Ordered three nacho supreme tacos. For what you pay, you'd expect the shells to have a lot more of everything in them. They were almost empty! I counted three pieces of tomato. I was having stomach surgery and wanted Taco Bell one last time. We visited this Taco Bell and ordered a decent amount of food so I could taste all my favs. (I can't handle certain spices now): Well, after spending more than I wanted to, we all got food poisoning. My daughter was crying and vomiting. My one kid reminded me today when I asked her if she wanted it. She said "Omg mum don't you remember when we all thought we were dying from food poisoning??" I do not recommend! I got Taco Bell Breakfast and five minutes later i had to use the restroom. I thought nothing of it and did my business. Nothing would come out. I kept pushing and pushing, still nothing. I was really scared nothing has happened like this before. The service is great they are always pretty fast and when they aren't they make up for it pretty well. We waited maybe 2 minutes once at the window they apologized and gave me free food coupons. As for the food I usually can't complain about that either. Every now and then they put a little lettuce in on accident. But what can you don't nothing really I'm not gonna make them look through it all for a little bit of lettuce. The place is pretty clean from what I've seen as well. This place doesn't even deserve one star, nor should it be open. Everybody in there should be fired. For the third time this month, no order was correct. They have gotten at least a free 30$ off of me. Walk inside to talk to the manager and he looks at me like I have three heads when telling him everything I told you above. Rolled into Taco Bell with the munchies and the chick talking on the order machine was a real bitch and didn't know how to customize my order. Then i roll up to the window to waste my time with the employees not knowing what i ordered. Gets better when the manager comes to the window and says they're out of beef. How does a Taco Bell run out of beef. It's literally your job to have beef. And then the old we are short staffed excuse is used. Today I stopped in at the drive through just to purchase two chalupas and a happy hour beverage. It took about 10 minutes from start to finish. I noticed they had a white board inside the window that says after 4 minutes, "Sorry about your wait." This must be a common occurrence to this location. The cashier who took my order was not very effective at assisting me in my decision making. Their freezes were functioning but their seasonal special was caramel apple which they were out of caramel syrup! read more

I truly do not think it's possible for the people who work here to get a single order right. Since the place opened, I have *never* had a correct order. Literally. Every single time I have ordered something...it's ALWAYS wrong and I end up having to take it back. Hell, on multiple occasions I received someone else's food! I always ask to swap the meat for beans, and I always end up with meat on my meal somehow. The last time I ordered there, they actually put beans on my taco, but there was hamburger meat stuck to the outside of it. Really? So anyone going to this place, get in the habit of checking your food before driving away...because 9 times outta 10, it's going to be wrong. read more

This taco bell is a bit slow sometimes, but it's usually in that good fast food slow way. I know that food is going to be good, hot, and fresh, and I get a bit of time to play with the phone while I wait. What makes this location stand out is how consistent they are. As a Taco Bell connoisseur who has eaten at roughly 30 different taco bell locations, I can tell you one of the hallmarks of a good Taco Bell are the amounts of filling. Sometimes you'll be a little skimped on the meat or lettuce and have yourself almost a taquito! Sometimes you'll get some wild and crazy taco bell that gives you practically a burrito for a taco! What crazy people they are! This place never skimps and my tacos always feel good and full. Staff is really nice and courteous the times I have visited. That has never been an issue at any taco bell locations that I can remember visiting though. Some people have bad days though and that's okay. I didn't go to college and am not quite sure how franchising works, but I've noticed pricing differences at about every taco bell I go to, and this one is one of the "cheap ones" so feel free to go big here! Was very excited when Taco Bell first opened up in Lewistown. However time after time this restaurant runs out of product, has broken equipment, or doesn't even carry everything on their menu. I can deal with the slow service which usually isn't the case at most Taco Bells however the number of times new equipment seems to be breaking down is ridiculous. Staff are usually quite nice and friendly however all the other issues makes them look bad. read more
