First time I've been to this location after finding out it's right down the street from my house. I picked up $14 worth of food and by the time I drove 4 minutes home it was already cold. How is that even possible? I also tried the new bacon club chalupa w chicken? It had very few pieces of chicken and one of the tacos that came with the meal didn't even have meat on one side of it. Here's the good: quick, standard service that delivered a good portion for the value. Opportunities for improvement: the burrito lacked flavor and the dry hash brown "pellets" inside the burrito gave it a bland, dry texture. I think it needs more eggs, more cheese, and more seasoned sausage. The hash brown patty on the side was standard, and served warm. Come on, it's a Taco Bell. Giving 4 or 5 stars here is NOT the same as giving 4 or 5 stars to a restaurant in a different league. I expect way less from an establishment like this. My main excitement about Taco Bell (here or elsewhere) is the app they have developed. I thinks it's one of the coolest concepts to hit fast food. I can take any menu item I like, and totally customize it to an even tastier meal. For example, I can add guacamole for $0.35, or extra cheese, or that ranch sauce everyone likes. It's genius. Swung by this location to pick up some quick food before heading out to trivia. This was the second Taco Bell I stopped at as the first one had a line wrapped around the building. This location had no cars and I was able to drive up and order immediately. I placed my usual order for a Crunchwrap supreme meal with a Baja Blast, which they were unfortunately out of, so I got a Sierra Mist. I pulled up to the window where I was greeted by a super polite gentleman named Emorrion who apologized that they were out of Baja Blast. While my food was being prepared Emorrion and I got to talking about my favorite Taco Bell beverage and how I remember when they debuted three different sodas all competing to become the next Taco Bell soda, Baja Blast being the winner. I reminisced about drinking cases of the all three sodas with my friends and how awesome it was. Emorrion said he couldn't let me leave Taco Bell without my favorite drink and asked if I would like a small Baja Blast freeze with my order. I said that I would and reached for my wallet when he informed me that this drink was on him. He handed me my food and the freeze and hopped I had a great night. I let him know I would be writing this review because of the exceptional customer service he provided me that evening. Thank you very much Emorrion for helping put a massive smile on my face that evening and for stuffing my bag with hot sauce. Okay...this rating is for their drive-thru services during the lunch hour on work weeks only. They are courteous and fast. Upon pulling up to pick up your food, they always ask if you want hot or mild sauce. Always check your bag to see if you have everything. If you forget to check and see if you are missing something, just call. They usually will have it ready for you to pick up...if you are willing to go back and get it. The management was nice to offer more stuff on my next visit. Another time, I called because the chips tasted "funny" (again, from the drive-thru and I arrived at work to eat). The manager tried the chips at the store and agreed, promptly apologized and offered another set of chips and extras. I declined since I did not want to drive back; so he gave me a code for another order for my next visit. As for the taste...LOL...it's fast food and I keep going back. read more

Go back and ask to speak to manager after waiting in another long line. Says he will get me my order right away. No refund because I ordered online. So I have them write down corporate number. They took forever preparing my food . I check my bag and the girl had written "Have a Nice Day" with a smiley face on the paper with corporate's number, for what she knew was an upset customer. I have never been in a Taco Bell that made me feel so disgusted. The floors were filthy and some places sticky; not just by the drink mach but the whole place. Can't imagine what the kitchen was like, probably worse. After leaving I tossed out the food I bought; just thinking about the filthy floors and tables made me rethink eating the food.
