I would give a 0 stars if possible. I waited in the drive thru line, which I could not exit due to the design, for well over 30 minutes (demonstrated by time stamps on my Walmart receipt, 12:51 and my Taco Bell, Lenoir City recept showing 1:34 and the fact that my 2 burritos and 4 tacos were all room temperature when I received them). There were only 6 cars in the drive thru and app order line when I arrived. However, while waiting 4 other cars entered the app order line and then pushed into the drive thru line per the design of the drive thru and app lanes. When we finally reached the window and received the food, as mentioned earlier, it was all room temperature. I will not use this Taco Bell again. read more

It's Taco Bell, the food was what I expected. The dining room and restroom was clean. But, what really stood out was the service. Three different employees offered assistance and twice I was told to have a great or "beautiful" day. That attention and friendliness are not often found in fast food. This is probably the best taco bells around. Their shells are very soft, fresh and their employees really got it together. Its always fast coming in and out of the drive thru... Love the food. Really dislike that there are ONLY kiosks to order from. It pushes the customer away from getting the interaction with the employees. Meanwhile teaching the crew that they don't need customer service experience when everyone should be give the opportunity to get that particular training. Even McDonald's has the option to kiosk order or go to a greeter. I noticed that the pay for crew is $12 and manager is $14. Maybe if they would quit putting all the money into the electronics and instead increase the pay for their workers, they might have less of a turn over with employees. Also, I wish they'd go back to a more traditional taco belle decor rather than this keeping up with the joins modern changes. I love Taco Bell everywhere else in Knoxville but this one in Lenoir City is the worst experience I have ever had with fast food. Unfortunately we live in Lenoir city so it's our only option but every time you go through the drive thru it takes minimum 30min-over an hour. Check your bag before leaving and be prepared to either 1)go inside receipt and bag in hand to get what was wrong or left out or 2)get back in the 15 minute drive through line you just came out of to correct your order then what was right in your order will be cold.
