I grew up with Chick-fil-A, at least 40 years. Once upon a time, it had the best Their food is garbage now and shrinking despite the rising price. You USED to could at least expect good service. Today I went through the drive through for my kids, put my kid's tea in the cup holder, drove off and a couple miles down the road saw that the entire thing had emptied through a hole in the bottom. Went back for help cleaning up and for a new tea, and the manager, who moseyed over after chatting it up with someone he was flirting with, asked me what I did to the cup?!?! I put it in the cup holder!!!! You gave me a defective cup! There was no pleasure to be found at CFA today. read more

The service at this location before the remodel used to be top tier, but now with new staff you're lucky to be acknowledged or spoken to in a timely fashion. The food is still the same but the employees seem as though they'd rather be anywhere but there. read more

Came in for a doordash order that is not ready on the pickup shelf, and all staff ignored me and another driver for a solid 5-10 minutes before even greeting us or asking what the name for our orders were. Customer service could use some huge improvements. read more

employees cruel and mocking in the drive thru I've been thru here like a million times. as usual there were 2 lanes and 3 or 4 girls taking orders but then said they couldn't take my order saying it was a phone line. girls started saying I had to wait in the traff lane and go around again, another said I need to back up one was yelling at me another thought it was funny u couldn't see backing up. absolutely frustrating to have a bunch of 17 year olds treating an old combat wounded veteran like you an old ifool easier for them to yell what has happened to the kids these days. this used to be a friendly location with a young operator when they first opened. read more

NOT READY FOR COVID-19: I did a prepaid mobile order today and when I got up to the "contactless" delivery area I got unlucky and got the male employee wearing his mask under his nose breathing over the food. If I had known the employees were not going to wear the PPE correctly, I would not have ordered and instead would have gone elsewhere. PPE worn incorrectly does not protect the employee, coworkers, or customers. We got rid of the fries since they were not covered and just ate the strips and sandwiches. By the way, still looking for the straws. They always get you at the drive thru. May be back when the virus has run its course. read more

My friend and I visited on a Friday evening. We noticed when we arrived that the drive thru was at a stand still, full of cars. My friend ordered dinner, and I waited to be noticed for an ice dream order. I had a baby with me so I suppose they assumed I wasn't placing an order. Children had balloon structures like flowers and swords when we arrived- I suppose they had an event in the restaurant that evening. The children there were very happy with the playground and were well monitored by their parents. My ice dream was yummy, the booth was comfortable, and the staff was friendly, coming by our table to offer us refills and to check on us. I love Chick-fil-A and know that they were understaffed and without leadership. They did well under the circumstances. read more

Great service of course lmao, it's chick fil a. Only issue I have(which is a plus for chick fil a as a company) is how goddamn busy they always are !! I also think they are a littleeee too bit on the pricey side but eh it's whatever. Sucks because they are the only real fast food in the area. They move fast but not fast enough because people choose to make ungodly long lines. It's actually irritating because they end up blocking traffic a good bit because of the location. I don't really recommend any chick fil a store if you are on a lunch break because half-if not all-of your time will be waiting in line behind 17 other people and the only thing you can do is look at your phone or watch 13 more cars come behind you. read more

Service was fast and the sandwich was very good. I had a small child with me and when they brought out the order they did not bring napkins. Suggest you do this without someone having to get up and leave the child unattended. This is a very busy business and very fast paced. Don't let the fast pace stop good customer service. read more

This used to be the best and most efficient chick fil a in town. However, the last 2-3 times I've come, I've gotten stuck in the drive through for a long time. Like 15 minutes in the same spot with my food without moving while a car in front of me was made to wait for their food in the drive through line rather than pulling into a parking space. DO NOT come here if you are hoping to get through the line fast. There was only 4 cars ahead of me, and I've been in the line for 20 minutes while the lane next to me has been zooming through. read more

I go to Little Rock on business and always stop at this location. Everything is typical CFA. I have had an issue there before with service, but they came through like champs the next time. The worst part of this CFA is getting in and out of the parking lot. read more

This is by far my favorite breakfast place! The employees are so friendly and courteous - not usually traits of most fast food workers. I love to get the chicken minis and chicken nuggets, I wish they came in a spicy version! I absolutely love Chick-fil-A! Their chicken is perfection and they never disappoint. Some locations vary based on quality of customer service, but the food is consistently excellent. You can tell a lot about a fast food restaurant if you roll up minutes before closing and this was the case tonight. I pulled up in the drive through about 2 minutes before close and was greeted by Scott with enthusiasm and positive energy. The food was fresh and hot even at that point in the night.
