I know that this is not a fancy restaurant. It has a drive through for christsake and that's what I use everytime I go to Taco Bell. This Taco Bell is new and they definitely have their s*** together. When I received my 12 pack Supreme Tacos, I was amazed when I got home that the tacos were full, still crunchy, and amazingly good. And, I wasn't drinking (since we all know that Taco Bell is the late night go-to after a night of partying). I had a clear palate and those tacos were the best tacos that I've ever received from any Taco Bell. The line was long but that's a good sign. The employees were outstanding. I gave it a 3 because I come here often. The food is always good. But it's missing two stars because they messed up on my food and when I came back in they make you seem like a dick head for wanting it re made. I ordered the nacho box with steak instead of beef. They gave me beef and so I went in told them and they were remaking it. But you get dirty looks the whole time and I guess he's the manager or something because he's always there. As I'm waiting extremely patiently the guy feels the need to yell at me and say "hold on bruh it coming just wait" I didn't even say anything, I wasn't staring at him giving him dirty looks. I enjoy Taco Bell food, however this location cannot get it together. Last time I went to this location there was a fight behind the counter, in the store and then to the parking lot, between employees! One employee threw a cup full of ice and some at another in the dining area towards the parking garage lot spilling all over the place and cursing at each other with children in the dining room. They messed my order up as well. I ordered a burrito supreme with NO BEANS I was ensured there would not be any. I get home and there's beans all over. I let it slide but I didn't go for about two weeks. Fast forward to today, I'm waiting in the drive thru line and was told to hold on, no problem, customer pulls up behind me and hours, "Hey have they taken your order yet?" Replied. "No." Then he said unbelievable they won't help me, backed up and parked and walked back inside. My order was then taken, again I ordered the Craving Deal with the burrito supreme, NO BEANS, please. The screen at the drive through reflects my request. I pay and look at my reciept and it also reflects NO BEANS, figured Oh good, they'll get my order right this time. I was given my food and pull forward just to double check, and I'm missing an item. As I'm about to turn back in the drive thru employee runs out and hands me another bag and apologizes. I was very thankful and gladly went home to enjoy my dinner. But as I'm about to eat my burrito supreme lo and behold it has beans!!! So I'm upset call the number on my reciept and it rings several times, phone picks up and then I'm hung up on! I call back and explain to the man that picked up after 5 rings and says just bring it back but it will have to be tonight. I said I'm in for the night it's almost 10:00 pm can I go tomorrow? He sighed and said Yeah and then said just tell them the problem and tell them Millionaire sent you. I said excuse me your name again, said millionaire and then hung up? So I know it's not an expensive meal but still I'm a paying customer and would like my order to be correct. Husband and I had to bring our dog to the vet late one night and needed something quick on the way home. Not surprised by the low Yelp reviews considering fast food joints can go either way with satisfaction/service. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this location. The girl at the window was very friendly, and my husband's order was right. This is a rare occurrence for some reason at Taco Bell's all over this area. In my opinion, that warranted a decent star rating. The food was also hot and fresh so it didn't look like I got food that had been sitting out for any period of time. My wife and I celebrate an anti-Valentines day by going to Taco Bell and watching horror movies. It's something we've done for almost 10 years with varying success due to two reasons. One: the complete hatred of my palate for sour cream and two: our very close local Taco Bell located at 2055 Florida Street, Mandeville, LA 70448. Every time we go to the 70448 restaurant the staff informs us in the drive-thru the restaurant is out of some type of meat, tortillas, or various other staples that extremely limit Taco Bell's menu. With how rarely we do visit the 70448 restaurant for this tradition, it has been nearly a 100% issue. This year, 2018, the 70448 restaurant was out of tortillas, so we drove to the 70433 address where we were served well. The 70433 restaurant which is about 30 minutes out of our way. Avoid the 70448 restaurant at all costs until all of the management has been replaced with a new team! read more

This is the worst fast food experience I've ever had. The past three times I've been there, they've either messed up my order, gave me food that is literally falling apart, or been extremely rude and unprofessional. They have even lied to my face and told me the drive thru was closed when it clearly wasn't. The last straw was when I was sitting in the drive thru at about 11 PM trying to decide what to order (for about one minute) and they told me that I was taking too long, although there was no one in line ahead of me or behind me! These employees obviously don't care about their jobs or the customers, so if you want Taco Bell, I'd suggest taking the extra 10 minute drive to Covington. I went to this taco bell tonight for the first time in almost a year. Being that I use to work here I know how shitty the service usually is. Everyone including myself would slack so I was expecting poor service but it was late and I was hungry. Much to my surprise I had the most pleasant Tbell experience of my life. The line was kind of long making the wait slow but the manager working the window was exceptionally polite and well mannered. My food was done perfectly and CORRECTLY! This is the 2nd out of 3 times I have gone to this location over the last 2 months that I have been denied service during late night business hours. The first time I was given the ridiculous excuse that they were "all out of product" before they even asked what I wanted; then just ten minutes ago, I pulled up to a completely dark parking lot with people inside and the order screen still lit up with the previous order still on screen. I checked the closing time on Google, and it says they are open until 1:00 am, it was only 11:30 pm. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My husband was given the wrong food and didn't realize it until he got home so I returned to the restaurant to exchange it. I got there and stood there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from an employee, just people avoiding my gaze. Then the employees proceeded to yell and cuss at each other because the lady working the drive thru was complaining. Finally someone asked why I was there and I explained and told them what my husband ordered. They went back to the food area and told someone else and then AGAIN the employees started arguing amongst themselves. A lady then came over to me and asked if I was getting a nachos bell grande and other items and I said no TWICE and repeated what the original order was TWICE. There was another guest there who heard me tell her I did not order nachos. Then my "corrected" food came out with nachos. So once again I had to state my order was wrong and tried to give the nachos back for the soft taco I needed. The man returned to the food line and told them that I didn't want nachos. Where I heard the woman who I told TWICE that I didn't want nachos proceed to talk badly about me and say that I told her that's what I wanted and I should've told her that wasn't right. This location needs to reevaluate the management. It seems to be a problem daily to open at 7am (rarely ready for orders). Pulling up as requested many times in order to stop the order time allowed seems to happen frequently. Just change the open hours if no one wants to work on time. Maybe an increase in pay could help this situation. This location must be feeling the lack of revenue as McDonalds next door is very happy to get your morning orders not taken at 7am.
