Ordered online 940 for pickup and sent my son. I called 1030 pm because he was still waiting. A girl answered and I asked where my order was. She said they were busy. Did a online order through there app. After the long line in drive thru finally up to get my order. Ask to be sure all was there and assured it was inside the sealed bags. Unfortunately just 3 of the 6 that was to be in the bag was there. After trying to just get a refund for the missing items when calling the store was told all refunds had to be approved by the store manager (sounds like a real issue with getting evening orders right). Then was told they could not put it back on the card but have to go back to get a cash refund.
