went to the drive thru and the lady at the window was rude. she got our order wrong and charges us 10 dollars and sum odd change for a order that should have been 5 dollars. when we come back around for the "correct order" the female then swapped out with a male and he also had an attitude! we then asked for a manager and they completely ignored us and tried handing us someone's food. we told them that's not ours and we would like a manager. the women closes the window and she's talking to another women complaining about us. when the manager opens the window we simply just ask for a refund. you can hear the women screaming in the back. so loud that the manager has to tell them to calm down. one of the workers then slams the window shut while another worker is staring into the car. the manager gives us our refund and apologizes for their behavior while they are still screaming in the back. next morning. woke up with food poisoning. whatever you do. just don't go here ‍ read more

The workers at this location are unbelievably lazy. They cancel orders constantly and mess up what orders they do take every single time. Management either needs to clean house or just give up and close the location. Poor execution overall. An embarrassment to the company as a whole. I placed my order through the mobile app. I arrived 15 minutes later. It wasn't on the mobile order/delivery stand. I tell one of the employees that I had placed a mobile order. She replied that they didn't have my order. I showed her the order on my phone app. Again, she replied that they didn't have my order. There was no offer to make it for me. I asked how I get a refund. She gets the manager. I tell the manager what I had just told the employee. She, too, tells me that there is no order for me. There is no offer to make it. I asked about my refund and told that I would need to go online. I work in retail and understand that a lot of unfortunate things happen with technology, but this was nonsense. The manager made the experience worse when I asked why I have experienced so many problems with Taco Bell in Arkansas but didn't in Michigan. Her reply was, "well, that's the restaurant business. Temporarily living in Maumelle for a bit makes me miss the Rodney Param location. Outside of being stingy on sauce and napkins, they aren't bad. Make sure you open up all your food wrappers and make sure your meal is made right. read more

The service here is absolutely horrible. They are all lazy and the managers are probably wondering why they get no business. Almost every week me or a coworker go to this location to get lunch. And 9 times out of 10 they say their system is down while the rest are all laughing and joking in the background. Now is to the point not a single one of us will go there because it happens SO often. If you don't want to work then quit your job and let someone else do it. I know they are lying because I've called and asked if their system was working before going in. Just to see. I had just gotten the keys to my brand new apartment and I had been back n forth across town trying to move my stuff. This place was one of the few spots open. I order a Burrito Supreme with a Taco Supreme. In all my years of living and eating at Taco Belle, never have I ever had a a burrito from Taco bell so hot and fresh before. It made me wanna turn around and get another one. And when I pulled up to the window everyone was so nice and friendly. I ordered a nacho bell grande combo with extra cheese sauce, and my partner ordered Doritos locos tacos combos. They had no Doritos shells, no sour cream, no tomatoes, hardly any meat on my nachos, and did not add my extra sauce. I don't usually write reviews but this has to be the worst toco bell I have ever been to. They never have anything. They always have system issues and make you pay with cash, which is not an issue. But the total is never right I ordered two tacos and somehow my total was 15 dollars, and he told me there was nothing to put on because they were out other than lettuce and tomatoes. Absolutely done with this location. I ordered a mexican pizza at the drive thru along with other items. Mexican pizza being the most expensive for $5. (Two tacos, chz quesadilla, bean burrito, plain nachos and small drink) at the window i stated i didn't receive the mexican pizza which was accepted at the time of order and was told by three workers that no one was charged for a mexican pizza/ they dont make it. I'm in total shock at this location in Maumelle. It's always something. They are out of chips or they don't have lettuce, or some other bizarre reason that they are never prepared for customers. I ordered 3 taco supremes and all three were made differently, each missing key ingredients. The crunchy tacos were flat, soft, and greasy, with little meat. Terrible Taco Bell. I'm beyond done with this place. EVERY time we go here they mess something up with our order. Tonight was no exception. We ordered an XL Steak burrito, with 2 soft tacos instead of the 1 crunchy taco and some other stuff. We also asked for some mild sauce. We received NO sauce packets at all, no napkins, and my XL steak burrito which was over $7 alone had NO steak in it....ZERO. Seriously? I'll never go to this place again. This restaurant has continually gone down hill. For the last 10 or so times my wife and I have gotten food at this restaurant the order has been wrong. From either food being incorrect (getting a mini chicken quesadilla when a beefy mini quesadilla was ordered) or not having all of the food that had been ordered. On top of those issues, when I talked to management about the missing food previously I was told we encourage customers to check the food. I have a BIG issue with this one, as there is not a sign anywhere that I have seen saying "hey we screw up A LOT, good idea to check your order" or just a simple sign saying please check your food. Other fast food restaurants I have visited I don't have to check the order because it has always been correct (McDonalds, Sonic, Wendy's, Taco Bueno for example). My other issue is tonight when I got the chicken quesadilla instead of the beef I told the person behind the counter my wife and I will not be eating at Taco Bell because of our experiences we have had. She then stated to me "yeah I wouldn't eat here either." That in of itself is a HUGH issue, if your own employees won't eat at this restaurant how can you expect the general public to?
