I went to Taco Bell this afternoon and ordered steak power bowl. When I got my power bowl I noticed all the topping were in there but there was NO LETTUCE! I asked the guy where is the lettuce he said we are out of lettuce. I told the manager everything at Taco Bell has lettuce in it. How do you not have lettuce? Can you go to Walmart or Sam's and get some? She said she didn't have the authority to do that. I said well can I get a discount. She said no. She was very rude. I noticed she had long green nails and no hair net. I will no longer go there. My husband and son went a few months back they refused to wait on them for some reason. You would think this place would figure it out, but it continues to be the worst possible experience for fast food in Madison. The service is slow, the employees don;t care, the food is sub par, often times coming out cold or incorrect. I have tried every other month to see fi this place has gotten any better. It's unbelievable how slow they take and will still get your order wrong. If you're going to take your time making the food or doing whatever it is that makes you take so long getting every single persons food out to them, you should be able to get it correct. All of it, correct. read more

Maybe I got lucky but I just got out of the hospital and hadn't eaten in a couple of days. Needless to say I was starving and they were the only place open. After reading the reviews and seeing 5-6 cars in the drive thru, I was desperate. I am picky about how I like my food but wasn't expecting much. The guy in front of me ordered so much I was afraid they would be out before I placed my order. Not only was the employee very Polite but also let me substitute the meat on my combo. i was very happy but we still had the guy in front of me to get his order. They filled his order promptly and even with my special order I didn't have to wait. I have never seen so much meat and cheese on a taco. This spot use to be good to go to but recently fell off with me. I don't think that there are enough workers there. My sister had to pull over to receive our order and realized that they didn't put her order in at all. Only mine. There was only one car in front of us so there shouldn't be a reason to mess up like this. Food is alright at best. read more

This Taco Bell is by far the worst I have been to. And considering that's based off of the standards of Taco Bell, that's saying something. I get off of work late and it is one of the few places still open, so I have tried it several time now and never once had an even half decent experience. They have been out of chicken every single time, so clearly someone doesn't know how to order. The wait time is about 30 minutes even with just 2 cars. This will be a no star rating. Tonight (Sunday night at 7:15) was the 3rd time that I have had to wait 30 minutes for a simple order of tacos. I certainly wasn't the only one. When we finally received our order, there was a line of 6 individuals waiting to order (several had already left without ordering) and the young lady told them that they would no longer be taking orders inside and they needed to get in the car and join the drive through line. Who ever is the Franchisee is probably going to lose their entire investment because they are quite possibly going out of business due to the poor service. read more

Yea, I wish I'd read the reviews BEFORE I went yesterday. We waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order. There were only 2 customers there at the time. The 4 people in the kitchen never looked up or said it would be a minute; and, were tossing food at garbage cans and it was falling on the floor, which of course, no one was picking up. The girl finally came to the register (slapping the top of her head with her hand repeatedly, because, I guess, her extensions were itching) and mumbled something - which I couldn't understand. All in all, I can't even see how this Taco Bell manages to stay open - especially in an area like Madison. read more

Hands down the worst Taco Bell around. The drive through is always backed up and slow. On top of the service being slow they always get the orders wrong. Better off driving farther to Ridgeland to get food. Regardless of the extra time spent in the car it'll still beat the time waiting in line in Madison. read more

Worst store ever! They will only process one car at a time through the drive-through. The car at the window has to be gone before they will take the order from the car at the menu board. I clocked them this evening and on average it took 4 1/2 minutes for someone to sit at the menu board before their order was taken. Three cars left the line because of Taco Bell's inability to move their patrons faster. read more

minus one star. Well, It's not happening here. The counter service has gotten some better, but the food preparation is a herd of turtles and there's always something wrong with the order. When you walk in and see 8 customers holding their receipts...not a good sign!! The staff is just too new - high turnover. They need a stronger management team, and perhaps transfer more experienced workers from nearby stores to rescue this store. The store is losing business. Most will be patient to a certain degree, but this store has been here long enough to get their act together. Upper management please get it working!! read more

Bad! Most of the people who run these type places around here could care less. Clearly, owners/management don't care either. Service is bad, must clean off your own tables, rarely all types Taco sauce available, so you have to ask for it. They have two glass doors, but only one is unlocked, so never know which one to try to enter. So what's the point of two doors anyway? Their just too lazy and sorry to unlock both. I don't think I've ever been so miffed about an experience. I gave my order at the counter and when finished the guy taking my order asked me would I like a cup of water. I was kind of confused by that but I replied "no I'm getting a drink from the fountain machine" while I was pointing at the machine next to the counter. I got my order and no cup. I asked for a cup and he said I declined a drink. I said no I declined a cup of water I told you I was getting a drink from the fountain machine not to mention a drink comes with the combo. He said he subtracted the drink when I declined it. Again I said "you asked if I wanted a cup of water". He said I would have to pay if I wanted a cup. I just shook my head and left. It really wasn't worth it but the manager never said a word just watched the whole thing with ear buds in his her connected to a cell phone read more

I arrived today at approx. 5:10pm and ordered via the drive-thru. It took about 15-25 minutes to get through the line - five cars ahead of me and line moved slowly. Received food and noticed that not all items ordered were in the bag. Turned around, parked, and noticed ticket didn't show missing items charged - even though the drive-thru cashier repeated order back. Chose to go instead to order what was missing because needed to complete meal. I informed the person taking the order that I had not received all of my food, was not charged for it, and had come inside to order. I waited another 10-15 minutes inside while one person took her food back. I looked down at my watch and it was 5:40pm - I had been attempting to get my order now - lines and all - for 30 minutes. I asked the clerk to refund my money and was told that she would need to get manager. I waited and asked if there was a manager on duty - after manager did not come when asked. The manager on duty was very unfriendly - telling me at one point that I needed to calm down because she had other customers. I was told that they were short handed. When asked for her name, she first said she was general manager. She then gave her name. This GM came across as if she were attempting to portray me as being inappropriate. At one point I was told that none of this had been brought to her attention. It is basic customer service that if an order is not correct that it should not only be the manager who takes ownership! I had not attempted to get in front of others, as I was made to feel by this GM. She said she needed my name to give refund. Why do you need my name when you had my receipt? I left angry and frustrated - and do not plan to revisit this Taco Bell. Because of the GM, I would give ZERO stars if that were an option. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when visiting this restaurant. I was very nervous going here considering the other reviews. But really wanted to try the nacho fries. The food was delicious and the people were very friendly. It only took me a minute or two to get through the drive way and they were really busy. I will definitely be going back for more of the fries the next time we pass through! read more
