Why oh why do they feel the ultimate need to dissapoint so badly? Repeated visits and still horrible. Case in point, recent visit of vegetarian black bean quesarito. For almost $4, advertising as a quesadilla wrapped around an actual vegetarian flavorful veggie burrito is what you would expect. I visit this location quite often when I am at work in Lemont. We always go inside to order. Most of the time they mess something up in our orders And it's extremely annoying especially when you only have a very short time for lunch. This last time was the last straw, I picked up lunch for the girls and took it back for a short lunch break. Not only did they 4 get something altogether but they messed up a nachos bell Grande somehow and then try to argue with me when I called to tell them on my way home from work. I had the receipt And they still tried to argue with me. Again, we only had a short time for lunch so we ordered chicken and nachos bell Grande . Both were terrible... the chicken was dry, The mashed potatoes soupie and inedible. The nachos were pad as well. The employees unpleasant. And the booths are falling apart. This is honestly my favorite Taco Bell. I have never had any issues with orders being incorrect or anything missing. The food is always delicious and fresh. This is Taco Bell is closest to my home and I usually go through the drive up. Tonight I came in with my hubby and granddaughter - our order was messed up not once but twice. How do you give a 5 year old a cheese quesadilla (which was ordered as "a cheese quesadilla with just cheese") with spicy sauce on it two times?!?! And we waited forever to correct both items they messed up. The restaurant was empty and not one clean table was to be found. The person who took my order was very friendly and apologized for the multiple errors but you could tell that this team doesn't know what the heck they're doing. read more

AND once we got to the window they forgot half our order so we had to wait a bit longer. The food is good but the service and atmosphere are unwelcoming. Advice? I only give one star because I can't give no stars. I ordered 4 tacos and all of them had very minimal meat. I opened my second taco and there was more lettuce then meat. I've gone to taco places and gotten more meat on a little taco then these tacos. I'm very disappointed in this establishment and I don't think I will be going to this location in the future. read more

Where do I begin..... I went to this establishment on the evening of June 19, 2018. Probably some of the WORST service I have ever experienced. When I was inside deciding what to order, the cashier, named Lorenzo, actually rolled his eyes! Then he was extremely reluctant to explain what came in my freaking 5 dollar box because I had never ordered this particular one before and then proceeds to take my cash out of my hand like I stole it from him! Then, I was waiting for my food and a lady came in and ordered roughly 15 or 20 minutes later than I did and received her food before me. Like um... excuse me? I have been waiting here for almost a half hour and you tellin me that it takes that long to assemble a 5 dollar box of Mexican food? Like for real? Then I go to get my drink only to find out that 2 of the buttons on the soda machine were mislabeled and instead of lemonade which I wanted, I ended up getting a throat full of mountain dew. Not to mention the place looks like there is probably a meth lab in the back but yet I still eat here against my better judgement. This location continues to be the biggest joke of a Taco Bell/KFC. I have had several bad experiences or weird occurrences but it's down the street so I have given them a couple of chances. They always take forever and often are out of ingredients (tonight was beans and rice- kind of big ingredients for Taco Bell). One time I pulled into the drive thru at 7 PM. Absolutely horrific service. They have yet to get an order correct. Just came back. After waiting for 10 minutes in line, ordered two baja steak chalupas. Asked at window if salsa was in the bag and was told yes. I drove away and as i was waiting to turn onto street, glanced into bag and saw no salsa. Didn't want to go through drive through so went inside and waited another 5 minutes in line. Got home to find they gave me ground beef and not the steak I ordered and paid for. I called to complain and spent 15 minutes with the phone ringing until they answered. The girl who answered proceeded to tell me she has no time because they are very busy. I told her I want to speak to someone now and she started to speak Spanish . VERY inappropriate. Whoever is the manager here needs to give the crew a little seminar on courtesy, filling orders correctly, and that a switch in language can sometimes be inappropriate. read more

I watched the girl take money from a customer at drive thru and then go make tacos and grab my friends chips w her hands that she just touched money with. When i asked her if they wear gloves she didn't know what to say so she asked her manager. And still I got nothing. I told her that she touched money and then food.
