Insanely slow service, all the time. The food is typically of better Taco Bell quality, but doesn't make up for the lack of service.

Placed a mobile order at 4:30 pm on June 19th and did not receive my food until 5. I placed the order and immediately went inside to use the restroom and wait. I witnessed what seemed to be a team lead yelling at and berating other employees for the littlest things, all while the customers could clearly see and hear. They were constantly messing up orders and remaking things, including clearing my order without even making it, then proceeding to send it to the drive through while I was standing at the counter. All of the pops in the fountain tasted flat and watered down, couldn't even tell anyone because no one would come to the counter. Once I received my food, I had noticed it was smashed, poorly made, and cold. Overall, I have never had a fast food experience be this bad, this specific taco bell always has issues and it definitely needs addressed. Do better. The Taco Bell in Logan allows its workers to stand outside the doors and vape instead of getting door dashes and mobile orders ready. I have stood at the counter forn12 minutes before being acknowledged. They are extremely slow and the women who work in the mornings are rude. read more

Taco Bell is one of the very few fast food places in Logan, I usually am ALWAYS down for TB but it pains me to go to the one in Logan, it is and will always be last resort. The customer service is pathetic and quality of food is incredibly poor. I actually went today when I got off work because I was very hungry and wanted something convenient. Of course by the end I was disappointed. My order was very simple, 3 cheesy roll ups, I got them freezing cold and all the cheese inside was not melted in the slightest. Customer Service Feedback from 12/2/25 The customer service at this location was unacceptable absolutely horrible. When I walked in, no one greeted me or offered assistance. I stood waiting for at least 10 minutes without acknowledgment, until someone handed me a bag of food, assuming I was there for a pickup order, even though I hadn't placed one. Being short-staffed is not an excuse for ignoring customers. A simple greeting and offer of help should always be standard. I know from experience, asa former manager at a Taco Bell with just myself and a general manager during rush hour, that it is possible to provide both efficiency and customer service. This team needs retraining to ensure customers are treated with respect and basic courtesy. read more

Ordered five tacos only got two and ordered three nacho fries and only got two and with the cheese cups. And in the cheese cups, there was barely enough sauce to dip one fry in and waited 20 minutes for food read more

I love this place. Many many many many many many many good memories here. I've eaten hundreds if not thousands of their nacho fries and my yearn has not been satiated. I will be back. I love you Taco Bell. read more

I go to the taco bell in Logan Ohio pretty frequently on my lunch break. I have an hour lunch mind you, today, I already waited in line for a good 10 minutes when it was a short line and I ordered a cheese quesadilla and a nacho fry I also asked for two extra sauces that are $0.50 a piece and I get my food and my quesadilla is not cooked the cheese isn't even melted at all, my fries are cold and I didn't get any of my sauces not even the cheese that COMES WITH the nacho fry. I'm very nice to them because they get talked bad about a lot but what a waste of $12 and ruined my lunch lol. read more

I usually don't review fast food places unless something was terrible, but I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at the Logan, OH Taco Bell. They were very apologetic on my wait (to be honest, I didn't even feel like it was super long) and hooked me up with some grub and coupons. Thought that was really nice of them and a cool change of scenery from my typical fast food experiences that are usually meh or OK. Hot sauce me impressed. read more

Not usually one to complain but the workers here at least at night have terrible customer service skill. The lady was texting the whole time we were at the window, had no idea our order or total, was quite rude, and we weren't sure when our interaction together was done because she just handed us the bag and stared at us like we were supposed to know she was done. Food never bad, HOWEVER, customer service is. First of all, I know it's a fast food restaurant, but any type of "manager" should know how to talk to their customers in a non disrespectful manner. If you cannot do that you have no business being left in charge of ANY type of business. PERIOD. Normally they have the fastest service in town and they always get the order right! I'm not typically one to complain because I've worked fast food but I placed my order online at 5:37pm went there at 5:45 and sat at the drive through window for 45 minutes and my food was cold...
