I had, in the past, ordered their Mini Taco Salad several times while they were still a new menu item and I found them to be a pretty good price for what you get. Today I found they were no longer new menu items and I ordered two. They were both incredibly skimpy. Nothing like the previous ones I had been getting while they were new menu items. I called and asked a manager if this was some sort of bait and switch. She said no and was happy to remake the one I hadn't eaten yet. They were all very apologetic. Worse experience I have ever encountered at a restaurant fast food or otherwise. The what I can assume was the manager Kylie twice while I was in this dining room came into the room and yelled "everyone needs to leave my lobby ". First time, she came into dining room asking everyone to move their vehicles so truck could get in then in a flash yelled everyone needed to get out of her lobby. The second outburst from her after store "ran out of cinnamon twists" and the restaurant was busy, she yelled once again everyone needed to get out of her lobby. I have NEVER experienced such rude disrespect from an employee of a business I will never revisit this establishment again. I can fully understand why this restaurant has such a low ranking with employees like Kylie. I have been to many Taco Bell's in my life. And none of them are as bad as this one. Where do I start. First off. Sometimes you have to wait a long time in the drive three to get your food. Second if you don't ask them to drain the beef before you put it in your food. They they put all that grease in with the food. And even when you ask them to drain the grease they still don't. Other Taco Bell's do when you ask them to. But this one dose not. So when you get your taco. Your taco shell is so soggy from all that grease. There no crunch to it at all. So nasty I will not eat there again until they start draining the beef when you ask to. And your food is not just a pile of grease. Only thing I can think of for the reason this place is this bad is because everyone that works there hates the GM and is trying to get him fired. read more

Every time I go through the drive-thru I constantly have to go back through because they NEVER get my order right. I have things I have to, I don't have time to go back through the drive thru. Not to mention how much longer it gets. So really you're waiting an extra 30 minutes to get your corrected order. Normally I would just go in for a simple fix and be civil and polite but they're lobby is closed. When it's a mobile order and I paid extra for it, it shouldn't be that hard to just double check and make sure the stuff is in the bag. It's so infuriating. read more

I wont be returning to Linton Taco Bell and nor will my friends. I ordered through the app at 11:20 , paid for it and drove 30 minutes to pick it up. When I got there at 11:45 they told me they had closed early because someones mom was in the hospital. I didnt get my food or my money back. After checking my card I realised they charged me 23.09 3 times, charging me damn near 70 dollars. It's been like pulling teeth just to get my money back. Terrible customer service . read more

Honestly, I'm being generous with the two stars. The employees are generally nice and the facility (minus the tables) is usually clean but the food is always a disaster. People close to me have found bugs and foreign objects in their food but I looked past that for a long time. Earlier in the year my husband and I stopped by to grab something quick, it was noon on a random Saturday, the doors were locked and the lights were out. No one was there and there wasn't a sign on the door indicating the facility should be closed. In the past, employees making food were not wearing gloves and were wearing chipped off nail polish. It's really sad because there isn't too much to eat around here...but it's widely known not to attempt this taco bell. Really wish someone would come in and clean this place up! read more

This Taco Bell is absolutely disgusting. They have been known to b disrespectful and have bugs in their food.
