    best potato soft taco ever

I'm reviewing this Taco Bell because it was literally the best fast food experience I've ever had. I know that's silly, but the food was better made than any Taco Bell I've been to. They were friendly, and the tacos actually looked like what you see in the commercials (minus the beautiful lighting). Stopped by on my way back to Los Angeles after the 2017 eclipse. Great work. Other Taco Bells should take notice of how they do it in Parowan.

We stopped for some Beaner Bell and enjoyed the typical selection of $1 tacos and the Mexican pizza. Greetings from Colorado. This puts most Colorado fast food chains into shame. It was really fast, fun and friendly.

Just found my new taco spot far away from home…read more Since I've been trucking for almost a week now, I've had the chance to try new food spots on the road -- mostly takeout, no sit-down -- and this place genuinely surprised me. The food was hot, fresh, and way better than expected. If I'm being honest, it was kind of a shocker. It's almost sad to say, but this was better than a lot of what I've had on my recent occasions in San Antonio. I stopped in quickly since we had to get back on the road, and from ordering to food in hand it took no more than 5-7 minutes. I ordered three mini tacos at $3 each, which is a solid price for Utah. I went with one carne asada, one lengua, and one adobada, all topped with cilantro and onion, served on fresh corn tortillas. The tortillas were soft, warm, and clearly made fresh. For salsas, I had two salsa verdes and one salsa roja. The salsa verde was classic and mild -- very fresh and flavorful, though I personally prefer it a bit spicier. The salsa roja delivered exactly what I was looking for with good heat and great flavor. I almost ordered tacos suaves, but I was really craving the mini tacos and I'm glad I went with them. Next time, I'll definitely try the tacos suaves. Everything tasted freshly made and not rushed, which made the experience even better. The restaurant is located inside the Flying J off Interstate 15 (Exit 112), and I was also impressed with how clean the Flying J itself was. Great service as well -- the guy at the counter was friendly and welcoming. This stop turned into a great meal and a new memory in the small town of Beaver, Utah. I'll definitely be back if my routes bring me through again. Highly recommend stopping by Beaver Taco if you're passing through.

First off, we totally missed the truck but was able to find it using gps. The truck is small and runs next to an RV Park. We ended up parking on the street and just walked to find it. The signs were helpful and the blue truck color made it stand out. We were greeted by a very friendly server and answered our questions. We have never had a Birria so we wanted to order one since the photos from the business owner looked good. I have to say that the photo and the meal served did not match. We felt a bit deceived, since it didn't look nearly as delicious as the photo. However, we were pleased to try the soft birria and shared one between me and my husband. It was good but not special. I guess u can't really expect mind-blowing from a simple food truck. Sad to say we were not able to take a photo. We were so hungry after driving for hours from Monument Valley- we were hangry. After eating 1 birria and 2 tacos, we ended up getting more food somewhere else. In as much as I would like to support small businesses, I think some work needs to be done. Modifying the menu to make it clearer or perhaps creating a menu with pictures to help. Bottom line? I would recommend it if you're craving for some tacos and Mexican food in the area since there really aren't that much to choose from.

This place serves up some of the freshest, most authentic Mexican grub I've had in southern Utah. We ordered a mix of their street tacos (the carne asada and al pastor are absolute standouts--juicy, perfectly seasoned, and topped with fresh cilantro, onions, and a squeeze of lime) along with their homemade horchata and a side of beans. We also enjoyed one of their daily specials, with a staff-recommended chia-lime and strawberry fresca, and everything was amazing. Everything was made to order, bursting with flavor, and surprisingly affordable for the quality. The staff was super friendly and quick, even during the dinner rush, and the casual vibe with outdoor seating made it perfect for unwinding with the kids. No frills, just great food that feels like a taste of home. If you're in Cedar City for skiing, hiking, or just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop here. We'll definitely be back--five stars all the way!

We had the hand cut fries, a patty melt and bacon jalapeño burger--both with side salads--and a drink...all for $35. The burgers and fries were great. She gave us menus and directed us to sit anywhere we'd like. The burger menus is quite extensive, and they all come with fries, soup or salad. 3 of us ordered cheeseburgers and 1 got the loaded burger, all with fries on the side. Food is cooked to order, which took about 15 minutes. Our 3 cheeseburgers came out first with the loaded burger just a couple minutes behind. Fries were hot and plentiful, and we all enjoyed our burgers. Hubby noted that the guac on his burger was on the lemony/limey side, so that's good for patrons to know. We were lucky to just beat the lunch rush, as a few more groups came in shortly after us. Loaded Burgers is a solid place if you have a few more extra minutes to spare for your stop/meal.
