I had not visited Moe's in a very long time and it only took me a few minutes to remember why. $2.79 for a drink with NO ice in the machine. Got an apology and a promise someone would go out and buy some ice. Great, just didn't help me at the time. Restaurant was absolutely filthy - maybe because it's aged, but definitely needs some work and cleaned up. The only positive was the young man that took my order - he was engaging and having a "great day." I'll revisit in a couple more years if they're still open and give it another try. I got charged an extra 12 dollars for a small side of queso. My friends got the exact same meal as me and payed 12 dollar while I payed 23, the only difference being I had a 2oz cup of queso. Amazing customer service. Very accommodating for customizing. They understood we are vegetarians and helped my kid in the way he want. Our veggie burrito was really good and tasted better. We were hosting my daughter and her boyfriend for dinner and wanted something easy and appealing to vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Moe's came up on a quick Google search so we rolled with it. We did the taco meal kit and we were all very impressed. The kit looks exactly like it does in the picture. Modifications are not easy online or the app so if you need to change anything calling to place your order is the best bet. For instance, the meal kit doesn't have tofu as an option but they do have tofu. We wanted soft and hard shell tacos and the kit only allows soft. When we picked up our food they happily made the adjustment for us, frying up fresh hard shells. The meal was plenty for four adults with heavy chips and queso snacking. The ground beef and adobo chicken were seasoned well and the fresh ingredients were exactly that. Pinto beans are incredible. We will for sure be back. read more

We enjoy eating here. It's a subway for burritos. You can build a bigun or not. Ok first off. Burrito builders need to listen. I had to tell them several times only a half a scoop of beans to watch them dump enough blacks beans on the burrito to make a meal of. I like tasting the other ingredients too. My jalapeño was dumpbin one spot and not spread out. Second I asked the difference in chicken meat and was told one was white meat and the other dark. Not that they were differently spiced. Cracked me up. Three... I like spicy so not a issue for me but they wasn't mild salsa other than pineapple ... however that salsa was pretty good, Fourth... tell your employees to speak up. The counter lady I had was talking so low I thought I lost my hearing. Fifth... none of my ingredients was hot. The chicken meat had a rubbery texture than felt like it was microwaved. It was also very dry. The food just did not seem to have the same quality and taste as it did on our previous visits. The dining is clean as were the food bar and drink station. Then... my wife ordered a junior homewrecker and got charged for a large. I hope this was just an off day and not a sign of a place that is established and is slacking off. Had lunch here the other day and it was really good. It is a fast casual setting. You walk in and they assemble your food to order. Their ingredients are fresh and a good variety of items you can choose from. They don't have any freezers, so their ingredients are fresh and made every day. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken lime ancho, rice, black beans, guacamole, and grilled onions. Super good! You can also order burritos, tacos, quesadilla, stacked tortillas and salads. All entrees come with chips. I also had their queso and it was good! They have a salsa bar with 5 different options. They have a couple options that are seasonal and change every so often. They have mild, medium and hot salsas. Customer service was good and efficient. They have tables and booths for seating inside. There is also tables outside on their patio with umbrellas. I children are at that age where they want to ask for things in order for themselves. And the people that work there are always very kind and patient with them as they do that. This is my first time at Moe's since living in Little Rock almost 8 years ago. I really enjoyed it then and I still enjoyed it now. First of all, the location is great. It's right off the interstate surrounded by a lot of shopping! Plenty of parking as well and a great patio for when the weather is nice. The interior is what you would expect as far as decor goes. It was immaculately clean! Now for the food. I had chips with queso and guacamole first followed by a hatch chile and queso smothered steak burrito with a lot of fixings! It came with a side of more chips, as well as pico, guacamole, and sour cream. It was delicious! I ate every bit of it despite the rather large serving, but it was that good. I love their salsa bar, which rotates seasonally, and the fact that chips come free with everything on the menu. The only thing that bothered me was that I was still trying to decide what I wanted to add to my burrito when the employee began to wrap it up because she assumed I was done, but I wanted to add pickled jalapenos, cilantro, sauteed mushrooms still. This is always a good place to go. Chips and salsa are free with your purchase and the staff are friendly, only down side is the location.

I can't even begin to say how bad my meal just was. I went in and got takeout for my wife, my daughter, and myself. Here's all the problems: - Unfriendly staff. The woman who made my food was obviously the manager between the two employees, and she was awful. Super sloppy with her hands. She actually made my burrito and then it tore when she was folding it at the end so she threw it down in audible anger, ran over and got a new tortilla, and then scooped up all the food in the ripped tortilla and dumped it on the new tortilla in frustration. As she folded it she folded it with the order receipt and the removed that at the end. - My daughter's kid meal was supposed to include a cookie. It did not. - My burrito was cold. A lot of the hot food items inside were actually very cold. I had to heat up the burrito when I got home. The meat especially was cold. - The rice in my burrito was extremely crunchy and hard. Overcooked like crazy. - The burrito itself was very meh. Maybe that's just how they are with flavors normally but it wasn't anything to write home about. - My wife got the steak, chicken, and pork tacos and they all tasted the same to her. - We also got chips and queso and both the chips alone and the queso alone were also not that flavorful or good. You can go heavy or light/fresh, so good flexibility in the menu options. Some staff are positive, some seem weighed down by life and make the vibe a little sad - especially since you watch them making your food with so much heaviness. Overall unimpressive! I ordered the Homewrecker. The picture on the board showed it in a bowl. Imagine my surprise when the guy behind the counter started making a burrito? Probably because he seemed extremely disinterested in being there!!! I asked him about it and he said you can get it as a burrito or a bowl. Why would he just assume I wanted a burrito? If it comes either way, why didn't he ask me how I wanted it??? He seemed put off by me questioning what he was doing... He quickly slapped the bowl together and slid it to the manager who was working the line. The manager didn't seem to have an issue with the lackadaisical attitude of his employee. Happy that Moe's has made a return to NWA. Think taco's, burritos, nachos and quesadillas like a Subway. They have a variety of fresh ingredients to add including fresh cilantro....which I personally love. Build your entree. The queso is very tasty (the kids will love it for sure) and I'd suggest the cup over the bowl unless you have a party of four. By the time to eat the huge burrito (and I only had the Joey, not the Homewrecker) it's almost too much. They have a self serve salsa bar with a variety of heat as well as the 100+ combo coke machine (another favorite). We are here on a Sat mid afternoon and it's still quite busy but the line moves quick. They have outdoor patio seating as well as quite a bit indoors. First, the food: Similar to other burrito / taco places such as Flying Burrito (which I love) and Chipotle (not for me), but the choices such as the green chile sauce and the overall food freshness / quality / creativity push Moe's over the top. Why five stars: Staff / Service / Approach. I didn't know what to order, so I told the staff I liked meat, cheese, beans, anything spicy (jalapenos!) and minimal carbs. Without hesitation, they prepared a custom bowl that was to kill for (and was not on the menu, at least, not with this configuration.) I make dishes like that at home, and thought I was the only one with that idea...who'd have known? While dining, staff visited and conversed with us. I learned that Moe's does not have a freezer - that all food is fresh, none is frozen. Everything prepared fresh, including the seasonal sauces. When I visited, they had a seasonal green chili sauce that rocked and actually packed a little heat. A big difference between this cantina and similar chains was that the staff seemed to enjoy being at work and helping us! Be assured, this is a fast food chain - don't expect plates like you get at Abuelo's - but prepare to get more than you bargained for, and plan on enjoying every bite. read more

I love the greeting when you walk in to Moe's! Instantly, that friendly welcome gets me started on the right foot. I recently had dinner here with my husband and enjoyed the fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and delicious menu options. I learned from the owner that Moe's makes their salsas, guac and queso from scratch each day. Different salsas are made for different times of the year (yum!). They do not own any freezers or microwaves, so everything you eat is of very high quality. I have tried their burrito bowl, which you can literally customize with any of their ingredients, and I have tried their 'first rule of chicken club' quesadilla. Both were amazing. They also give you a portion of chips and salsa with any order (good bang for your buck lol). They play good music and create an environment that helps facilitate a nice casual dining experience. However if taking your order to-go I suggest asking the server not to wrap crispy corn shells too tightly. When I opened the aluminum they were completely smashed and hard to eat. A burrito joint along the lines of Qdoba, Chipotle, or Flying Burrito, but with much more. They have much more than burritos. You can get tacos, taco salads, nachos, quesadillas, and their version of a "Crunchwrap". The menu board looks confusing because they give everything a silly name, but all you have to remember is that every item comes one of three ways: vegetarian, without guacamole, and with guacamole. If you don't get the vegetarian, then you have a choice of chicken/ground beef/tofu (my favorite) or steak/pork at different price levels. Mondays are 5.55 burrito days and Thursdays are kid's eat free. Kids meals range from the usual cheese quesadilla to taco or junior sized burrito. You can get 1 free kids meal per adult meal purchased. For drinks, there is the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine with over 100 flavors. I suggest trying their proprietary Vanilla at Peachtree Street. It is very good and goes with the Mexican flavors well. The Salsa Bar is also very good to give yourself a little kick to go with your chips. All of them are good, but being a chili head, I like the hottest, the chipotle, the best. Finally, I do suggest trying the tofu, especially in a burrito. It is an option not seen at the competition, and it does not have a bad aftertaste like some tofu does. It makes an excellent burrito filler and is a healthier option. There weren't any three stooges so that was a little disappointing because I had been practicing my eye poke block, but they made up for it in the food. I had a burrito bowl that felt twice as big as the their competitor chipotle. The differentiator between them and others in their guild is the salsa bar...the green child and fire ones were especially good tonite. Every meal comes with free chips and salsa and there are all kinds of salsas to choose from. They have one of the coke machines where you can make 100's of different combos of soda which is always near and dear to my heart. Definitely worth checking out and the bowl can easily be made into two satisfying meals..I'd be lying if I said that is what I did this time, but it can be done! read more

Food is good, but menu is really confusing. Only difference between the Homewrecker and Joey Bag of Donuts (seriously?) is guacamole. Last visit was not as good as before. Burrito was a bit shy on filling and heavy on tortilla. The counter person seemed new (I hope) and a bit aloof. Had zero sense of urgency to help customers. Place was also dirty.
