Such a cute friendly place to stop and get food! We had our 3 dogs and sat outside it was perfect. Dog friendly places are hard to find we are so happy we came here! The pancakes were scrumptious and our egg breakfast was delish too!

We had a wonderful breakfast here before heading to our campsite near Bryce Canyon. Service and food was outstanding. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is adorable inside as well, cute country decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Dede's cafe is the perfect place to grab breakfast! The servers are friendly and the food is top notch. I ordered the corned beef hash and it was one of the best I've ever had. Portions were huge and the hash browns on the side were well done and crispy. I highly recommend

Love DeDe's cafe for breakfast! Saw this place driving to Brian Head and had to come back to have breakfast. Quaint space in a log cabin that is a perfect breakfast destination. Just enough room for a group if needed, but they can fill up quickly. Service is very personal and warm. Greeted with a smile and seated right away. Place quickly filled up and the service was still on point. The lady inside worked her butt off and did awesome taking care of us. Food was excellent. We got blueberry hotcakes, hot dang skillet, corned beef hash and their special of pumpkin caramel French toast. Hot dang skillet was so good! The country potatoes were crispy and tender at the same time with onion and pepper. On top was pepper jack and jalepenos. Came with 2 eggs and choice of meat. I got their homemade sausage. Very good. Also came with tortillas or toast. I got toast and tried their strawberry rhubarb jam. Yummy! Jam was so good. I really enjoyed and was stuffed after eating. Rest of my group thought their food was great as well. Hotcakes came with regular or boysenberry syrup. Boysenberry was awesome with the hotcakes. French toast special was devoured and received 2 thumbs up. The corned beef hash was superior to other places. It was a huge portion and perfect savory and salty combo. If you like corned beef you will love this. Our coffees were kept full and we left happy and full. If you are near Parawon you must stop in here for a great meal.

This place is as cute as its name!! I went with a friend who frequents here for all the right reasons-friendly staff, great food, quick service and their Strawberry/Rhubarb jam. I had the biscuits and gravy with 2 over medium eggs and crispy fried home style potatoes!! Can we talk about those for a minute? They were the best darn country potatoes I have had in a long while!! That's also why it gets its own photo!! The split biscuit was fluffy even with the yummy thick gravy on top. If you are in the area, or on your way to or from other parts of Utah, this is the best detour (a.k.a side quest) decision you will ever make!!

We always stop in here on our way home from skiing at Brian Head. Service is always super friendly and efficient. We're never disappointed with the food. Kids love the options as do we. In the restaurant they have lots of lovely home made bits for sale. Every time you look you see something else. We'll definitely be back.

The server and hostess were very nice, but the food was a big disappointment. I would never eat there again.

They were little busy but not too much. Stood in front waiting as one waitress looked at us, didn't say a word and kept on doing what she was doing. Another gal came by and said she will be right with us. Eventually got sat and got to order food. Menu had funny names and sounded pretty good. I didn't know what to order so I went safe route and ordered fried fish (cod) with tater tots. Also ordered the Branding iron cheese steak and The barnyard burger. Food took little longer than expected but they did have a large table before us Food finally arrives and well, what can I say, had one of those should have would have could have but didn't moment. My 3 fish pieces and tator tots looked like straight out of the frozen box from the grocery store. Now I did not expect them to be fresh catch off the ocean and hand battered but I just could not help the presentation and feeling I got. The sandwich looked OK and cheese was not quite melted. Hamburger looked good though. Fish tasted like it looked, although they were crispy right off the fryer so that was a plus. Tator tots and French fries were alright, at least crispy. Sandwich was another disappointment. The sandwich bread was nice and soft but I could not get over the cheap grocery store deli meat roast beef taste for the beef. I did not try the burger but did see the yoke ooze out as first bite was taken. I was told burger was pretty good. Over all service was pretty good but food just was very disappointing. I wanted to like this place but maybe I just had too much expectation.

The shrimp tacos were fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor - perfectly seasoned shrimp with great toppings and that soft tortilla that holds it all together without falling apart. Highly recommend! Then the coconut shrimp - crispy on the outside, tender inside, with that sweet coconut flavor that pairs amazingly with the dipping sauce. Such a tasty twist. But the star for me was the chimichurri ribeye steak - cooked just right, super tender, and the chimichurri sauce brought bright, herby freshness that cut through the richness perfectly. One of the best steaks I've had in a casual spot like this. Everything felt fresh and housemade, portions were generous, and the vibe is chill and welcoming. If you're in the area (or making a trip!), do yourself a favor and hit up Whiptail Grill. We'll definitely be back next time we're around - craving that chimichurri ribeye already! Oh and topped it off with the flan!! So good!

I drove all the way from Los Angeles because of the great Yelp reviews, expecting an amazing meal…read more That turned out to be my biggest mistake. I ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger and the Carne Asada Taco Plate. The burger was clearly made long before it was served and had been sitting under a warmer for far too long. The bun and patty were dry, and the sauce was so ordinary that I honestly would have preferred a burger from McDonald's. The carne asada tacos were even worse. The meat wasn't seasoned at all, and there were far too many large chunks of fat, making it unpleasant to chew. It tasted like it was made by someone who doesn't even know the basics of making tacos. I asked for some hot sauce, and later noticed they had charged me an extra $2 for it. When I asked why, the employee (or maybe the owner) simply said, "If you don't want it, I'll take it off." That wasn't the point. I could have paid the $2 without any problem, but the attitude was rude and unprofessional, and honestly disgusting. If you're going to serve tacos, at least learn the basics. I'd suggest taking a trip to Los Angeles and learning how real tacos are made. While you're there, maybe stop by McDonald's and see how they make a better burger, too. The food was a huge disappointment and completely failed to live up to the Yelp ratings. My trip to Zion National Park didn't start well because of this meal, but thankfully the sunset was beautiful enough to make me forget about this terrible dining experience.

We chose Parowan Cafe…read moreto celebrate our 7-year-old's birthday because she was excited to have a special birthday breakfast. When we asked our waitress if they did anything for birthdays, she seemed dismissive and irritated, responding, "We don't do things for birthdays, sorry." I understand that not every restaurant offers birthday desserts or freebies, but what was disappointing was that there was no effort to acknowledge the birthday or even speak to my daughter. A simple "Happy Birthday" would have meant a lot. Unfortunately, the service continued to be disappointing. It took quite a while to place our order, we were never asked if we needed anything else or wanted refills, and when we were ready to leave, we tried multiple times to get our waitress's attention for to-go boxes and the check. She ignored us, and we eventually had to flag down another server for assistance. This experience left us feeling overlooked, especially on what was supposed to be a special morning for our daughter. We weren't expecting anything extravagant--even a little whipped cream on her pancakes and a sincere "Happy Birthday" would have made her feel celebrated. Based on this experience, we won't be returning.
