The chips are home made as are the tortillas. I was transcended back to Mexico where we would get tortillas from the ladies at the tortilleria. This menudo is definitely not from a can. It is brothy, deep in chili flavor, and they are not greedy with the tripe. They also have a spicy salsa you can request of you're like me and like it to burn twice. ;) This will be my go-to Mexican taqueria.

For my drink I ordered the Texas two step margarita (Reposado Tequila, Jalapeño Infused Triple Sec, Basil Syrup, Lime) which was perfectly balanced and had the right balance of heat and flavor. For my entree I ordered the chargrilled ribeye tacos (Grilled ribeye steak, fajita veggies, tomatillo sauce, queso fresco, Mexican crema, cilantro · House-made flour tortillas) which were cooked perfectly and were so good. They included a $40 tip on to of the $13 base pay. I even went above and beyond and did an inside delivery for the ladies working there. Well this morning I discovered the $40 had been removed for no reason. That is pretty low and I will spread the word to all other Spark drivers to not accept anything from this place. I will never eat there and will be sure every one on social media will know about their deception.
