The inside of the building was not great. It was quite dirty, and smelled weird. But the food saves the review. The beef soft taco is a great item on the menu. The Baja Blast is the best on the menu highly recommend. And the service was ok but not great kind of slow if you go in. read more

This Taco Bell can be very slow on busy days like Thursday and Friday (youll be in the drive thru for possibly 30-45 mins) which shouldnt go against them because these days can get busy. However, any other day they are super fast. Ive only ever gotten my order wrong one time out of the 6 plus years ive been coming here. Employees at the drive thru are always nice. People just need to start ordering online and doing drive thru pickup. Why waste time going inside and ordering inside when ordering ahead is so much easier and its done usually by the time you get there? Makes 0 sense to me. read more

The service was terrible! A manager apparently did not come in and everything went to shit. I ordered online 15 minutes before I got there and there was a decent line but definitely not the longest I've seen there. I waited in line for 40 minutes before another customer came to my window to tell me they closed 10 minutes early. The line did not move for 40 MINUTES!! Then some workers came by and I mentioned the mobile order so they told me to pull through but when I got the window no one would open it for quite a while. After someone eventually did open it they said they were closed and closed in my face multiple times even after I told them I was asked to pull forward. I couldn't get a refund and was told to come back tomorrow and hope for the best. read more

The owner of this Taco Bell is a thief. They did not refund my money from an order they failed to deliver and are not responding to refund requests. They owe me $15. Don't order here at night either because employees close the dining room early and won't let you in to pick up your online order even though the sign indicates they are open. This place is a fraud. I'm a dasher. I came in to pick up an order that they had labeled ready for pick up. There was a bunch of high schoolers here after a game. I have no issue with this, what I have an issue with is the lady making the food then literally yelling the persons name as she tosses the food onto the counter. She literally is tossing it so hard you can hear tacos breaking in the bag. When someone said something to her about it she gave the girl a snarl like look and then went back to making food. Such a. We had a door dash to pick up an order and the employees claimed they did not have the order and told us to contact DoorDash and when we tried they got mad at us for being in the drive through when there was no way out and they had the lobby doors locked. Visited a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday night (around 10:30pm), and I gotta hand it to all of the employees. The place was packed with several large groups coming in at once, and orders were still coming out quickly and correctly. Overall, this TB location is by far the best I've visited and never disappoints. Service is quick, orders are always correct, and the food is made well (never skimpy on toppings/ingredients, not soggy or cold). All of the other reviews for this location are negative, which I hate to see, because I've never had a bad experience here (unlike the other locations in this area). Keep it up, guys. I got off work at 9:45 pm and I wanted to go get some Taco Bell after a long day. Just to make sure that I was not going to be that one person who shows up at closing so I double checked to make sure they were open. It's say that they were open until 11pm. When I went at 9:55 pm, all the lights were off and no one is inside. Just disappointed. read more

After spending over 30 dollars on food for our family, we arrived in a curbside pickup spot to find what seemed like the entire crew sitting outside smoking, with two other people who weren't even in uniforms. The lobby was "temporarily closed" which is where our order was. They said it would be back open shortly, and they would bring our food out. Over 20 minutes later, a bag and two drinks are brought out. Thankful to go home, we made the 3 minute trip back. When we opened our bags, our Doritos tacos were so greasy that they had turned to a Mush. They had no sleeve that they are supposed to keep from getting smashed. My wife's beefy five layer had hard, nearly cold beans in them, and a little bit of cheese on the outside of the shell. If I felt like going back to get a refund, I would. But the lobby likely wouldn't even be open to do so. Looks like it's a grilled cheese and soup kind of night. read more

Super slow on two different occasions... Don't go until they get new management unless you want to wait 20 min for your food.

Everything there was terrible. The waiting room wasn't clean enough to my standards, and the tables were covered in the previous people's food. My daughter ordered a number 10 combo and they gave her a number 11 combo, much to my disarray. She said that everything was ok, but I just couldn't deal with it. I asked for them to make the new dish, and when my daughter's correct order came, the food was cold. So of course I tried to speak to the manager. I don't quite remember the manager's name, but I think her name was Tyler or something like that. She got really mad at me for asking politely if anything had gone wrong with the service that night, even going as far to say some swear words to me. I'm never taking my daughter out to eat at this place ever again because we can't even get warm meals, it's filthy inside, and it has an even filthier manager. My trip to this Taco Bell has been disappointing and disastrous. read more

I tried to call the store and the phone just goes to a fax number. WTH Can't even get a hold of the manager, they need to start over with the staff in this location, starting with the GM. Hands-down the best experience I have had at a Taco Bell! I have to admit that I stopped eating at Taco Bell for a long time. I don't mean this location, I mean Taco Bell as a whole. Recently we decided to give it another chance. I brought my family to this location and had such a great experience we have been back several times. If you have a larger sized group like my family expect something to be wrong. The biggest difference for me was that the staff was quick to pivot and correct the mistake. We have been repeat customers several times since then without issue. read more
