Neither me or my wife have had any bad experiences here. Of course the prices are up there. But what fast food isn't? I can't really think but of only one time our order was not correct and they made it right with us. The food is usually always hot and fresh. Just left Wendy's in Logan. I ordered a burger, large chili with extra crackers, and a full size taco salad. I got home and found I have no crackers, and taco salad with NO CHILI! Now, I called, they tried to make it right by having me stop by, AGAIN. I don't have the time, nor the want to. I will not be back, and told him so. Not a big deal, right? RAW chicken. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at this location while visiting hocking hills. The spicy chicken sandwich I was eating was raw. I alerted the manager who refunded only the sandwich, but we ended up throwing our entire meal out. The manger stated that a district manager would contact us to give a gift card but this never occurred. Very unacceptable. read more

My favorite fast food in Logan. Usually if I have any complaints it's more on a single person level not management or the restaurant itself.

If you have low expectations, enjoy long waits and think it's kinda cool to be surprised after opening your bag to see what you may (or may not have) ordered ... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! This Wendy's in Logan has made me realize that I'm most likely clinically insane ... Each time I've given up hope, viscerally believed this restaurant will never change for the better and vowed to never again darken the drive-thru speaker with the now-hallowed shadow of my soul ... I go back!! THAT, my fellow fast-food-drive-thru-goers is a sign of my sickness. Guess what?? The slow service, uncaring attitude and the 50% (at best) accuracy rate DOES NOT CHANGE!! The food is always good, but I usually avoid this Wendy's for the fact that they always mess up my order. If I'm ordering for more than myself, I can always count on something to be missing/wrong in my order - especially in the drive-thru. In my opinion, they rush too fast to get orders out. It's nice that I don't have to wait as long, but I would rather wait a little longer and receive what I paid for. read more

I've never ordered from the drive in and recived everything I ordered neither has it even been right. This is not a new problem, it's been going on for years! Who trains the employees? On top of it all the one time we called about our order being wrong after we got home who I believed to be the manager got an attitude about the order, said we were wrong! Fresh review time! Stopped in today for lunch with two adults and six Boy Scouts after hiking eight miles and camping in a rainstorm. The Wendy's team at this location was ON THEIR GAME today -- all the food came out quickly, correctly, and we happily munched on it up Rt 33 back to the Capital City. Great job! read more

When you pull up to a Wendy's at 10:02 you don't expect to show up to locked doors and everyone inside (including the workers) to pretend you aren't even there! If I could give this service a lower rating I would. After getting in while someone was leaving, the workers proceeded to yell at us and wouldn't even let us use the bathroom. 0/10 would not recommend. Instead maybe head to the McDonalds next door where they have great service, kind workers, AND ACTUALLY LET YOU IN! read more

Always seem to have a bad experience at this place. Rude employees, extremely poor management, boss screams and cusses at employees in front of customers, orders are consistently incorrect, kitchen and dining room are always disgusting, they drop food on the floor and pick it right up and serve it even when you are standing right there watching. Over all this place needs a complete revamp and after my experience last night will never return. It's very off putting when there is so much screaming and yelling in the kitchen there are other ways to handle a problem.
