*****UPDATE***** I spoke with the manager of the store, and he told me that I could come back in when I am out tomorrow and he will make sure I get the items I didn't receive today. I greatly appreciate managers who make sure to make things right when a mistake is made. I will be going back! I'm usually a fan of this location, but today's service has changed that. I had a bad experience at this taco bell because of an employee named Amber. My friend and i we're having trouble ordering at the drive thru, we were laughing at our tiny mess ups which i understand could be annoying but instead of being patient or helpful, she rushed us from the start. she even made a rude remark saying "are you gonna play around or order because there's a line" when there was only one other car behind us. customer service should be better than this. i get you work at taco bell but there's no rush of people in the first place so what's the stress for? it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers which is disappointing. Since 1 month I've been ordering DoorDash from this location and I never get all my food it isn't the drivers fault. It's theirs for not giving all the correct food they never give Sauce when I specifically put multiple sauces in my order. So I went in today to see if I can get my order right in store but it was the worst thing I could have imagined. Now no one wants to help order their insisting that I order on a kiosk that I can't of which I am handicapped and they all had attitudes and they are all black. There all gossiping and talking to eachother and I'm just at the counter waiting for someone to help me order for 10 minutes this location was so horrible I've been to plenty Taco Bell's in my life and I've never seen somthing like this before. read more

I am so tired of this location. Consistently wrongly prepared or poorly prepared food. I like Taco Bell but have avoided getting it for awhile now because this is the location near me and it's always bad. I wait for some time and try again but always disappointed. Other locations much better. Taco Bell upper management should do something about the experience that folks seem to continue to have at this store. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Ordered via app selected drive thru pickup. Arrived at drive thru and was told I would have to come inside to pickup my prepaid order. Argued and asked for refund. Was told the GM would not allow mobile orders to be picked up in drive thru. They can't refund I would have to do it thru the app. I'm mad, so I drove away. Even if I were to enter the store now, Id have no way of knowing that my food was handled in a safe manner. This is unacceptable. I understand drive thru timer is a goal. The service at this Taco Bell is possibly the worst ever. I simply asked if I could purchase a large water and the woman was extremely rude about it and said nope only small. (Which I know is not true since I have literally purchased a large cup of water before like... is it that serious) Anywho, she was just so rude for absolutely no reason. I'm polite over the speaker and just say "okay thank you" and she responds with an aggressive sigh "come on." Honestly, if i could give zero stars, i would. not only did the manager have a disgusting attitude, but all the employees were childish and playing around. The manager was extremely rude, yelling at me to "not hold up the drive time" (I was asking for sauce, and there was no one behind me) I understand having to meet a goal, but to be rude and nasty is unbelievable. And on top of that, the manager was sitting there cuddled up with this other dude that worked there. They were all over each other when I pulled up to the window. Do not eat here!!! I came inside to order and eat, as I was waiting for my food to be ready I see this tall big white male putting gloves on (to make food orders) and his left hand glove fell on the floor as he was trying to put it on. He PROCEEDED to pick it up and PUT IT ON!!! That is disgusting!! I can't believe that they hire employees with no sense of cleanliness and normal hygiene procedure. I wanted to make sure he wasn't the one making my food so I waited to talk to a employee there and as I waited I saw my order came out and was relieved that it wasn't him who made it. I still spoke to an employee and told her about what happened. They did nothing. I then saw the manager of the place (she seemed like she was taking leadership) and she was the manager. I told her about what happened and she quickly took charge and confronted the employee. Made him wash his hands and put new gloves on. I'm glad something was done about it and I really hope the person who consumed the food isn't going to get sick. Disgusted! I have been vegan for years now and I went here to get a vegan burrito and instead of paying attention to the order they put meat in my meal instead of beans. They literally have one job, to see the order and make the order. Ordered 4 different boxes for my family tonight, totaling 13 food items altogether. The boxes were not separated, which was not a big deal, but I counted only 10 items. I went inside to have the error corrected, but the manager refused to listen and be of any assistance whatsoever. I went down my receipt and counted on my hands 13 different items and laid the 10 items on the counter to show I was missing items. He kept telling me that chips and cheese count as 2 items, but whatever math he wanted to use, I was still missing 3 items. He refused to refund me, refused to give me the rest of my order, refused to go through the receipt to even prove his assumption was incorrect, and instead offered me no assistance at all. I have been to many fast food placEd and no one messes up orders as fantastically as this Taco Bell does. I usually place an order on their app and pick up my order through their drive through and they almost always seem to mess up my order, to a point where I've started doubting the obsession I used to have with Taco Bell. I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but my wait in the drive thru line had me regretting getting in it. Just under 30 minutes.
