Have never been treated so unprofessionally by a restaurant in my life!! I pulled up to the drive-through around 10:30, knowing they didn't close until 11:00pm. There was two cars ahead of me. The car ordering at the intercom finished and drove up to window, the car ahead of me (an elderly woman) sat at the intercom for 10 minutes then finally pulled ahead to window. I proceeded to follow thinking that they had an issue with the intercom system. Nope! They just decided they were done taking orders and ignored both of us. The elderly woman pulled away(as I thought) so I pulled up to the window and saw the boy in there so I knocked on the window. He stared at me for a long moment and then walked out of view. I hadn't realized it but the elderly woman was now pulled behind me with her window down saying that the two people in there did the exact same thing to her. If you're closing early for whatever reason, you go to the window and let your guests know! You don't stare at them and then run from their view. I work in the restaurant business and would fire those two employees on the spot if I was their manager. That's what is wrong with this era. They are not held accountable for their actions and just do whatever the heck they feel like. Oh, they don't want to work anymore, just ignore the customer. If you don't like your job why are you there? You are the one who applied. Actions like that will get you no where in life. And I guarantee those two employees will never go far in life with those attitudes!! I will drive across the bridge to another company before I ever return to that Taco Bell! I'm a dasher and a customer and lemme tell ya, they do not always have the sauce in the bag. I finally got tipped over the edge tonight after finishing my last dash of the evening only to find out that they didn't include the dang sauce, and on my way back home I stopped by again and spoke to a manager. She seemed taken aback but provided me with a bag (at my request) so I could get my own sauces, and I did in fact take quite a lot. I'm tired of receiving negativity towards my performance as an employee because someone else is incapable of completing a basic task, let alone the fact that when I asked the girl at the counter if she was certain the sauce was there, and she decided to lie to my face and informed me that it was. Do not lie to me. Do not treat me like an idiot. This kind of behavior is unacceptable to me. Be professional. I hope the manager handles this situation with grace, as this is not the first time it's happened at this location but the first time I bothered to say something. read more

I came here after ordering on the taco bell app, and the money was withdrawn from my account, but they told me the order wasn't in their system. We showed all the screenshots to prove that we ordered $43 worth of food, and they told us they couldn't do anything. The workers were very rude and inconsiderate, and the manager was even worse. The lack of respect that the employees here have is impeccable. I have never been to a worse taco bell in my life. we arrived after a game to eat before 11:00 PM. to specify it was 9:30. they ignored us and watched us stand at the door waiting to feed these hungry hardworking girls after their game. they then proceeded to shut the lights out on us when we were STILL standing waiting to be fed. this is unacceptable and i do not recommend. read more
