Went to go through the drive thru around 11 pm yesterday. Online says hours of operation are 9AM-1AM. There were four male employees outside. Smoking weed which you could smell from a mile away. So whenever I'm craving a grilled cheese burrito and at 12:01 I can't get it even though they are still open for another 59 mins. This is absolutely absurd and pure laziness. 2 for 2 for a horrible experience in the the last month here. 1st time- 2pm on a Saturday...I ordered a $2 burrito on their app and went to the drive thru to pick up. There were 2 cars in front of me so I thought it would maybe be 5 mins before I got my food... not the case! I gave my name at speaker and they had order in system. Told me to drive forward. 15 mins later I finally got up to window. I literally sat there for another 15 mins before anybody even came to window. She asked what I had and I told her. 5 mins later I got my food and got the help out of there! 35 mins for 1 burrito!!! Fast forward to today. 915pm on a Monday...I Ordered same burrito (nothing special- $2 menu item as is, with directions to grill it). This time I went inside. I waited for 35 mins until the people that arrived after me got their food. I asked the guy where my 1 burrito was, since I was there before the people who just got their food. He said,"I made that 10 mins ago." Turns out, the burrito was sitting on the counter back there for the last 10 mins. Instead of offering to make me a fresh one, he asked me if I wanted a refund or the burrito that had been sitting there for over 10 mins!!! We stopped here after going to a wake out in Akron. There are not a lot of places to stop and grab a bite out in Akron; we had a different route back towards Buffalo and saw this Taco Bell, conveniently on the side of Transit so that we did not have to cross the street. There was nothing exceptional about this Taco Bell. It was not busy and so our order was prepared quickly. We ate in as most Taco Bell food is not conducive to "eat and drive", plus we could go back to the bar where the hot-medium-mild sauce envelopes are, as needed. It was a quick meal/snack. read more

Worst customer service experience ever. We came at 1030 pm to order food when this location closes at 1 am. The guy in the drive through said "we aren't taking orders". I politely asked if something was wrong or why and he just said "we aren't taking orders". I pulled up to see what was going on and the kid had his backed turned to me on his phone while he's buddies we're messing around in the back. I don't typically go back and update reviews but my original review is no longer accurate. Something has changed at this Taco Bell location. They are having a hard time keeping things clean. I am seeing a pattern, floor and tables are consistently dirty and the drink machine has fluid all over flat surface that you reach across to fill up your drinks. The other thing that is frustrating and has happened twice now (both times on a Sunday) is that they are out of multiple drinks (today it was lemonade and mango ice tea). I am not sure if the manager has changed or what but things are different. The Lockport location has absolutely gone downhill over the last year. I'm not sure if it's under new management or what.. but it's just bad. Terrible customer service. We have been twice, the first visit waited and waited, no one else in the restaurant waiting, eventually someone came around to take our order. Today we thought to try the restaurant again for lunch around 1pm. Walked in the door to find one person waiting. Looked like at least three people working could have been a fourth or more we did not see. After 5 minutes, time to go had enough Taco Bell just doesn't care. I'm not sure if I've ever had a bad experience at Taco Bell in my life. To be fair, though, many of them - especially in the earlier days - were accompanied by mass quantities of alcohol ... so maybe they were horrible and I just didn't know it. But the Taco Bell in Lockport has been pretty solid since it opened a couple years ago. And I'm not sure I've ever had alcohol before going there. I'm a big fan of the Gordita. Still reminds me of the old commercials with the Chihuahua and the Godzilla commercials. I like the flat-bread-like shell. It's about the most expensive thing I order on the menu. Usually I just get soft tacos - and lots of 'em. The past couple times I went I've gotten a crunchy potato soft taco. I must have raved about it last outing because this time around my girlfriend felt the need to get one, too. Taco Bell can be really cheap if you want it to. Or you can spend more and walk away stuffed. I prefer the spend-more-and-walk-away-stuffed strategy. But it's nice to know that when I scraping change together there's someplace I can spend it. The dining room is always pretty clean. And I really like the artwork on the wall. The staff is always really helpful because we often have to ask what things are ... and what comes in them ... and they never make us feel stupid ... even though we probably asked the same questions last time. I'm giving this location a one star review, only because that is the lowest you can leave. If I could, I would've chosen no stars. The employee at the drive through had messed up our first order and added extra beef when we asked for extra cheese, which is almost a $1 difference, and then proceeded to give us a small cup of cheese that was less than half full.
