This Taco Bell in Mchenry is a joke. Last 3 times I've went there they forgot something I ordered. You think they would double or triple check prior to handing it to you. Messed up our order multiple times. We had ordered the crunch wrap with no meat and yet they added meat on two separate occasions. They also forget to add parts of the order. Always missing the sides, the sweets as well. Inside isn't terrible but it's also a fast food place so it's okay. It's really just the fact that they miss items when ordering quite a bit. read more

Ther Customer service is horrible to get ahold of. my daughter and bf were at this place xmas eve and they said there drive thru was blocked off, the manager there was having a party in the parking lot. They ordered there food on the app and they had to wait 2 hours before they could gwt there food and when they did it was cold. Shame on you!!! read more

I drive by this location often in the evenings, the line is always very long for drive-through, so I know that that is a sign of the quality of the food here... I noticed that when I go over myself the food is good quality as well, I like to get the tortilla with the cheese meat and the vegetables... As far as ambience is concerned, I often had a Taco Bell. I don't believe I bought something from Taco Bell! I was craving for a new Item on the Menu , which was the new empanada in which I learned to love when I was stationed in Panama central America . Now this is nothing new for Taco Bell , they had it on the menu before but I never tried one. It was removed and now they put it back , First if you look at the picture you expect a decent size one but when you get it it's about half the size. They do a good job of pumping them up with air because that's about all I found inside with a little chicken and cheese. The price should be about a third of the $3.49 I paid ! I hope this helps some one to not purchase one. My son purchased the nacho grande and a Burrito which was half the size he was use to on previous purchases, He didn't mention anything on the taste , so I can't comment on that. This place so incompetent. We ordered online. One of the items we ordered was a vegetarian bowl with no ranch. I opened up one bag when I took it back to the car, and the bowl had ranch and chicken. I left the rest of the food in the car, and went back in to ask for another one. I was told that a vegetarian bowl contained chicken. I let them know that it doesn't. They reluctantly agreed to make the right one. I asked what they were going to do to compensate. I got no answer, and stood and waited for them to make the right one. I don't generally expect a ton out of fast food places but stopped here on the way home to pick up dinner and I was the only one in the restaurant. Placed my order they brought it out while I was getting my drinks and didn't tell me until I asked if it would be done soon. Went out to my car and checked the bag and they forgot one of the burritos went back in and they made it for me and I left I got home and opened the Crunchwrap supreme that I ordered and they forgot to put the meat in it and the crunch shell was soggy and disgusting. I'm guessing they'd give better service if they people in the back were actually paying attention to what they were doing instead of laughing and goofing off like children. This location has its ups and downs. The nachos are fantastic especially for $1. I go there pretty frequently because of their generosity. Today they said they only have ONE mild sauce packet left and offered hot instead...I've never heard of Taco Bell running out of mild sauce, that was a first. The last time I went they gave me a chicken quesadilla when I asked for beef. The chicken still tasted good but it wasn't what I was going for. This is a terrible establishment. A woman with brown hair shoved a survey in my face when I walked in. She told me her job depended on it. She even offered me anything I wanted free if I filled it out. All I ordered was an order of chips. You tell me how long it takes to put some chips in a bag and put some cheese in a container. Luis and Jared. Went through the drive thru the other day, both employees greeted me at the window. Were swearing out loud, speaking about how they had only been there for 2 weeks. Very unpleasant experience. Luis was acting like he was having oral sex with a female employee as Jared took pictures. I only know their names because the workers told us to fill out a "Survey" and offered their names to me.
