but the meat was 80% fat and gristle I picked it out, which left me with 2 decent cold ass tacos. My husband got 2 asada sopes, one of which was inedible. The damn sope felt/looked and chewed like they fried it, then attempted to warm it up again by frying it a second time. Also inedible. I ordered 3 gorditas with meat + beans and nothing else, they were all drowning in crema & cheese, which isn't a big deal for me, but try getting a couple of toddlers to eat that- Oh, let me add, their bland, sad ass salsa is worse than Taco Bell's. Zero, I mean zero... flavor Spent $40 on shit. Cold ass food. It wasn't even slightly warm and we are within minutes from the stand. I took video, but can't share it. So here's a PIC. we will NOT be back.

This was my quesadilla, how am I supposed to eat this. I picked off what I could from the top tortilla cuz I was super hungry but all the cheese made it had to grab with out a mess. Limes had literally no juice but that happens, and the drink I got had little ice so it was almost room temp. I unfortunately was on my 30 min lunch break so I couldn't go back.

What delicious food! The most authentic anywhere. This mobile eatery is currently staying put sharing a parking lot with Lehigh Acres pre-owned vehicles car lot. A wonderful woman owned Latina eatery is quite freaking amazing! The food is very fresh and presentation is beautiful. Prices are very reasonable and excellent food quality. The ladies have a couple of tables under a lighted gazebo and bigger round tables in front of the truck. Along the side of the truck are two Fooseball tables. My hubby and I enjoyed playing them while waiting for our food. I'm not going to tell who won. That is a secret. Come enjoy great food relax, and listen to the excellent Mexican music.

Tacos birria ??? The worst tacos

Horrible costumer service and horrible food nothing like advertised online, forgot half my order

Dirty ice or unhealthy material in drink

Menu for tacos is confusing and misleading. Some drinks listed on menu, is no longer being served.

I ordered a shrimp ceviche and literally smelled rank, the tomatoes were beyond inedible, no avocados, no lime on the side. A waste of time, it literally had zero lime juice or vinegar. It was pretty much expired pico de gallo with shrimp. Shameful, even the sauce was a waste of containers.

Drove 12 miles one way to give this place a try. Pick up my order and drove back home. To my disappointment half my order was missing. So aggravating and disappointing. Way too far for me to go back to fix the order and the people that work there don't answer the phone. I will never buy from them again!!!!

This was supposed to be a ceviche tostada

You can hear the traffic from Lee Blvd but I can image they probably put on some Mexican music at night here.

Y'all. This food truck is a gem in Leigh Acres and the fort Myers area. I found them on Instagram…read moreand dang am I glad I did. I love tacos and could probably eat them daily. But these birria tacos are hands down the best tacos I've ever had. The flavor was so savory and rich. The quality of the meat was top notch. And the portion was excellent as well for the price. Service was good as well. There were a few tables where the truck wt the location of the day I was there, not sure if that is a normal thing or not. I understand why they sell out often because truly these are incredible. Don't miss this whenever they are in your area.

First, I have to say the customer service needs serious improvement. I called ahead to place an order, but instead of being properly assisted, I was left on the line while the staff continued to take other in-person orders. There was no courtesy hold or communication, which felt unprofessional and frustrating. In total we had to call MULTIPLE times and was on "hold" for more then 10 minutes. As someone who has worked in hospitality, I understand how busy things can get -- but basic customer service goes a long way in keeping guests satisfied. Secondly, the pricing is a bit extreme, especially when it comes to something as simple as the Hot Cheeto bag. You are paying $6 for a 1oz bag. You can get a whole party size bag of hot Cheetos for less. I get that food costs are rising, but for what you're getting, it feels overpriced. Also, to add that I have tried this food truck multiple times and this occurs every time. The food is wonderful but it is going to lose business if there is not a change. If you are going to offer a phone service then please have it functioning properly. Overall, there's potential here, but unless they improve how they treat their customers and take a second look at their pricing structure, it's hard to justify coming back or recommending the place to others. In today's competitive food scene, service and value are just as important as flavor.

On the outside, the name Lozano reminds us the Lozano Mexican Restaurant in Immokalee. However in closer examination, this is Senor Lozano of Lehigh Acres with different ownership! A young staff greeted us and provided an excellent and friendly service promptly! You can tell he has that hospitality spirit in him! We ordered scrambled eggs with bacon and grits and Chorizo con Huevo tacos with coffee. The Chorizo con Huevo needs to add a little pepper and hot sauce to bring out the flavor. Scrambled eggs with bacon are just plain scrambled eggs and nothing to write home. It was quick and OK breakfast but the ambiance suggested they have a setup for a decent Tequila or Margarita. Possible a stop during Cinco De Mayo if you are in the area!

We entered the restaurant and it was very sparce with tables. I understand because of COVID . Our server did the best that she could do. We left her a good tip. She looked so sad. When She brought us chips and salsa, They didn't look too bad but the taste was not good. The salsa tasted like it had a Smokey flavor but it was not flavorful. The chips were thick and hard with no flavor either. We ordered their Combination dinner #1. Just a burrito & taco with retried beans and rice . I got a soda and he got a sweet tea. The atmosphere was nice. The food came it was the most plain looking food. The server asked how we would like our tortillas corn or flour? I told her corn and my hubby told her flour. The food had no taste to speak of! The entire meal looks so very unappealing. When I opened what was supposed to be a burrito, was nothing but a big ladle sized greasy ground beef slop in a tortilla. The taco was greasy and same but it did have a little lettuce cheese and tomatoes added. The taste was so bad that I could only taste test a little bit. I could not eat my meal. The refried beans tasted nasty and tasted the same. The rice was so bland and dry no flavor. Thank goodness for Pepsi! Food looked so unappealing that I wasn't able to include any pics of it! The best things about ur dinner was our beverages. I went to the restroom. Oh it was awful! It was filthy ! the worst was mold!! Mold was all over the handicapped bar on the wall next to the toilet. I'm very allergic to mold so I began heaving! ! If I had seen the restroom first , we never would have eaten here!! Then when the bill came we were charged extra for the tortillas holding our ingredients for our so called burrito and taco! The worst $33 ever spent!! Oh and to top it all off once I got home I had diarrhea! So a fun night! Thank goodness for Imodium AD! Save yourselves! Go somewhere else instead!
