I really don't understand what occurred here tonight. My boyfriend and I are in the area for a weekend get away and after driving for over 6 hours this is the only place we found open. Good right? Can't really go wrong with Taco Bell. Well... We pull up to the speaker in the drive thru to place our order. We are immediately told "we are out of chicken." Okay, not a huge deal. We place an order for a vegetarian pizza. We get told "we don't have any pizza." Okay... so we order a cheese quesadilla, nacho fries and a craving box. We bring it back to our hotel room and started to eat. I took one bite of my quesadilla and guess what? There's chopped up pieces of chicken in it. Okay, well that's a welcome surprise! I took another bite and there's chopped up pieces of steak. Not so welcome for me as I don't eat red meat. The context of my boyfriend's craving box was not correct either. He got nacho fries, a taco, a burrito (he thinks...still not sure what it was), and a chalupa. The taco was a surprise. The burrito had some random things in it, after a few bites steak was found. Prior to the few bites it was beans and cheese. The chalupa...wait for it...was CHICKEN! Huge pieces of chicken strips! A welcome surprise for sure. It's me again! I know two years ago I said I would never come back here but here we are. Are food took over 15 minute to make and there was literally nobody in line and there's nothing but teenagers running the place. I was alright but what really pushed me over the edge was one of the workers gagging as they were making the order behind us because that's what every customer wants to hear when they're food is being made. Overall disappointment at this taco bell, half of our order was missing and we were dining in. Had to remind the kitchen that items are missing. The staff was responsive but when you are hungry and want a good meal, missing items can prove to be a spoil sport. When we asked for missing items the staff casually gave us and didnt care much! Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Food is great all around. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Taco Deluxe Box which comes with; a medium drink, creamy chipotle crispy chicken taco, chalupa supreme, beefy five layer burrito, and chips and nacho cheese. I saw the drive thru line had no one during lunch hour I was ecstatic. I pull up to the speaker and waited and waited and waited some more. Then I look on the board and see a tiny note saying the drive through is closed and to come in. I go in and see a massive line inside like it's the end of the world and tacos are life. I order my meal after suffering in line. I get my food rather quickly. I glanced in the bag seeing what appeared to be everything. I saw my golden cheese sauce and was happy to get my nachos on. I get to driving because I got places to be and I can multitask. So I'm like 15 mins away, ate my tacos reached into the bag took out my golden sauce, still hot too and I feel around in the bag and to my dismay no freaking chips. But I got the sauce and no freaking chips. How does someone put golden cheese sauce in a bag without the damn chips. Another thing that gets me mad is why do you call it a deluxe BOX and it comes in a bag? Last time I came here with a bunch of people we had ordered like 5 boxes and it all came in one huge bag? So figure out how hungry people are going to sort all the different tacos and burritos out with all the outside labels all looking the same. Why Taco Bell? I can't with this one. I got a call about a complaint I made about a nacho fry box where my husband was missing things. Like they only gave him 5 fries and something else was miss I couldn't remember. I was told I could get a refunded or a replacement Box. There was not a particularly long line, and certainly not a 45 minute wait as I experienced at the location on Upper Glen, but with only three cars in front of me 20 minutes did seem a bit long. That said when I got up to the window, the employee working the window advised me she had applied a discount due to the fact I had to wait! My order was correct, the food was hot, the tortillas fresh - so no complaints. Also, from what I could see of the inside of the restaurant, it was clean, employees were working - no one was milling around ignoring customers. I've stopped at the exit 18, Corinth road, Queensbury N.y location 3 times in the last week and 5 times since the first of the month. They're never open anywhere near their advertised time ( all these nights have been 1:30 advertised) I've been turned away at 12:30ish (twice), they didn't even bother to answer the order speaker at 12:45, despite there being people inside (who hid when I pulled up to the window) and forget about 1 a.m, the whole place is dark. The one time out of the five that I did get served was at 11:50 p.m Baja blast was watered down and they didn't have steak. So hack off an hour or two of their advertised closing time and you MIGHT get there in time to get SOME of what you want. .... I stop at this Taco Bell occasionally for drinks. And maybe half the time order food. The drive thru team members are always kind and patient I've noticed. Also, they have never me wait for anymore than a few minuets. Last week, there was an extended wait because they had to remake something and when I got to the window the girl apologized for the wait and gave me my churros for free. I really wanted to be able to add to all the glowing reviews of this Taco Bell. Having read the past Yelpers comments on the outstanding service, cleanliness and tastiness, I admittedly set my expectations a bit high. We intentionally passed an earlier Taco Bell to go to this location. However, upon ordering it was clear that there had been a drop in service standards. While I will say that all the employees were very friendly, they struggled to take our order accurately, missing two of my tacos and almost forgetting to include my captain crunch bites. My chalupa was pretty sloppily wrapped, which lead to me spilling some fire sauce on my shorts. I still enjoyed my tacos burritos chalupas and captain crunch bites, but unfortunately can't give more than three stars based on the subpar service experience. read more

Why is it Taco Bell can NEVER get my order right. Reminds me why I never go to Taco Bell. It's been about 4 months since my last visit. I ALWAYS order my items with no sour cream, as I loathe sour cream on anything. Yet, every-damn-time, there's sour cream even though I explicitly asked for no sour cream. It even says no sour cream on the receipt as well... why can they never get simple instructions correct? There's nothing worse that going to Taco Bell on lunch break, being absolutely starving, get back to work and sit down with my meal and it's got sour f'in cream all over it. I don't normally review a fast food restaurant but I think this location is worth mentioning. I use to frequent the Taco Bell in downtown Queensbury as well as I lived right next door to the one in South Troy. Both were ok quality but were rude and messed up our orders. At this location on Corinth road the staff is always super nice. The food is accurate and the best quality I have ever seen in fast food. I have on numerous occasions received my order and it looked so good it could have been used on a commercial. Thanks Taco Bell of Corinth Road and please keep doing what you're doing. read more
