Have been twice for breakfast an hour before it ends and both times they have told me they aren't serving it and no Taco Bell is, then I drive 5 minutes to the Memorial location and have no issues. Why advertise breakfast when you aren't going to serve it?! read more

If you are thinking about going here, DONT! You are wasting your time and money. You are better off going to the Taco Bell on Memorial. The lack of effort and kindness is ridiculous. I don't know how this location is still even open. We live within walking distance of this Taco Bell and go out of our way to drive 5+ miles to go to different ones because of how awful this one is. I ordered the Power Menu Burrito. The order never asked if I wanted beef or chicken. I got chicken. I wanted beef. He never asked if I wanted my order to go or for dine in. They prepared it to go. I wanted dine in. I wanted two tacos and a small drink. He offered a combo with three tacos and a large drink. I said, "No, thank you." He charged me for a combo, but only gave me two tacos. I asked to see the manager to register my concerns. The order taker WAS the manager. He seemed nonplussed when I told him what was wrong. He did give me a sample of the Reaper Sauce when I requested it. It had the Carolina Reaper flavor, but was about as hot as the Diablo. I went through the drive-thru, I ordered a cantina chicken taco meal. they gave me the box they gave me the taco I wanted and then a burrito with lettuce and like 3 pieces of chicken within it and I felt like something was missing (which there was). and when I called the phone was passed by 3 different people acting like they didn't understand what I was saying though I was simply stating something was missing from my order, and I explained what they gave me and the answer I got (after hearing this same person in the background prior to the last phone handoff getting snappy asking what my issue is and blatantly smack talking because I called trying to get my order fixed ) is that she is working drive-thru and she checks everything before it leaves and if I'd like to purchase another box I can come to the store for another....... I'm not buying another box that's gonna be served with the wrong food. simply rude attitudes from all three of the people that answered that included a man telling me to hold on and then coming back on the line to ask me what I just said and then make a snark comment just to pass off the phone because apparently I wasn't speaking English. my order wasn't very difficult and I called being very respectful just to get attitude the entire time and not get my issue resolved now I'm out a 14 dollar meal because they can't do their jobs correctly nor can they understand customer service. I went to the Taco Bell drive through at 1301 NW Broad St in Murfreesboro and the cashier Patrick A was so kind and got my order perfect that it completely turned my day around! Everyone knows I'm a big fan of Taco Bell and I can't really say anything for the day shift but I know that the night shift for this Taco Bell, at least Friday thru Tuesday, is in desperate need of some retraining. I could never give Taco Bell lower than a 3 star because I love the food and the company, however it needs to be known that the people at this Taco Bell specifically are having a hard time with both customer service and preparation of the food. I work overnight shifts so my lunch is at 2AM and sometimes the only thing that is open is this Taco Bell. So me and my coworkers go to this Taco Bell quite often. Every night that I go to this Taco Bell, they get something wrong and almost every night they forget to give me my drink. I don't know why but they do. I went there last night and this time when I ate it, the food wasn't just wrong, it was also cold. We know it's hard working night shift because we're doing it every night as well. So, Taco Bell, thank you for accomodating those of us who have a night schedule and I will continue to be loyal but you need to get your stuff together. read more
