We recently learned that they opened the new location and decided to give it a try. Menu much the same as the old place. A good selection of breakfast and lunch fare. By far the worst dinner I have ever eaten Overcooked steaks Cold mash potatoes gravy And a house salad that was literally just lettuce and the smallest sprinkle of cheese. Date of visit: May 25, 2026 Our last stop as we made our way out of Utah and to Nevada, this came recommended by the staff at the Hilton resort we stayed at the night prior and overall they were right on the money! Staff was very folksy and friendly, even "moming" my husband into trying their famous strawberry rhubarb jelly (he's partial to grape jelly in that it's really the only jelly he will eat) and even more surprisingly, he actually liked it. Food was a bit of a mixed bag--the biscuit was great, and I loved the bacon, but my pineapple in my omelet was very sour and I ended up having to eat around it, sadly. The decor is as fun and folksy as the staff, and they sell much of the stuff on the walls (plus the jelly, take some home to your mom!), so you can snag a souvenir and a meal at the same time. read more

Love DeDe's cafe for breakfast! Saw this place driving to Brian Head and had to come back to have breakfast. Quaint space in a log cabin that is a perfect breakfast destination. Just enough room for a group if needed, but they can fill up quickly. Service is very personal and warm. Greeted with a smile and seated right away. Place quickly filled up and the service was still on point. The lady inside worked her butt off and did awesome taking care of us. Food was excellent. We got blueberry hotcakes, hot dang skillet, corned beef hash and their special of pumpkin caramel French toast. Hot dang skillet was so good! The country potatoes were crispy and tender at the same time with onion and pepper. On top was pepper jack and jalepenos. Came with 2 eggs and choice of meat. I got their homemade sausage. Very good. Also came with tortillas or toast. I got toast and tried their strawberry rhubarb jam. Yummy! Jam was so good. I really enjoyed and was stuffed after eating. Rest of my group thought their food was great as well. Hotcakes came with regular or boysenberry syrup. Boysenberry was awesome with the hotcakes. French toast special was devoured and received 2 thumbs up. The corned beef hash was superior to other places. It was a huge portion and perfect savory and salty combo. I ordered the shrimp avocado salad on mixed greens. The shrimp were boiled and had zero seasoning. A quick brush with butter, salt, pepper, and a slight dash of old bay and grilled would have been perfect. These were chopped to oblivion. The mixed greens were "romaine and romaine". I happen to like romaine, so I guess that was okay. There were 3 VERY thin slices of avocado. A nice helping of diced, flavor-less tomatoes, and shredded Swiss. Most boring entree salad I have ever eaten. Hubby ordered spaghetti and meatballs with garlic Texas toast. He ate the meatballs. Horrible dinner. Enough said. This place is as cute as its name!! I went with a friend who frequents here for all the right reasons-friendly staff, great food, quick service and their Strawberry/Rhubarb jam. I had the biscuits and gravy with 2 over medium eggs and crispy fried home style potatoes!! Can we talk about those for a minute? They were the best darn country potatoes I have had in a long while!! That's also why it gets its own photo!! The split biscuit was fluffy even with the yummy thick gravy on top. We have been stopping here on our trips from Las Vegas to Boise for a couple years now. It is so worth the stop off I-15 if you want amazing homemade food with such a cute and interesting decor! I usually get breakfast but this time got their Philly sandwich. OMG! What flavor! The beef practically melted in my mouth and the sautéed mushrooms must have been picked that day! Wow! It is family run with the mom, who had just canned their strawberry rhubarb jam that morning! We've bought couple other jams or jellies and all were delicious! Stopped here for breakfast on the way home from Brian Head. It's super convenient and on the way home for us. We were seated promptly and greeted warmly. The aesthetic is farm house. They also sell seasonal items that are displayed throughout the store. I ordered a traditional two egg breakfast with ham. My daughter got the blueberry pancakes. They were both delicious. The server offered strawberry rhubarb syrup for her pancakes. It was delish. Our server was so nice and calm. Don't pass this up! We were staying in Brian head and tried food at the resort and lodge and not only was it expensive but it was terrible. I ordered the pumpkin spice French Toast special...4 ginormous slices of perfectly prepared French Toast, scrambled eggs and the juiciest, most flavorful sausage patty I've ever eaten. I topped each slice with something different (the server brought boisenberry and maple syrup and their homemade strawberry rhubarb jam). Each bite was a little taste of heaven. My husband had an omelette (the bacon delight, I think...or something like that) which he enjoyed. The homemade biscuit was the star of his meal.
