18 minutes inside waiting since ordered. 11 drive ups have been filled by three staff. Two inside orders by one staff. I guess using kiosk is NOT the way to go because it doesn't speed up anything. Clearly drive up has priority. So I guess the lobby should be closed. 20 minutes now... for 2 $7 boxes. Unreal!! No sense coming here again!!! And still not done. 22 min. So over this place. 6 lobby orders behind us now. Unreal!! Update 27 minutes. Now I remember why we haven't been here in over a year!! Worst experience EVER if I could I wouldn't even give this post any stars! We were looking for something quick to get back on the road well that ended up being a dud waited for an hour to get our food, there was actually several people that waited for an hour to get their food. Drive thru was moving quicker and getting their food before anyone in the lobby. My husband finally went up and complained just for them to tell him they were "short staffed" okay understandable but come on get more people in or at-least try and fix the problem to making your customers happy and not pissed off at you. read more

I've never left a review before because I'm not one to get upset and leave bad reviews, I had the thought of messing with anyone's job, but they have absolutely atrocious service. This is the 4th time in a row that I've gotten an order from them and they've given me the wrong items and/or missed items Every time I get a Doritos Locos Taco, they've given me a regular taco. Every time I order more than 5 or 6 items, they leave one or two out of the order I could understand if it happened once here and there, but it's every single time. 12/29/21 Pulled into the drive thru at 7:54pm with 3 cars ahead of me. Third car pulled ahead from menu/order sign at 7:56 but not far enough for me to pull up. As I pull up my clock is 7:59 and I roll down my window to hear we're closed and all lights on menu and sign shut off. Can't pull ahead as I pop into reverse a car is pulling up behind me. Purchased three soft shell tacos at the Mitchell, SD, I-90 drive-thru, on my way home during an evening snowstorm on November 30, 2015. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry to get back on the road quickly, before the snow got worse, and didn't inspect the tacos before leaving. There was barely any shred of lettuce in them. In my opinion, lettuce is about 50% of the taco experience, providing both textural and flavor contrasts. If I wanted a burrito, I would have ordered one. I left a nice critique on Taco Bell's website and I should have called Taco Bell in Mitchell to complain, but didn't, because I figured the corporate "TellTheBell" website would send me a coupon or something (but they didn't). But I couldn't really understand the cashier and he didn't give back our change, which I thought was rude because when we asked for our change again, he was able to quickly gave to us with the receipt.
