Had a horrible experience spent almost $20 asked for light ice in my drinks got heavy ice it seemed like food was instantly handed to me when I got to the window they tried to steal my credit card saying they gave it back to me and they didn't I had to ask twice for it asked multiple times for my transaction receipt and never got it got home to drink the Baja blast and it tasted like it had been sitting out all never got my hot sauce I want and food was cold I don't really plan on returning anytime soon. Walked in at 10:45am and ordered an early lunch. A foul smell permeated the entire restaurant and noticed the work area floor had just been mopped down. The dirty bucket of water and mop was in the men's room. We're definitely not coming back here. Machesney Park health inspectors really need to take a close look at this place. read more

Never had a problem ordering food late night until tonight, was essentially screamed at through the drive thru speaker that there was only one person making food and that they weren't going to take my order. Pulled ahead and there was not one single person waiting at the window for food. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Very upset with the service I get here. I've gone here a for a while and the service just Progressively gets worse. The staff is always super rude for no reason. I usually always have to wait 15-20 mins for my food. Which typically comes out cold or gross. I once tried calling management about my experience and all she said was sorry (with an attitude) and hung up on me! Very rude and gross place. Used to love it here but it's gotten so bad! Placed an order for delivery so that I wouldn't have to go out late. I get my order delivered by grub hub and my cheese sauce and packets of hot sauce weren't in the bag. Called spoke to Seth he said he could make fresh fries and give me my cheese sauce and hot sauce if I went in to get it. Does that not defeat the purpose of delivery? Stopped by Taco Bell around 2:45 on a Wednesday. Walked in because the drive thru line was kind of long. Ordered a bean burrito and the new alligator fries for my daughter to go. The girl at the register said it would be a few minutes, because there were a few big orders before me, which I appreciated. Meanwhile I took a seat while I waited, looked around and discovered how dirty the dining area was, spilled drinks that had barely been mopped up, crumbs and dirty tables...this Taco Bell has recently been remodeled and although the industrial tables and chairs are cute, a dirty dining room is not. This location seemed to be under staffed. The girl at the register then went back to help on the food line. The girl at the window was continually on her phone. Finally, 15 minutes later, the order is ready, she apologizes for the wait, citing she made fresh fries. Brought them home, a 5 minute ride, and my daughter tasted them and threw them away, stating they were inedible. read more

Don't waste your time. They mess up your orders every time. Ordered a burrito supreme and I come home with a Quesarido. Same order had a steak quesadilla on it. Charged for it and wasn't even in the bag. This isnt a one time mistake either. Seems they have to fuck up my order everytime I come through. The food is usually good here but the dining area is always dirty, even at 7:00 in the morning. You would think that the night crew should clean it up before they go home. The tables and floors are always dirty! My friend was in the restroom today and told someone that they needed toilet paper, she went in a second time before we left and the girl was replacing the empty roll and left it on the floor. I'm giving this Taco Bell three stars because I didn't get my chips with my nacho cheese. When I got my hard shell tacos, the first one was a little crushed and the second one was completely smashed, they did however replace the crushed taco & chips. Luckily I wasn't in the drive thru & was able to easily have it corrected. read more

Sloooooow. Been in there several times. Seems like the dine-in patrons are always kept waiting for food. They have a timer for drive thru to track times but not for dining room. 20 minute wait times are not uncommon. Fast food this is not. read more
