Stopped here for lunch and we ordered 3 cravings boxes plus one combo. Apparently that was too much for them to figure out. We got handed a bag with one burrito in that was clearly someone else's order. When they realized it they gave us a coupon for a free taco then Apparently had to make our entire order still. The bag they gave us had what would beat be described as a mess. The burritos in it were falling apart inside the wrappers and 2 of the tacos were not even really wrapped. When we got to unpack it at home we realized that we were completely still missing 1 burrito, one cheese dip, and two orders of chips. On top of that the oder of nacho fries literally only had about 10 fries in it and one of the challopa supremes didn't have any sour cream in it.. waste of almost $40... read more

Ugh.. I just went through the drive thru and im so upset. Im from the south and just moved here recently. I ordered my food and then asked for a Sprite to drink.. Not having it I ordered a different one. Y'all before he clicked his headset off I heard someone else say did she just say Sprite? I let it go got to the window and handed the guy my card. As the window was still open I heard the other guy say if you wanna order something you need to speak right. I have a huge southern accent and I say Sprite without the T basically. I guess... I will not be going back just because I dont want to get talked about again. read more

I have lived here two months. I have been to Taco Bell 5 times. They gave me the wrong food 4 of those times even though I went inside and pointed out what I want today... Still wrong. No apologies and don't seem to care to fix their own mistakes. Worst service in Ottumwa. Won't be back any time soon. Too bad as I like the food when it's correct. read more

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would give it to this Taco Bell. The workers here are absolutely the most atrocious and unprofessional fast food workers I have ever seen. Go to the drive through, they gave us MAJOR attitude over the headset, so I just decided to leave. As I left, a scrawny boy with bad hygiene flipped us off at the drive through window. When I drove back around to try to get any names of the workers that were being absolutely ridiculous, and nobody would come to the window anymore. When I called, the woman who was originally rude on the headset answered. When I asked her name and the boys, she said she wouldn't give it to me, and when I told her that I wanted to speak to the manager, I was told that I was speaking to the manager. Maybe if you had smart managers, you'd also have lettuce at your Taco Bell, but can't expect too much from people with below average IQ's. read more

Usually I say nothing and just forget about it! I've worked at a dine in restaurant for over 20 plus years. So I know things can happen. But tonight I've just had enough of it all. I go to taco bell a lot and I'm asking myself why am I still going. That's on me! I can't tell you how many times I asked for guacamole to be added got charged but no guacamole. Two different times the pop was gross. We've started checking the sprite before we leave but now have to wait for straws from the cook. But tonight her sprite was okay. My mountain dew looked okay. Got home it was all soda water. And again charged for guacamole but none. A few days ago got nacho bellaGrande combo didn't get meat it was all bean. I don't care for the bean but asking for no bean I've gotten chips with a little nacho cheese and sour cream. Nothing else! So I just ask to add guacamole. Another time barely any anything chips and all. So I'm just tired of it all! My daughter wanted to change chicken chalupa to beef on a combo they still messed it up and she still got chicken. Even tho the reciept changed it to beef. So now I'm thinking is it even worth going with all the headache. read more
