Theirs is a bit different than others I have had. I suspect that theirs is somewhat less resembling 'street' than others. But theirs is a bit spicier, more flavorful and just overall better than anything else I have ever had. I would be happy to try to eat my weight in the Diaz pastor. Pig Sooey!!
