A great Chick-fil-A! The staff are efficient and polite just as you would expect. I usually get a Spicy Sandwich, but this time I decided to treat myself and get the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich. It was so good! I loved the addition of the lettuce, tomato, and cheese. I'll probably get this from now on. Also, unlike other fast food places, the sandwich looks like the picture! I haven't had the fries from Chick-fil-A in years because I've never really enjoyed them, but I wanted to give them another chance. The fries were not hot enough and not worth the price in my option. I've been here several times through the years. The service has always been polite and quick. Even with confusing orders they nail it! My only complaint here is cleanliness. I do believe some of this is just based off shear volume, but it needs a little work sometimes. The food has always been wonderful! You're lucky if you live in Nc. This is absolutely the best most smooth operating Chick-Fil-A! I go way more often than I should as it is located right by my job. I order on the app and go through the mobile thru on my way to work it is super convenient, quick, and easy. Best of all, everyone that works there is so incredibly nice and pleasant. It's such a great and positive interaction to have before work in the morning! I've eaten at this location several times and have been so impressed with how efficient their drive thru is in the age of Coronavirus. The lines are packed but I always get through them in about 5 minutes and on the road. I went to the Chick-fil-a on Roxboro rd and I found a baby roach laying dead on my chicken mini's. I ordered the 6 count combo and had already eaten 2 mini's and most of my hashbrowns before I noticed the roach. I immediately returned the remaining mini's for a refund. I politely asked to speak with the manager in private so I could show him without alarming any customers. He looked surprised and asked could he touch it...I said sure cause I'm not eating it. He asked would I like another combo or refund. I definitely don't want any more food from here but I'll take my refund. He only refunded me for the mini's and not the full meal. Smh..even though it's only a dollar difference, I wasted my time and gas coming back up here and you can't even give me my full refund after you guys messed this up. The audacity of this guy! The worst mistake I've ever made was going to Chick-fil-A! I'm now, sadly?, an addict. And... I'm NOT a fast food person. My 1st Chick-fil-A experience was here. It was the first time I'd ever seen a multi-lane drive through with employees outside with tablets taking orders. And... they were all smiling and friendly! Ordering is super efficient. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles because, face it, 3 itty bitty pickles is just not enough. I also got the waffle fries. The spicy chicken sandwich was oh-so-good and the spice was nice! The waffle fries, totally "meh". I went back the next morning for a Chicken Biscuit and coffee. Oh. My. Drool. The biscuit was NOT a gut-bomb. It was buttery. Two thumbs up! The coffee was a smooth medium-roast - Columbian beans - but had an interesting taste to it. I read they use Thrive Farmers Coffee. Their chicken is hot, juicy, crispy and not overly breaded. It's also never been a grease-bomb. read more

This place is definitely a hot spot! The whole place was bustling. It's a very popular chain in general, but a part of it may be related to their recent promotion - a freebie if you download their mobile app! I received a FREE chicken sandwich (you can also choose the spicy chicken sandwich or grilled chicken sandwich instead). This location has several tables, but there were barely any open tables available to dine in for lunch on a weekend. The service is great, with someone checking up on you every few minutes. Apparently, they are not allowed to say "You're welcome" in response to "Thank you," but rather, they must say, "My pleasure." Such good manners! They keep the place decently clean as well. At many fast food places, I'll have to wipe off dirty seats or tables before I can sit down with my meal. Not the case here! I received my sandwich within a minute or two of ordering. Dear Chick-Fil-A...best practice, hire A LOT more people to run your food outside for curbside service! Today we placed an order online through the app, for curbside pickup, in an attempt to save time and maintain social distancing. So we showed up and checked into the parking space. 1 hour later, we had to flag down the attendant to ask the status of our already paid-for order (mind you, we had watched 2 DoorDash orders filled for cars that pulled up after us. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, we flagged down another attendant to find that one of the DoorDash drivers had received our food. So, the third attendant apologized and relayed the message again, and stated that our order was being made fresh. At 1 hour 45 minutes, we had our food. Fortunately it was warm but we had already hung out in a busy parking lot for way too long. Look, I get it that Door dash, GrubHub, etc, gets prioritized when it comes to food - but dang it, don't give them my food AND continue to make me wait for it. Please, in future, get some additional help. (Side note: at least the attendants outside were just as pleasant as inside, and that's what saves you from getting worse than a 3) read more
