After a long search for GOOD local street tacos, I stumbled on TJ Birria Y Más. This was one of the best and most underrated finds! I ordered the street tacos and let me say they know what they're doing in that kitchen, the meat was cooked perfectly and I also tried their rice and beans and those were great too! The chips and queso leave a little left to be desired but overall a tasty meal and nothing really to complain about! Today was our first visit to this newer location. Amazing food and service. We met the owner, super nice lady, Sandy Esparsa. We don't usually order the same thing but we did today, Wifey and I thoroughly enjoyed the Ramen combo, a bowl of ramen birria and two birria tacos....yum! Brought home some of the consomme/ramen noodles, we couldn't finish it and it was too good to leave behind...dinner is gonna be great. Was craving birria tacos and decided to stop by. Walking in, the place was well furnished with plenty of seating and well lit up. The menu is written across the wall in the store which I liked. The staff were super nice and immediately asked if we had any questions about the menu. I ordered the Burrito, Birriadillas Con Consume, Birria Deluxe and a Elote. And for drink I got the cantaloupe Agua Fresca. All the taco and burrito came with consume and side of onion, cilantro, and lime. The taco was packed with meat and cheese and dipped in the consume made it flavorful and delicious. The burrito was PACKED and very good. If you're looking to try all items then I recommend the Birria Deluxe as it has a little bit of everything. The Elote was a perfect ratio of corn and cheese and wasn't salty. The Agua Fresca flavor when I went was the cantaloupe which was super refreshing and wasn't watered down or tasted artificial. I was looking forward to trying them since they're not too far from my job. I ordered bistec and pastor street tacos, elote, and a birria tostada. The tacos were super duper DRY and burned!!! The elote cup was just plain corn and cheese. Lastly, the birria tostada was burned as well!!! The onions had a peculiar smell. LEGIT. I wondered if the food was as good as all these pictures made it look, and we found out that this food and the service did not disappoint one single bit! First, the taco platter is an absolute DEAL at $12.99. WOW. 2 birria filled with 3 street tacos. Do NOT sleep on the pork or brisket, y'all. I loved all 3 street tacos (beef, brisket, and pork), and my favorite thing about the birriadillas is that they weren't super greasy! Not at all! Plenty of meat and not too much cheese, and the consume was nice and not super fatty or greasy. I got a little more fat than planned for in the brisket taco, but I cared not cause dang. DANG. SO GOOD. I loved the Smokey flavor and the tenderness of the meat. The pork was so good, nicely seasoned, not greasy, rich in flavor. While we could have stopped at just the platter, why not get elotes, a vampiro, and some churros? The elotes were small but MIGHTY, and they were SO GOOD. Those elotes were everything I needed them to be. The vampiro was also delicious, and I loved how much meat was on it! So filling, and their spicy red sauce creeps up on you! But the heat is nice and still enjoyable! Hubby and kiddo shared the churros, and they said they were the best churros they've ever had...even better than Disney. The churros were thick and filled with a light custard, nicely dusted with cinnamon and sugar, and then they came with a chocolate sauce that really nicely brought everything together. Definitely worth getting from what they told me! Great spot for Birria! My bf and I came here on a Saturday night for a pickup order which included the Quesabirria, Birriadillas, Papabirria, and Topo Chico Preparado. All three dishes had a generous amount of beef and cheese with lots of purple onion and cilantro on the side! The beef was tender/flavorful and I couldn't get enough of the consome. The papabirria is probably the most filling- the dish was loaded with cheese and all the other toppings. As for the drink, this was my first time trying Topo Chico Preparado and I am obsessed. Prices here are amazing! I love that before ordering drinks (agua fresca) they let you try it to make sure that's actually what you want. I went with the horchata which was sweet but refreshing. For food, I went with a taco sampler plate which was three tacos of your choice and 2 birria tacos. I chose 2 pork and 1 chicken. The tacos themselves were satisfying, I wouldn't say the best I've ever had but they got the job done! And I loved having the consome there for my non-birria tacos. When I tasted the fish by itself, it had a nice smoky flavor that I wasn't able to taste when eating everything together. I ordered a shrimp burrito, charro beans and a canned soda. The only good part was the soda. The shrimp was not seasoned or grilled. The tortilla was so wet and soggy I could not pick it up. I specifically asked "does it come with salsa", he said yes. I get home, no salsa. I had to use leftover chipotle salsa. The beans are ere ok but they had large chunks of kielbasa. Overall, I'm very disappointed. No flavor, no salsa and a soggy sauce wet tortilla. The customer service was nice. The place was clean but that's ok it. read more

Found this spot on Yelp as it had pretty good reviews and needed somewhere to grab some tacos for cinco de mayo. We went to the stafford location which looks pretty new and had plenty of parking. You order your food at the register before seating and I would note they don't serve alcohol (just an fyi). This is more of a lunch/ grab and go kind of spot. They had a pretty good selection of options and I went with the combo which included 2 birria tacos and and a bowl of ramen that doubled as the consume for the tacos.
