I usually come to this Taco Bell if it's late at night and I'm craving a snack. This location is on a busy street so that's why I come during the night time. The prices on the drinks are usually good especially during happy hour. I mostly place my order through the mobile app and just come here to do the pickup through the drive thru. When I came tonight, I got the cinnamon twist, large baja blast freeze and my wife her crunchy tacos. The drive thru line was actually pretty busy tonight. They packed everything in the bag correctly, I just couldn't tell if they give me a regular size cup for the freeze or a large size freeze cup that I ordered. I forgot to ask them but they also didn't filled up the cup all the way with the Baja blast freeze. The cinnamon twist was good and my wife loved her crunchy tacos. read more

I am writing to file a complaint about a manager at Taco Bell named Nathalie. During my visit, I was treated in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. At one point, Nathalie told me to "shut up," which I found completely unacceptable coming from someone in a management position. Instead of trying to resolve the situation calmly, she was rude, dismissive, and treated me unfairly. I expected a manager to handle customer concerns with respect and professionalism, but that was not my experience. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of Taco Bell. Customers should not have to deal with rude behavior or be spoken to in such a disrespectful way by management. I hope Taco Bell takes this complaint seriously, looks into the incident, and provides additional training or takes appropriate action to ensure other customers are treated with the respect they deserve. This TacoBell location has been here since I was a kid. There isn't too many options near me when it comes to something quick but TacoBell isn't a terrible choice. When it comes to craving and hunger in a rush. TacoBell does become a top choice within my local area. I do like to add that the service has slowed down over the years. If there are cars lined up in the drivethru prepare to be there for about 10mins or so. Same with dining in. Very few times I do step inside to dine in but there was one significant time with my mother were we waited for a while and all we ordered was a couple of tacos as a snack. Went through the drive-thru to get some food got home and noticed that they forgot some of my order I went back and was right away greeted by Natalie yelling at me as if it was my fault that they didn't put the correct order in my bag. It is what it is. This location is generally pretty busy, especially the drive-thru, but they keep it clean and the lines moving along. Taco Bell is no longer the value it used to be, but everyone has their craving itch to scratch every now and again and the food for the most part has stayed the same. Some items, Like the Crunchy Chicken Sandwich Taco, are pure marketing nonsense. The food was ok I guess I'm 0.2% Mexican so I can handle spice. But after... It came the darkest day of my life, My stomach was upset after just one bite of that horrid taco. I Instantly rushed to the Lady's room But all the stalls were Full! Immediately grabbed the nearest trash can and decimated it. It was like a nuclear explosion and I was Oppenheimer creating a nuclear concoction that would put North Korea to shame, everything within a 10 mile radius was dead from just the smell. But the rupture that it created in my body was strong enough to send me into organ failure. Still sitting on the trash can every thing in my body rushing out like a river from my butthole. I screamed in pain from my make shift toilet but the stench from my colossal fart shook the ground so hard it created a earthquake (one of the worst in history) so everyone probably had already evacuated the sene. Around five hours later I was finally able to resin from my make shift toilet. Stumbling out my body weak from the torcher of demons being shot out of my butt at a 2200 mph speed. As I walked out of the Taco Bell I was met with a waste land and bomb squad lining the Taco Bell. That day meany innocent people died due to the consequences of that meal and my mistake of ever trusting Taco Bell. While recovering in the hospital I've discovered that the trash can I used that day is currently being studied for the world's newest nuclear bomb. Just experienced the most rudest and obnoxious service here from a drive thru worker. To speak to and handle customers in the manner that this person did is never acceptable and they need training asap. I ordered a customization and this person told me I needed to order something else because they couldn't find the buttons to substitute/up charge. I politely asked if someone can help her since she didn't feel like finding the buttons and she quickly responded no. So being the fair person I am, I pulled up to the window and told this person that I don't feel like moving until I get the items that I order allllllll of the time is processed as requested--since we are in a "don't feel like it mood". Magically, enough within a few seconds, she found the correct buttons and my order was placed. Again, unacceptable and unproductive behavior that does not make sense for this persons roles and responsibilities. They are a cashier, so ringing up orders is part of what they are getting paid for. Not being on their phones or chatting leaning on counters with co-workers and dismissing customers. Imagine if this person denies service for 10 people a day because they don't feel like using the register or finding certain inputs, the amount of money that is lost in a month and then years time. Retrain the staff here ASAP and take the feedback and complaints as constructive feedback to improve service and hire more quality employees. read more

It's been 3-4 times I come here 20 minutes 30 minutes before closing and the employees say oh were closed lol I ask but you guys close at 2 am their answer ya well Today we decided to close a little early so be aware to be there atleast an hr before closing cuz over here the employees decide when they close up. However THIS TIME I was charged $9.71 on my paypal credit card TWICE for the same transaction... Calling Taco Bell management did no good, I was told to call my bank. I say make sure you check your not getting charged twice and if it happens to you I would never go to this Taco Bell Again. Check your bank Statement cause I just paid $19.42 for 3 tacos.
