Staff is small, they seat you and check on you periodically but don't expect to be waited on like a traditional restaurant. They come to drop off your check about the time you finish your first plates but that does not mean you need to rush out right away!

When it says an item is "hot", it actually is. The dumplings were really amazing, delicately steamed to perfection and served with a spicy chili oil sauce. They are some of the best Chinese dumplings I have ever had. The Shrimp with garlic sauce had a real kick to it as well, had lots of large shrimp, brocolli and assorted vegetables and was also delicious. The peanut chicken was very good as well. This is not a spicy dish. The peanut sauce is so good with chicken. I love it. I will definitely order from their main menu again. Everything was excellent. During busy times it might be difficult to get through by phone, so I just showed up and ordered. I waited maybe 15 minutes which was ok with me. The barest hint of orange and no spice. My spring rolls had an overpowering cooking oil flavour and the pot stickers had no water chestnuts, no ginger, no scallions or garlic. Just ground meat. I am giving the restaurant a maybe on reccomendations because perhaps the chef was off...maybe it was just a bad day. I hope they continue serving their loyal clients but sadly we will take a pass on ordering from here again. It's just too expensive to test drive a 2nd time for us.

The schezwan sauce was sweet and not too spicy. Would have liked a bit more chili and garlic in it, but it was decent for a "please all" sort of palette. The chicken was tender and cooked well. Service was quick and unassuming, although I ordered the crab rangoons and they didn't come until the end of the meal which was a little strange (I thought they were forgotten at first). Nonetheless, everything was delicious and relatively healthy and I was happy to dine here. Recommended!

Their hot and sour soup, crab Rangoon, and chicken teriyaki sticks are also favorites. My son now lives in Oshkosh and loves when we surprise him with Singapore mai fun from Great Wall.
