Horrible experience there was only two other cars , for one my order of cinnamon twist had zero none nooo cinnamon at all waste of money my burrito is basically all tortilla their insanely stingy with their ingredients, the location is consistently out of BEEF lol and they tell you after your done ordering and have waited and waited to get to the window , anyways I will be sure to never go again would way rather go to a diffrent location plus they don't do any of the combo boxes of a regular TB totally shit franchise owner whoever's running the place terrible management read more

The food is terrible. I ordered a bean burrito and the beans were hard and cold. The torilla was so dried out, it fell apart. The young lady that took the order was polite. read more

Me and my wife went here last night and we had bad wait time. Received our money back and got our food after, but we ate the food when we got home. The following morning we both were vomiting, nauseous, cramping in the stomach, and other things. Doctor says it's food poisoning and I'm highly concerned due to my wife's being pregnant with our baby. I'm unsure if it was the food in the packaging or improper food preparations. Went here on a weeknight and placed my order at the Drive-Thru speaker at 7:10pm. Ordered a 4 pack of rolled Chicken Tacos with two spicy ranch dipping sauces (which comes with the rolled tacos) and two mini Chicken Quesadillas. Didn't receive my order until 7:32pm. It took over 20 minutes to get through the Drive-Thru. While I was waiting in line for my turn at the window, I noticed two cars ahead of me having trouble getting out of the Drive-Thru. It looked like someone was waiting on an order and pulled just in front of the Drive-Thru window. When I got up to the window, the car was still there. I saw the Drive-Thru lady come out and speak to the man in the car and other employees came out to speak to him. It was obvious this wasn't a customer, but a friend or another co-worker. Then the man got out of the car leaving it there blocking the exit and went inside. The man in the car saw people were having a hard time getting around him and he did nothing to alleviate the issue. He had plenty of room to pull his car further forward, but didn't. When my turn at the window came up, the lady took my money and gave me my change and I sat and waited some more. I had figured since my order was simple that with all the time waiting at the Drive-Thru it would be ready when I got to the window. Nope! Sat there for at least five minutes. Watched the Drive-Thru woman go outside and chat and laugh with the person in the car and go back inside while I was waiting. She never came up and said it will be just a minute or anything. Finally she opened the window and practically threw the bag at me and closed the window without asking or saying anything. When I got home, my food was both undercooked and overcooked, plus they forgot the dipping sauces for the rolled chicken tacos. The rolled chicken tacos were so overcooked, they were hard as rocks and inedible. The mini chicken quesadillas were undercooked and the cheese wasn't even melted inside them. Pretty much my whole order went into the trash. I filled out a survey from my receipt and it asked if I wanted to be contacted and I said yes. I still haven't been contacted. My recent experience 8.21.21 around 5ish pm at the Taco Bell/KFC in Oxford NC was very negative for two reasons...the rude, impatient, flippant attitude of the cashier who twice went behind the warming ovens to hang out rather than remain at the counter...one gentleman waited for almost 5 minutes before she took his order and only after I pointed out that he had been waiting. The other issue is the absolute filth of the restaurant. I have never seen such a dirty, unappealing, disgusting restaurant. It has nothing to do with being short staffed as the cashier could have been wiping down counters and tables rather than hanging out behind the warming ovens. I waited over 10 mins for my simple straightforward order and when I asked about it was told 'taco bell takes longer to fix than KFC.' WHAT? I ordered nachos and 5 dollar box. Seriously! With that, I do have to say, the other staff were working their butts off and I commend all of them. Plus, surprisingly, my food was good. I was prepared to toss it but fortunately enjoyed it. I am appealing to the manager to do something about the cleanliness of the restaurant and the awful front counter customer service. I, although I like Taco Bell /KFC and commend those staff that were working hard, will not go back to this particular establishment for those very reasons alone and will share my experience with others in the community until something changes for the good. read more

This place is technically a Kentucky Fried Taco Bell (aka KFT to me). I've been to a couple other KFT's and had rather lackluster experiences at those as well. I don't hit up the KFT's with lofty expectations so it is that much more annoying when the experience is so sub-par. The service when I ordered was fine, but then it took forever to get my food. I realized after sitting down that there were other folks waiting for food that were already seated when I came in the door. At a fast food restaurant waiting ten minutes for food is unacceptable and I think most of the patrons that day waited at least that long. It did seem rather busy for 2pm on a Wednesday, but how long does it really take to make a couple of tacos or put some chicken in a bucket? Most of the tables needed wiping down as well. Normally I might write it off as them being short staffed, but I saw at least 4 people behind the counter. read more

Worse place you could ever go to, I wanted 3 tacos at first, but I decided to just get one after seeing the place, I asked the lady if she could just get me one instead and she was rude enough to roll her eyes at me three times, EMPLOYEES AT THIS PLACE ARE WHACK they need to learn how to treat customers since it's there job to do what customers ask for not give them attitude like excuse me?
