First of all this location, like many in and outs, always has a long line. 2 nights ago it had a very very small line to order. was at the window in no time. paid. Received my food and proceeded to park my car so i could eat the food while it was m fresh. You can never go wrong with In N Out. The only issue you'll ever experience at any In N Out location is the line because they do get busy. I avoid that by going 30 minutes before they officially open because if you're there at 10am then they'll serve you. My usual go to is a 3x3 which is three patty and three cheese, protein style with no onion but add chopped chilis. I recently changed it up to 3X2 which is just 2 cheese on it now. They most of the time don't wrap it right so only on rare occasions, their protein style will look presentable. Their animal style is good from time to time but not always, they also add pickle when you get it animal style too. In N Out fries is basically what it is, it's not the best but goes well with the burger. Some people like crispy but I don't, I prefer just regular style here. What I notice about this location is that they are only slow when they get new workers or if you come after they do their team meeting. Most of the time, when I come I'm usually only there for like 10 minutes at most but more recently with the new workers .. I'm there at minimum 15 minutes. They have outdoor seating at this location only and the parking lot isn't that big. read more

Do you remember your first time kissing someone? I remember all these wonderful first moments in my life, and I even remember the first time I ate a meal at In-N-Out! My very first meal at any In-N-Out was at this specific location, over forty years ago. Yes, even that was memorable, because from that moment I knew I was "hooked." I have been to this In-N-Out hundreds of times over the years, at all times of the day and night. I have been here with family members, many different friends, and even on casual dates. I have ordered by using their drive through as well as by simply walking up. For most of my visits, I would sit at one of the iconic In-N-Out tables in the back or sit in my car while parked in their parking lot. My meals here have always been made to perfection while being made quickly. The customer service here has always been excellent, leaving nothing further to be desired. The grounds here have always been immaculate, and I always see multiple In-N-Out employees regularly cleaning up during each of my visits. To me, the grounds here behind this In-N-Out give me the feeling of a small oasis nestled within the busyness of the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles County. I have had great to excellent experiences at every In-N-Out location I have visited, but I must say that this particular In-N-Out location is my favorite due to the many wonderful memories and great meals I've had here. We frequent this In N Out Burger location different times of the weekday and weekend. No matter how busy this place gets, the staff always provides excellent customer service. This is my family's go-to location bc it's the best, but just 30 min ago was the worst experience I've had due to one young rude female worker with no customer service and an attitude. She handed someone else my order without confirming their number, he walked away and went through the bag and realized it's not his so he brought it back, she took it, then she tried to give it to me (as I watched him go through it and her take it back). She gave it to me, I asked didn't you just hand that out to someone else, and she quickly spits out, "Bro I didn't even hand it out yet". Who are you to call me bro, first of all?! And second, I watched someone go through the bag and bring it back and you took that same bag and tried to give it to me. The line was not long, you should have offered to redo it without me even saying anything yet. This is the absolute worst In-N-Out location I have ever been too. First of all it took a full 35 minutes for me to receive my food and they also forgot to give me one of my animal fries after waiting that long. If i had went to the Sherman Oaks location I would have gotten my food a lot faster and they would have probably got my order correct. The ordertaker was awesome and had everything perfect. He even read our order to us nice and slow and recited it back in our lingo. Whoever is managing this location, please commend your staff for our visit today! This location has many tables if you want to dine outside and you can park your car right in front of the table. My go-to!! I love In N Out and would always wait In the long lines even when the line is all the way down from the gas station. But today was different. Order attendant skipped to the car behind me. Sure I can wait a few more mins I guess? He also submitted my order wrong. Thats a first! I usually don't check the bag before leaving the line because I trust them to make it right which I've never had a problem with. My usual is a protein double but got a regular double with buns and my RB was a coke instead. I mean there are worse things to complain about but still. In that same time maybe 4-6 drive thru orders were fulfilled. While we ate onsite watched the slowest fulfillment to the drive thru. This location has such potential to earn more, serve more with local mega church and hospitals and community adjacent opportunities. Really - Westminster, Lakewood, Marina del Rey, Culver City are immense better performers. Panorama City need some administrative focus to improve customer experience. read more

One of the busiest locations ever. As busy as they are, they manage to move the line fast without under cooking the patty. The service has always been top notch. As busy as they get, they will always answer your questions and will not rush you. The burgers at In n Out have always been a favorite of mine. Double Double Animal Style and I always have chopped chilies added (The little yellow-green spicy ones). The chilies give the burgers nice spicy kick and it is always a surprise because they are chopped inside. I can get them on the side too, but I feel eating the spicy peppers in the burger makes it better than biting into it. If you love grilled onions, Animal Style is the way to go. They also add pickles and have mustard fried into each patty. The grilled onions make give it a nice subtle flavor and makes you smell less like onions. I love the addition of the pickles because what is a burger without pickles right? The mustard patty is not something normal that a burger place does , but I sure am glad In n Out does. In addition to the thousand island sauce they add, the mustard patty tastes like you are eating something more than just meat. It gives it a little more flavor that dances with your taste buds. I can't remember the last time I had a regular (not animal style) burgers there. I always get the double double as I feel like the regular burger with or without cheese is too small. Their fries are a bit different from other places. They use fresh potatoes which you can see them chopping up with their machine they use. They don't use frozen potatoes so some may be a but soft. They weren't burnt, but all the moisture had leached out, leaving them with the texture of Potato Stixs. Well, no matter, we were here for the burgers, right? And they were pretty as a picture. Honest, they looked just like the advertisements. This place gets mad extra credit for taking care in presentation. I was getting excited. I unwrapped the first layer of paper, peeled back the second layer. Positioned the pinkies and took a bite and it tasted.... like a burger. Not a bad burger, but also not a great burger. In-N-Out is the most consistent fast food chain you will ever come across! I can't think of a time I was let down by their burgers or service. My only complaint would be that the lines are too long but for a Double-Double crafted to perfection under $6, it's definitely worth the wait. My go-to is their animal style fries light (fried a little less than usual) and their Double-Double with grilled onions.
