Opened my taco bag and this is what I got. I have the Taco Lovers Pass," which is one free taco every day for a month. I decided to use it, being in the area today, with hesitancy at this location. The last time I went in, instead of the drive through, and still ended up waiting a good 15-20 minutes. Grilled Cheese Burrito: In the summer of 2020 Taco Bell released their limited time grilled cheese burrito. Believe it or not, it's been so long since I've been to Taco Bell that the gilled cheese burrito was actually the last item I ordered. I saw that it was back again for a limited time and I got hit with a craving hard. The burrito is stuffed with ground beef, seasoned rice, red strips, and a combination of reduced fat sour cream + chipotle sauce + nacho cheese sauce. This time around I decided to customize it instead of ordering it as is (see my review from 2020). I eliminated the rice, red strips, and chipotle sauce, but added refried beans. There is also a three cheese blend on the inside and grilled on the outside as well. The layer of melted grilled cheese on the outside is the star of the show, but it does make the burrito a little messy to eat as the hands quickly get greasy from it. I don't know if it always looks this way or not, but my burrito also looked rather flat instead of like a typical burrito shape. I love cheese, so this is still one of my Taco Bell favorites. I always feel that going to Taco Bell is like high stakes gambling. Today was no different. Ordered the food, took a bit, but it came. Meanwhile, there's this guy that's there to pick up an employee whom I assume is his girlfriend. 5 minutes later they come back into the store, yelling to the back of the store (not in a nice way), and she storms to the back of the store. Meanwhile, boyfriend dude comes up to the counter and starts yelling to the back as well, something like he's going to burn the place down or shoot it up. This is hands down the worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. Unfortunately this is the closes Taco Bell by my house. I stopped going here after the Drive thru lady is always rude. I did an Uber Eats pickup for a customer earlier this evening. I pull into the drive thru and received a very friendly greeting. I told him I have an Uber Eats pickup and am then told I have to come inside to pick it up. Mind you, there are two cars waiting ahead of me. I asked him if he could just give it to me since I'm already in line. He said his manager said no, I have to come inside. That is such bullshit and awful customer service. So then I backed all the way out of the drive thru and went inside to retrieve my customers order. The workers making the food were very nice, but whom I'm assuming is the manager comes walking into the dining room. She has her cell phone playing music and was carrying around a laptop and put it down to prob work on it. I never received a hello from her, just a snotty attitude. This fat bitch should not be a manager if she is indeed prob just a shift manager. I agree with other reviewers of this location. I will personally never stop here for food for myself and I will never accept an Uber Eats order for any of my customers. This location needs to be shut down. This taco bell was INCREDIBLY RUDE. We wanted to do two separate orders (which we have done many times at other taco bells) and the girl said she couldnt. However, we misheard her and we thought she said that we could. So, we order our first order and everything is fine. Then, we try to order our second order, and the girl yells, "You can't do that she literally just said that!" So, we try to just continue our current order, and she says, "We already completed the order." Then, they ended up doing our order separately, which they already said they couldnt do. Then, as we were going to pull up to pay, we commented on how rude they were, and they yelled, "OKAY AND?" So we pulled away instead of getting our food. It's Taco Bell, I'm not expecting much. However, with a 25 minute wait I was pretty disappointed. Once I finally got to the window, I was handed my food. Then that's it. I had to wait again for the terrible staff to open the window, so I could ask for my drinks. I asked for them, and the window dude begrudgingly handed me a soda, then proceeded to shut the window, and walk away. I had to wait yet again, to ask him for my slushy.
