I am happy to report that I had a great experience here during what seemed like rush-hour. Despite their being a long line, which is understandable at that time of the day, all the cars in front of me were helped in a quick fashion, and I was able to make my order which was read back to me and then pay for it super fast. The customer service that I received was great and though I didn't go inside and sit down because I had to get back to work, I enjoyed the convenience of a drive-through that worked efficiently. My experience, the food was exactly what I ordered and at the price one comes to expect. I saw a notice posted about restaurant closure for new team hire orientation, which I thought was pretty considerate as a heads up To me if five star rating means everything went perfectly. What earned this place the fifth star was the customer service in the way my order was taken and then the way I was spoken to with the window. I did not get the impression that whoever was behind the receiver was unhappy to be there quite the contrary. A conversation can be had about that being the case at other restaurants at a later time I suppose, because right now I just want to highlight my personal experience at this specific location. read more

After a night of looking at gorgeous Christmas lights, we stopped by this Taco Bell ( I do love a late night burrito) and got two burrito supreme's to take back to the hotel. I did ask and pay for extra lettuce. Imagine my shock when all we got was beans, a tad of lettuce and I'm assuming the cheese had melted although none was visible. No sour cream, tomato or beef. We were passing by this location while in Melbourne and I got on my mobile app and customized my hard crispy taco to my liking. Their app is very easy to use and to navigate. The customer service received is a direct reflection of the General Managers lack of customer service. We had an issue with an order we tried to place so instead of ordering at the speaker we went to the window. The GM came to the window with an attitude asking why we didn't order and we had to explain that we couldn't hear the person taking the order. The GM had an attitude and said the people behind us we're ordering. I guess we messed up her flow of orders but there was no one in the line when we got there. Absolutely trash.. We ordered $34 and change worth of food, round up to $35 for the donation thing. My friend gives the entire restaurant staff $60 dollars as a tip for coming through so late because she is a sweet heart... Our order on the screen looked correct but the order I received was short. As we we're talking to the lady at the drive thru, F B NATE came up and SLAMMED the window shut. No one was behind us at any point either. So Nate was being a straight A hole for no apparent reason. I went to this location of Taco Bell today between 3 and 4 p.m. I wanted to order 4, plain, beef burrito with no cheese, no sour cream, and no beans . I also ordered a burrito supreme and a plain, soft chicken taco. When the girl rang it up it came to $20.90. I didn't even notice it until after she ran my debit card and gave me my receipt . I was charged for for 4 burrito Supremes instead of the regular burritos for a total of $13.49. I told the girl she made a mistake and I only wanted regular burrito. And it rang up burrito supreme. She informed me that they charge for burrito supreme whenever you subtract items such as the cheese, sour cream, and beans. I told her that was ridiculous. And she got a, wannabe manager to come out and talk to me . The so-called manager didn't even have a name tag on. He very rudely asked me for my debit card and he would take the burritos off. I told him no I don't want anything I want the entire order voided because I was not paying for something I did not get. He snatched a bag of food off the counter and threw it in the trash, and under his breath he said " what a waste". I ordered my meal (a Chalupa) 3 days ago and when I picked it up it was cold and hard to chew...like rubber. I went to get a replacement and the manager, Lee, was rude but approved the replacement. THAT Chalupa was ALSO rubbery to bite and was cold. I called to complain and Tee, the GM apologized and said she would replace the order. I went into the Taco Bell this time. I stood behind a customer and waited to be helped. A woman cleaned around her register but stated she had just started and couldn't take our order. So...we waited longer. From the counter we could hear several employees being told that front counter needed assistance. No one came. Finally, Lee, slowly walked towards the counter bring very rude. He NEVER washed his hands after leaving the cooking area, took the guy in front of me's order, took his money and went to cook AGAIN...never once washing his hands. At this point I was livid. Finally, the GM Tee came over to listen to my complaint in person. She remembered our conversation and said she would make my order fresh. I showed her the pic of my awful Chalupas and showed how it looked nothing like the pic or how I remembered it awhile back. She said that the company changed the breading for this taco 6 months ago and if I wanted it like the photo in the store, I had to request it be cooked "longer". This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The drive thru line will take you a minimum of 30 minutes regardless how many people are in line. You'd think after waiting for so long, you'd get some decent food. Even by fast food standards the food here is garbage. Everything is soggy and they barely put any meat in the food. Have You ever unwrapped your Taco Bell Supreme taco to find one that even slightly resembles the one in the picture that hangs proudly in your local Taco Bell? I was told they're only allowed to put 1/3 of an ounce of cheese on their tacos. I usually go through the drive in line to the inside line to show them their pathetic tacos there's about a quarter of an inch of meat in about 2 1/2 inches of lettuce with a couple of tomatoes a little bit of sour cream and the 1/3 of an oz of cheese. They do remake them to slightly resemble the picture, If we all did that maybe they straighten out and just do them right first time. Of course if they did that he would undoubtedly raise the price. One adult can probably eat for eight bucks and get maybe what is comparable to one taco when you dump the insides of all of them they probably fill one shell.
