Like most people in Milford we wince at the thought of eating at this Taco Bell. I recently slipped after a couple years and ended up in the drive-thru. I ordered 2 taco supremes and an XL chicken burrito. When I received my order my XL burrito was more of a size M. It was about the size of a taco. Speaking of which, the tacos were not taco supremes. They were regular tacos. Since I didn't get a receipt or napkins in my bag either I said F it and ate. Now back to the burrito. Whoever slapped this sucker together built it like a banana split where each ingredient sits next to each other end to end. For ice cream that works well but for Mexican food it makes the food inedible. This has been going on for years at this location so no surprise. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been in. First thing I noticed was the floor was filthy. You're forced to order on the computer. There were 3 men standing around. After awhile I asked how long they'd been waiting because nothing was coming out. They said about 1/2 an hour. We all agreed this was anything but fast food and we would have canceled our orders, but there was no way to get our money back. Retrain this manager and staff. read more

I drove a few extra miles during my lunch hour to come here and I wish I hadn't. When I walked into the place, I was greeted by a large group of customers who had already placed their order. Everyone was complaining about the wait time and a couple cars honked at their drive thru window. In the end, I waited 25 minutes for the 3 Taco supremes. I've been to busier Taco Bells before during my lunch but never had such a long wait time. And! my order wasn't even correct. I know that this Taco Bell has had it's share of issues, but I have to say that this location makes the best Fiesta Potatoes. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, they will make you fresh potatoes every time. Countless times I've gone to other Taco Bells and have been served shriveled up potatoes that are beyond chewy. Here, they will be fresh and warm, with just the right amount of nacho cheese and sour cream topping. The staff is always friendly as well, which I definitely appreciate. read more

Drive thru was wrapped around the building, people inside who had been waiting for their food for 15+ minutes, 2 women with 4 kids in front of us before we came in walked out, and when I asked if someone was going to wait on us I seriously got a deer in the headlights blank stare back and no answer, not one word. Had lunch here this afternoon. I am not a huge fan of fast food by any means, however, considering that this is indeed a fast food joint, this was quite a pleasant experience. I went through the Taco Bell drive-thru in Milford, MI at approximately 3:45 to 4:00 pm on 11/29/18. The wait was reasonable. I noticed 1 or 2 cars in the parking lot. My order was for 2 Fiesta Taco salads and 4 chicken taco roll ups (no receipt was given and I used cash). When we attempted to consume the taco salad the shell was rancid and inedible. We were unable to eat these $8.00 salads because of the shells. I called the restaurant at12:30 on11/30/18 Brittany, the manager, and she began arguing with me first with why I didn't call her last night. She argued the entire time how she fried the shell fresh while using fresh oil. I tried explain to her the shells are made with oil and probably expired. She was argumentative, rude, and yelling. I offered to bring the salads back. No refund offered, but she would remake it (haha right). Out 16.00 dollars. This place will be out of business soon. Horrible food and service. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever gone to in my life and that's saying something. Been there probably a dozen times or so just because it's close and I think maybe one time was a positive experience. Whether it's waiting for a long time, an item being incorrect, them forgetting something or the food being terrible, it's always something. And this is no exaggeration. One thing they really seem to struggle with is with the sauce. I want to say 3 or 4 times they have just forgotten to put any sauce in the bag and another 2 or 3 times it was not the right kind of sauce. Now every time I ask if the sauce is in the bag but apparently that's not enough. Just today, I ask the guy "is there hot sauce in the bag". His reply is yes. I get home and it's fire lol. Just always something. And not my personal experience, but my brother told me twice he went there late on Friday or Saturday night and they were closed before they actually should have been closed. And another time they actually ran out of meat. I have no idea how that can happen. Do not come here!! Had an experience once where I came through the drive thru because it was before 11 yet all of the lights were shut off. It's taco bell. So the food is just like any other taco bell. But if you go through the drive through be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes if you go at lunch time. Plus you only have about a 50 percent chance of getting your food order right. read more
