I went through the drive-through and placed my order at 5:27 according to the receipt it is currently 545 and I just got my food. I was waiting behind another car for quite a while so I was thinking that perhaps just their food was taking a long time But once I got up to the window it took an additional six minutes to get my food. Incredibly long wait. I thought maybe they're busy inside... No nobody inside the restaurant isn't even busy. this place is absolutely horrible. first of all, the bathrooms need a renovation. One stall was out of order and i needed to piss and someone was in the other stall. The sink barely worked, and the trash can was broken. Next, i ordered my meal, i could barely understand the worker. I ordered THREE items and only received two. They forgot my drink as well. I had to wait a good 7 minutes for my food, while everyone else had already gotten their food and ate. For the majority, the tables were clean. I also found a random onion in my taco, which is NOT supposed to be there, i could of been allergic to them. The chicken is very chewy, and it's not very hot. They said over the speaker they were in a rush. Our food should've been hot. The chicken is also powdery. But the Baja blast is very good. We are also missing the biscuit we ordered which to us is the best part. Not a good experience overall. read more

Ordered 4 burritos, 3 tacos and cinnabon delights. Order was to go from inside. Over 25 minute wait, and when we finally recieved our order most of the food was cold. Was just about to get up and question where our order was when it was brought to the counter. If you can wait to get to Wausau's Taco Bell if you are going south bound, I would highly suggest passing Merrill's Taco Bell up. It took 30minutes for the crew to enter the order. Because they kept entering it wrong. There was nothing special or unique about the order. Then when another crew member took over he just stood there complaining. When we got the order everything was wrong and food was missing. Food is just as good as a regular KFC, or regular Taco Bell, but obviously with the advantage of being able to have both. A well-kept place for the most part. But staff isn't always the nicest. Overall, nice place to go when you can't decide between chicken or Mexican food lol read more

Service was just okay, we ordered standard meals which came out dry and mediocre. They didn't even add forks in the bag which were required. All and all I probably wouldn't come back to this combo restaurant. I would sure hope they have better days than what they gave us. read more

Bad. Hair found in a burrito, wrong sauce and cheese on quesadilla (chipotle sauce?). Partially cold burrito.

I ordered a chipotle chicken loaded griller and a cheese quesadilla with an extra side of jalapeño sauce. It was busy so I'll give them a pass on the fact that it took nearly 15 minutes to get my two items. However, when I did get my food, the griller was barely lukewarm and folded over on itself due to the lack of substance wrapped in the shell. There were 3 pieces of diced chicken in the first half of the wrap and the rest (which wasn't much) was all stuffed in the end. I removed over a quarter of the tortilla shell since it was just hanging there, not fully folded up into anything resembling a loaded griller. To top it off, I found a black hair inside. As for the quesadillas (yes I received two - not necessarily upset about that) one of them was steak and one was cheese. The steak quesadilla had plastic melted onto it from the wrapper. It looked as though it was set on top of a grill or some other hot surface. It also had shredded lettuce stuck to it (not an ingredient that belongs in there), and was cut into two tiny end pieces with no cheese, sauce or meat inside and then two massive pieces which contained all the appropriate "stuff" inside. The cheese quesadilla was fine and they did remember my side of extra sauce . No napkins in the bag for the disaster that was my griller, so it was a big mistake to attempt to eat it in the car. I just threw it away after a couple of bites. The young lady handling the orders and collecting money at the drive through window did a nice job. She was friendly, apologetic for the wait and managed to keep her cool despite the large volume of customers. read more

Food is okay, service sucks. Literally watched the guy handing out the food sneeze into his hands and then instead of washing them he used sanitizer and proceeded to handle the food. Disgusting. Although one thing they can guarantee at this location is that you will most likely NOT get everything you pay for. I've lived in Merrill my whole life and eaten there plenty of times. They take forever, they never pull cars ahead to provide faster service for other customers, and they 95% of the time forget something, give you the wrong food or give you old food. This place is run by high school kids and the "managers" clearly don't have very good leadership skills. I love kfc and I live in merrill so that is why I still go there every blue moon but I can guarantee if I didn't live here and there were another kfc location in town I would definitely not be giving this location my business!
