Asked for extra sauce on a quesadilla, had it repeated back to me, just to get literally no sauce. Had 4 ppl in the car and was trying to get orders together when we were rudely asked if we were ready after asking for a few minutes before. Didn't have our drinks and acted like they expected us to drive off at the window without them....and don't even bother ordering anything decent after 11 pm. They apparently turn off the grill super early, what's the point in being open that late if you pre-close all the time?? Ridiculous. read more

I don't know if it is just this location or Taco Bell as a whole, but this is the second visit recently, and both visits were substandard. The taste of the food is standard Taco Bell, not bad, but not great. The value of the food is terrible, a teaspoon of ground meat in a taco and a chicken quesadilla that had virtually no chicken or cheese, should have just given us two flour tortillas would've been about the same thing. First and foremost, PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! You never know what you may or may not get and even then it takes too long to get it and you never know if the order is half right. I've called the corporate office more than once and it's done no good. This location simply does NOT care of they serve you or if the order is right. I can't review the food as the last I was here I threw it in the garbage because I had no idea what they sold me. I ordered Beef Gorditos and got something wrapped around a taco shell(??) and had no idea if it was safe to eat since it did not resemble a gordito so I threw it away. If this was the first occurance, I'd write it off as 'stuff happens' but it is a constant here in North Meridian. Last month(February 2018), I went thru the Drive Thru around 9:30 PM on a Thursday night and left after almost 10 minutes of waiting at the speaker because no one said a word to me. I drove to the window and did not see anyone inside and yet all the lights were on. Calling the manager only gets you a 'please give us a second chance and we will make it right'....WHY??? I've done it several times, told management and nothing has changed. I give up. The food is only ok and not worth going thru a hassle over plus I don't want a pissed-off cook messing with my food. To make it simple since the local management does not seem to care and nationial seems to have no quality control, I completely give up on Taco Bell. I'll make my own damn Mexican food from now on. read more

their "system is always down" or "itll be 15 minutes on beef". tried to go several times in the last month and im always told one of the two excuses. even got cussed out because i was "running their time up" because i said i would wait the fifteen minutes on the beef they should have already had prepared. this has been going on over a month.. you would think their "system problem" would have been fixed by now. 0 stars do not recommend going; as you will only be greeted with rude attitudes, poor customer service, and lazy employees who don't want to do the job they are paid to do read more

Very poor service!!! Came thru drive thru one Sunday morning and sat there for 5 mins b4 I got out and went in. I assumed the speakers were messed up..when I walked in 2 of the employees where sitting in the lobby laughing with some ppl that where jus sitting there and not eating!!! The Taco Bell on this side of town is pretty terrible. I've ended up pulling out of line, all but two times at the drive-thru. By no means should you consider this fast food. The times that I've waited it out, I was met with a silent drive-thru worker... I haven't been back. read more

This Taco Bell location deserves - stars. My family and I went through the drive thru line tonight, and honestly had low expectations because of past experiences BUT we all really wanted to try a new menu item so we went. What we received was absolutely uncalled for and needs to be brought to light. It all started with a rude voice speaking through the speaker box and after our order was taken we pulled up without being told our total cost. Got to the window and paid, without being greeted or even really spoken to other than being told our total. Then I was given our two drinks we purchased and both of them were dripping wet with the Baja blast that the cup contained. I asked for a napkin so my cup holder wouldn't be sticky and I was told I would have to wait just a minute. What I'm guessing was the 'manager' handed me our food and it felt a little light so I checked the bag to make sure our whole order was there since it was a somewhat larger order. It's a good thing I did because it wasnt all there. So I told the employee at the window that we didn't have all of our order and the 'manager' poked her head around the corner and said something under her breath and asked for all of our food bags back so she could check them, even after I told her I had just done that. She took them around the corner out of my sight and promptly brought them back saying it was all there so naturally I believed her. We got halfway down north hills street and my husband said we were still missing food. Being extremely aggrivated at this point I turned around, went and parked and my husband went in to get the missing food. We ended up with everything, only because he spoke with another employee there that was working the cash register and she was very polite and apologized for the mistake. I wrote this long drawn out review and most people probably won't read this but hopefully someone higher up will see it and put a manager at this location that knows how to treat their customers with respect. I don't feel like she represents the store well and I think she needs to lose her job personally. So if you are in the Meridian area, go to the TB on 8th street and save yourself some headache. read more

This is the WORST fast food location I've EVER been to. I waited thirty five minutes inside after placing my order, only to be asked, "Oh, you're still waiting"? At this point I was asked for my receipt again as they apparently had no record of my order. During my 35 minute wait, people came and went, although one woman with a child was NEVER helped (ignored completely), who eventually left after being completely ignored and never helped. After an extra 15 minute wait I finally got my order. For my apparent trouble they gave me a tiny bag of Dortitos, a small bag of cinnamon twists, and a small drink. While this may seem like a fine gesture, I don't see it as such since the few times I've gone through the drive through, we've also had to wait much longer than is even generously fair or typical for ANY FAST FOOD resteraunt. To top off the entire experience our order was wrong, which I'll admit is on me since I didn't bother to check until I got home. However, as I'm lactose intolerant and ordered no cheese an no sour cream on my items, I would have had to unwrap and inspect each item before leaving, and to be completely honest I had spent all the time I was going to spend inside that Taco Bell location (North Hills Street)... I could have gone inside and eaten at a Mexican resteraunt in the amount of time I spent waiting for "FAST FOOD". I advise people to go anywhere but here, that is, unless you like waiting, feeling ignored, realizing that your cash isn't worth someone's time or effort, and finding out that people either aren't smart enough to leave off cheese and sour cream (small request) or just don't give a damn (again, your money obviously doesn't ensure any kind of satisfactory service, which if nothing else, I would argue fully reflects the service mentality). Likewise I'll be calling their corporate management tomorrow, and personally launching a local campaign on my FB page to the degree of this review. This Taco Bell location is a HUGE and EPIC disappointment (and that's me putting it politely)!!! In my honest opinion, if they closed this location down and bought in a fast food resteraunt that actually wanted business, it'd be an improvement to the community AND an improvement to North Hills Street! read more

I pulled through the drive through and the cashier was on their phone, ignored me the entire time I was at the window, and had an attitude with me. My order is always wrong when I go there, and I've tried calling and speaking to the manager about it and they act like they don't care and snap at me while I'm on the phone. Every Taco Bell I've been too in this town has given me the wrong order every time. If I ask for a Taco Supreme, I get regular Crunchy Tacos. No sour cream or tomatoes that I paid extra for. When I order a steak quesadilla I end up with chicken. No explanations. Worst service ever. I'm done this Taco Bell and I'm almost done with McDonald's for the same reasons. came in here with my family to order some food ToGo. i'd say we waited about 20 minutes until we finally received our order and we were the only people inside the restaurant and maybe one car came through the drive through. so we checked everything and it looked as though we got everything we ordered. we came home and found that all the wrappers on everything were wrong so we ended up eating each other's orders and by the time we realized the problem, we had already taken several bites out of the food. not to mention that everything was poorly made and extremely soggy. overall, the service sucked, and the food sucked. can't believe this place is still operating. will never eat here again and i advise everyone to do the same. read more
